I had a perfect experience on my first visit. I was greeted by friendly staff and a clean/comfortable waiting room. Employees were very honest and transparent, even allowing me to go in the garage to show/explain the issues on my car. Reasonable prices and efficient service. This location is about 10 miles from me, but will definitely drive the extra way for my car s future maintenance needs.

Great first visit! I have been going to another shop for oil changes over the past few years. Their prices have gone up a bit, and the service has gotten slower. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Service Street was so close to my home. I scheduled online, and it was very easy and convenient. The staff member who greeted me upon my arrival was friendly and very helpful. They offer a package deal for oil changes that I will probably sign up for on my next visit. For this visit, I needed and oil change and tire rotation. The prices were fair, and the service was done in a timely manner. Even the customer waiting area was clean and very accommodating. I also appreciated being able to get a cup of coffee while I waited. Service Street offers a variety of services beyond oil changes. If I ever need a mechanic, I won't hesitate to stop there first. One of the people I spoke with in the waiting area has been taking his car to one of their other locations for a few years. He had nothing but great things to say about them. They are fairly new to my area, but I am sure glad they are here.

Really great guys running this place! They looked over my car and they didn't have to charge me and therefore they didn't! They were honest and reliable!I definitely recommend this place for your automobile needs!Judah was thorough and kind in his explanations of what was going on with my car.

I had concerns about my Jaguar, these guys took a look at it and explained to me exactly what was going on there was no need for alarm or concern and best of all they didn't charge me just to look at my vehicle. That's always a plus in my book. I like honesty and integrity and it's here at Service Street..

My and my man bring our cars here, and we always receive top notch service. I have a very difficult vehicle to work with; and if there s ever something they re not comfortable fixing, they will not work on my car. I can appreciate that, because a lot of places will botch a repair and have you out here stuck while taking no accountability for it. Their prices are reasonable and the employees are courteous and efficient. 10/10, definitely recommend!

I came in with no appointment and the gentleman was so nice and polite and I started, asking him questions about my headlight because it was out, and my left signal light was out. The gentleman was so nice and professional. He stopped what he was doing. Came outside and looked at my vehicle and was able to fix it very quickly when I say, I can t thank him enough. I really really appreciate him. We need more auto service in town. Like this honest is what you re looking for honest and dependable is what you re gonna get. His name is Dane ask for him

I went in to get an oil change and brake service. As always Kyle and the knowledgeable team took care of everything promptly. The waiting room is nice, clean, comfortable, with wifi, and was able to do some work while waiting for my car. All around great service!

A couple of days ago I noticed I had a coolant leak in my car, coupled with a check engine light. I was referenced here by a colleague and I could not be happier! Kyle and his team were able to identify where the leak was coming from, ran a diagnostic for the check engine light, and were able to resolve both issues incredibly fast. Their communication was clear and Kyle really took the time to explain what repairs were going to need to be completed and why/how these issues occured. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. My car is driving significantly better than before. Thanks for your help, I will be back!

I brought my car in last year because it wasn't passing emissions and Kyle sold me a catalytic converter. My car passed emissions and everything was great, right?Wrong. I took my car to get emissions done early the other day and it failed, not because of a mechanical issue but because my exhaust had illegal modifications to the oxygen sensor. I took my car to another mechanic and he told me it's common for shady shops to modify the oxygen sensor this way when they install a cheap catalytic converter that they know will fail quickly.Do not trust this shop with your car!

I had a check engine light issue. They repaired it but also kept me apprised the whole visit. They were very helpful and understanding and treated me with respect and kindness. They talked over options which I truly appreciated.

One and done! They don't look for the best option to satisfy the customer as far as cost. Was told 3k for a repair. Took vehicle to another repair shop and got the issue resolved for $600. If you don't do your research you will get the short end of the stick!

Dane honestly has a different type of customer service, kept me smiling and informed during the repair.. I was in and out in a couple hours and the managers didn t make me feel like anything more than family.. I ll be returning for life

I went to get an oil change this evening. I had zero wait and they finished my oil change within 15 minutes!!! This was one of the best oil change experiences I ve ever had and the prices are also fantastic. Friendly fast service. Kyle helped me at the register and he has helped me at the Marietta location as well. He is always pleasant to work with. I will definitely be returning!

Euro car owners beware, this shop will tell you they specialize in all car but highly doubt it. After bringing my VW Passat in for over heating issues, no heat and loss of power was quoted a price, gave the go ahead to do the job 3-4 days later received a phone call that repairs went went well and everything is working great. On arrival to pick vehicle up I drove off the lot and no more than 3 mins and the car started to running hot again, not to mention I now have damage to my drivers door that wasn t there prior to bringing it to this shop. There 5 yrs warranty is joke and they wouldn t honor it.Definitely WOULD NOT! recommend this shop they clearly took my money and didn t fix any issues after saying they did.

They are honest and full of integrity. I have never been to a mechanic shop that told me exactly the problem and the cost upfront without trying to upsell me other unnecessary things. I was so blown away! Thank you guys!

Dean was my service rep....good guy very professional and helpful, knew his stuff and made sure I did also...he explains what and why you need what you need a what can wait. Which save you $$...that what we all want and need.

Got in with our new Lincoln Corsair 30 minutes after making the appointment Tires rotated, oil and filter changed and out 20 minutes later Outstanding service!

Man for all those people throwing out 1 star, you really tripping. The whole staff was courteous and friendly. The customer service surpassed any expectations and the work done on my car was quality and didn't break my pockets.
