The Eagle team has been amazing. After my accident, they made life a lot easier. They took such great care of my car and kept me updated every step of the way. When I got to pick up my car she looked brand new! Highly recommend!

The receptionist is great! She was very inviting and made the whole estimate process easy. The services are reasonably priced and the other staff were nice and accommodating as well.Update: Originally rated 5 stars and that rating remains the same after their service. The work they did on my car looks great! The staff was receptive of any questions I had and very informative in their answers and even provided solutions.I would 100% recommend their services to anybody in need of them and will be in business with them myself again in the future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Waited almost 3 months on an appointment. They called a couple of days before the appt and asked if we were keeping it. I said yes so they said they were going to order the parts. Original estimate was about $4400- after they had the car most of the day they called and said it would an additional $3000 because of other damage they found. We were paying out of pocket so we didn't see the point in paying over $7000 in repairs for an $8000 car. They then said we had to pay a restocking fee on the parts as well as some labor charges for taking off the hood and front bumper/grill which was almost $600. So we ended up paying almost $600 and got nothing in return. I don't know why they wouldn't have waited to order the parts until they knew the extent of the damage especially since we were paying out of pocket and we had waited 3 months on the appt. Seems like we could have waited a couple of days for the parts if we needed to. I also checked with the dealer and saw we were overcharged on the restocking fees. Doesn't seem like that's looking out for the interests of their customers. I'll take my business elsewhere.

They have been amazing! We had a need to get our car repaired quickly because we were supposed to move in less than a month out of state! They worked with us to be sure our car was safe for the trip! Every where else said any repairs that quick were impossible in the CSRA but with God all things are possible! Mission trip here we come. I can't begin to express my gratitude to all of you at Eagle paint and body!

I took my car in on a Monday and was told it would be Friday. On Wednesday they called to let me know if they got one part in it would be ready on Thursday. It was ready by 11 am on Thursday and you can t tell anything had happened to my car. They did an EXCELLENT job, very kind and dependable.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Everyone here was super friendly and kind. I brought in my car, was given an estimate via email and then was able to schedule my appointment very shortly. I had a custom rear diffuser installed on the same day with transparent pricing. They do not try to up charge anything and they definitely know what they are doing. The funny thing is I visited different big name bodyshops before visiting Eagle Paint & Body but all of them said, they are not able to work on a Tesla. There is a reason their Google reviews are so good. I will definitely be back for any other services I need. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

I took some slight damage to my front bumper and it fell out of place. Brooks was able to reset my bumper for me and replace the screws that were missing in less than 10 minutes. He was extremely professional and completed the job quickly!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My wife and I were in the process of buying a car and we at the dealership when we saw a hole in the bumper of a car we were interested in. On a Saturday we emailed Eagle Paint and Body a picture of the bumper and within about 10 minutes they sent us back a quote we showed to the dealer and they took that amount off the price of the car. I know the people at Eagle can't always guarantee that fast of a turnaround time for a quote, but it worked out great for us. We bought the car, Eagle fixed up the bumper with a fast turnaround time they even had the Mystery Machine there when we picked up our vehicle, so my son could get a picture with it. Great experience overall.

My experience with Eagle Paint & Body Inc was incredible! After having to take my vehicle from a collision center to here I would definitely say the service provided was a lot better, the family that owns the shop is very nice and honest about pricing. Timing was on point didn't have to wait long before it was fixed (took maybe a week) and the work done was high quality for sure! Rating this Auto Body Shop 5 out of 5 stars, thanks Denise and Brooks for taking care of my car & getting it running/driving smoothly once again!

Would definitely recommend! Eagle Paint and Body were very professional and did an amazing job at repairing my vehicle! The customer service was exactly the kind you would hope for. They called me frequently to keep me updated and had an answer to any question I had and more! Not only that, but they save me money compared to what other body shops in the area estimated me at. Can it get any better?

I had a great experience with Eagle Paint & Body. The people are kind and I was able to get my car back in a timely manner. The work done on the car was great and the colors matched perfectly! I moved to the area earlier this year with my husband and will definitely come back any time I need body work done!

I took my truck in for some fender damage and also scratches that ran the full length of my truck. Brooks and his team did an amazing job, I was blown away when I saw the repairs and couldn't tell there was ever any damage in the first place!Their office is professional and friendly and very easy to work with, I would highly recommend to anyone.

My car had a lot of body damage, from a few accidents over the years. I wanted to fix it up a bit before selling it, and Brooks was able to get me a quote and repair it quickly! I'm new to Augusta and it was recommended I go to Cushman's when I did some serious damage to my vehicle. They weren't able to get me in until almost 4 weeks after the accident so I went to Eagle Paint and Body AND I'M SO GLAD I DID. They were very responsive with my questions and proactive in giving me status updates. Because they are a smaller, family-run shop, fixing the vehicle may have taken a little bit longer than elsewhere but high quality in their work was undeniable. In the grand scheme, I probably got my car back sooner than if I had gone to a big shop anyways because I didn't have to wait 4 weeks. Also, the people who work there were kind and understanding whereas the receptionist at Cushman's was nothing short of vile. Definitely would recommend them and would go back for future work ( but hopefully will not have to ).

I never care to write reviews, and I am usually a negative person, but I could not be more amazed at the customer service and the attentiveness I received by Eagle Paint and Body. Upon arrival, I was immediately helped with professionalism and everyone had such a great attitude. Received phone calls frequently about updates. Fast service with great results. The list goes on about the amazing performance they did. I have to give a special thanks to Mike, who really helped me out and was so kind. I will DEFINITELY come back if the reason ever occurred. Recommend this place 1000000000%. Gold star for you, Eagle Paint & Body team.

These folks are so kind and welcoming. I accidentally destroyed my passenger side mirror backing out of my garage and they had me fixed in no time. It was a no fuss quote and they handled everything quickly and within the time frame quoted. They're a small shop off Columbia Industrial and they treat you like family. Amazing service done by all. It was very painless while doing business with them. They called me to update me daily as to were my vehicle was in the repair process. They were extremely friendly and I am completely satisfied as to the repairs done to the vehicle. They even finished ahead of schedule! Wonderful people and facility to get repairs done. They even do tint, and other services which I plan on doing here soon.I will definitely continue to do all my paint and body business with them. Wonderful crew and place.

Best body shop ever! I had just moved to the area and found Eagle Paint and Body after googling body shops in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car. My car is perfect and it was even washed before I picked it up. The workers remembered me when I would call for an update. We will be going here from now on when we need work done!!

After all parts were ordered and on hand, I gave them my car.They gave me a ride to and from my home They said it would be ready in 3 days. They called to give me an update in the middle of the repair. It WAS ready in 3 days! My car was detailed and looked as good as the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. It drove the same way! The entire staff, from Brooks to the four team members that I met, were the most professional, courteous group I have encountered at a repair shop. Without reservation, I highly recommend this shop to anyone with a car problem.

We found Eagle Paint & Body to be a polite and professional experience from top to bottom. Mike handled our fender bender with a smile and kept us up to speed on the status of the repair so there were no surprises. I do most of the maintenance work on our vehicles so I have a pretty critical eye for anything out of place, and their repairs and paintwork were seamless and the panel fit was straight as an arrow.

Recently we had the pleasure of using Eagle Paint and Body in Grovetown, GA for extensive repairs needed on our vehicle after an accident. I highly recommend Eagle Paint and Body for any auto body repair needed, big or small. No matter who we spoke with, they were always extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We were always kept up to date on the status of the repairs and the process between them and my insurance company was seamless. I will definitely be using them in the future (not anticipating more accidents but it's great to know and gives me peace of mind).
