Outstanding customer service and prompt responses. We had an issue with our RV slide out and needed a service tech right away. We had called multiple mobile RV services and no one was available. Then Lippert (slide manufacturer) suggested Augusta RV and we are so glad they did. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Everyone at Augusta RV was professional and knowledgeable. They were able to come out that day and figured out what the issue was in minutes. They made the appropriate repairs and provided pictures and detailed information (for our RV manufacturer). If you need RV repairs then call Augusta RV.

We have just retrieved our RV after a not-insignificant rear end and storage bin damage due to an accident. We worked nearly exclusively with Clint during negotiations with the insurance company and all during the lengthly repair process. The final outcome of repair was suburb with no evidence of previous damage. Kudos to the team that worked on this. Of particular note was our connection with Clint who kept us advised of the insurance negotiations and the progress of the repair. Clint epitomizes what customer service should always be. Thank you Clint and members of the workforce there at Augusta RV.

when we bought the RV from them everything was great, and it was fast. and they delivered and put it at where we asked them to. their parting words were "let us know if you need anything".It was my first 5th wheeler and I was counting on continuing service.Seven month later we needed some advice of how to take care of it , and then there was no help coming from them.My husband asked if they knew anyone we can hire to show us or do the needed service, they told him flat no.that is ok, because we are at a time where everyone are having hard time of finding good help, but the cut off attitude fromexpected experts, and for someone expecting the guidance onvery expensive investment It was very disappointing experience.

We were hit by a lightning storm. We lost all power in the RV. After calling around, nobody was able to get us in. Augusta RV stated they would work us in immediately because we were living in an RV. They were able to diagnose the problem, and give me an estimate of cost to resolve it. They also save me money and repair cost by the options they presented. Super thorough, great people to work with!Richard did a great job of getting us in and Jordon, their service manager did a great job of communicating with me.Great job, Augusta, RV!!!!!

Had a little accident and the first responders recommended this place for repairs. As seems to be the case everywhere, it took some time to get scheduled. But the quality of the work was great and the people here are straightforward and honest.

Have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with Augusta RV. All my friends use them also for service, storage, RV sales. Low reasonable prices is the reason way . The Owner Richard Fender is good Christian business man !

Visited Augusta RV while traveling and they were quite helpful last year. I called them this week to see if they could help my sister, who lives nearby, and the guy on the phone went out of his way to help. I wish we had a service center like this where we live in California.

The guys that work there are awesome people. Willing to help, and assist when needed. I work for Medical Associates and I was given an pre and post inspection of the unit, and assisted on how most parts operate. I really like these guys!! Thanks for making my job easier.

I arrived near closing time with a broken plumbing fitting. They fit me in (simple repair), tested it, and had me on my way before closing for a quite reasonable price. Friendly, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable. They have supplies, parts, and consignment sales. There's a dump station, too.

I thought I needed an upgrade for my 1995 Truck Camper, but they where able to use my original power box and added a new converter. Last Friday around 4:30PM, we filled up at a gas station at the Thomson, GA exit on I-20. As we entered the EB entrance ramp, the trailer brakes locked up and we were stuck. I took a chance at approximately 4:45 and called Augusta RV after a Google search. I spoke with the nicest, calmest and obviously the most RV educated person, Clint. After a brief explanation of what occurred, he immediately started to diagnose our problem and led us to the cause. He walked us through a temporary solution then we made arrangements to meet employee, Chris, just inside Augusta. Chris was very nice and repaired our issues quickly and confidently. These guys saved our last trip of the summer! Thank you SO much for the caring and reassuring service you provided our family! Services: Electrical, Brakes

Augusta RV has worked on a few campers I've had. Removed and installed a new AC and saved me because we was camping in 100 degree weather and that was on a Saturday and the owner actually performed the work. They also put a hitch on the back of my camper I have now, have used it to pull my boat several times. And replaced my awning cover. I highly recommend this business.

We had issues with our control center and electric awning in our travel trailer. The awning was stuck out and would not work. I contacted them and had an on-site appointment scheduled the same day. Richard came to our site and corrected the issue. He also took the time to educated me on how to manually control the awning and slides, greased the awning rails and reset the control panel if we have similar issues in the future. I highly recommend Augusta RV

Augusta RV is awesome! We needed the front electrical Jack on our RV trailer. We were there 5 minutes and they pulled us into the shop and immediately began their work. We wern't even scheduled to have the work done but they had us out of there in 30-40 minutes. We highly recommend them for all your RV/ camping needs. 1st time going here, but will not be the last. This place has very good prices on parts and accessories for campers and rvs. Way better prices here than over at Gander. If they don't have it in stock, they can order it with no problem.

We had our RV pulled to Augusta RV for repairs. We had already let them know ahead of time that we were paying out of pocket for the repairs as there was no insurance. We had given them specific requests for repairs, and we had asked them to perform an inspection on all systems. We had been told that they would be able to begin on the RV as soon as it was delivered to their location. Once we had the RV dropped at their Augusta RV, Clint, the service manager began talking about all of the things that he was going to replace, and was requesting insurance information. He also informed us that it would be 2-3 weeks before they would have our RV pulled into the shop, and it could take three months to complete the repairs. He said he would prepare the estimate and we would have it by the end of the day. We never got it. While we were speaking with him, he was very rude. After a few days of not receiving the estimate, we arranged to have it towed home. Needless to say I would never recommend Augusta RV to anyone.Sincerely,Extremely Dissatisfied Customer

Augusta RV is the best! Their staff is so polite and helpful. They go out of their way to assist customers. They are very honest and will tell you if a repair is unnecessary or too expensive to add value to your unit. I recommend Augusta RV to anyone needing a part, repair or just information. What an excellent experience! Our fifth wheel furnace quit working when a local repairman replaced a broken A/C unit. Apparently the units require proper wiring on installation. (heavy sarcasm) To be fair, our Attwood furnace is unusual having multiple voltage inputs.We sought a fix for two winters and three previous companies all to no avail. Richard, Augusta RV owner, visited our campsite around my work schedule, called Attwood for product information, and repaired this unit where previous repairs failed. He even returned the next day, at my schedule, to address my laundry list of other problems created mostly by other, less competent techs. It's an absolute pleasure to employ someone with work ethic and attention to detail. I offer my highest recommendation for Augusta RV!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

I cannot fully express how disappointed I am with the service from Augusta RV. We brought our coach to Augusta RV to diagnose what was causing some problems we'd been having. We informed Clint (the service manager) of the issues and made it very clear that we didn't want anything worked on until we approved it. He told us that it wasn't a problem, he told us how they try to save people money, how they'd work with our extended warranty, and even told me not to get windshield wipers there to save money. I waited several days without hearing anything, so I called to see if they had determined what was causing the problems. Clint informed me that it was ready to be picked up?!? We never approved of anything that they did, they said that the warranty didn't cover any of it, and to top it off they put new windshield wiper blades on and charged labor for that as well. After paying over $1,000.00 for services, that I didn't even need, my driver's side WINDSHIELD WIPER FELL OFF!!!!! During a rain storm!! Because they did not attach it properly!!! We believed one of our issues was the power inverter, and they just replaced ALL of the batteries, without even checking the inverter. Brand new batteries and we have the same issues!!! Not one item from our list was fixed properly. We would have liked to support a local business, very disappointing.***Update took our motorhome to another service shop, the power problem had to do with a tripped switch!!! Not the batteries! Augusta RV should be ashamed.

I was in a real pickle, stranded and have not even left home yet. You see my jack was jacked up. I mean I couldn't retract my rear driver's side jack. The motor had failed. Richard was on the seen. From the first call, things went down just like he said. He grasp the issue and had a solution before I knew it. You know everybody writes good things when they are satisfied with the service. I'm writing this because of the people. Richard and his trusty assistant were kind, on time, hard working and did what they said. I had a problem with my leveling jacks. I had called around looking for service, and no one knew anything about leveling jacks. I called Augusta RV and they came promptly. Richard from Augusta RV diagnosed the problem and had me on my way in about 30 minutes. we got good service and had a good conversation with Richard as well. If you need service, don't waste your time calling around, just call Augusta RV.

I needed to fix or repair a water heater for a friend of mine and I brought a part in to show them. They actually tested the part and told me it was ok and told me how to diagnose the problem. Great experience and will recommend them to everyone.

Service was excellent.. got there at 9am to have new ac installed and they were done by 9:30. Count, Jordan and Brandon all were very friendly and took care of us right away. Great customer service!

I wanted to thank Clint, Jordan and Richard and the entire team for their expedited help in getting a warrenty processed and my replacement AC in my 5th wheel in a day. Being busy at the time and our planned trip in leaving town for a family trip the following day, they stepped up to the challenge and delivered. This shows their commitment to helping others and drive to outshine the competition. Thanks you very much from our family to yours.

My refrigerator had gone out on my travel trailer while traveling across the US. All RV repair facilities said minimum of 2 weeks to get an appointment. Augusta RV was also booked out weeks into the future, but put me in touch with Clint, the service manager. Clint walked me through self diagnosing the problem, called the Mfg. And with a 5 min. Repair, got me all fixed up. Over and above service. Thanks Clint.
