Highly recommended. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating i mean the Best parts service iv ever experienced. A true hidden gem. These guys go above and beyond. I was traveling through and broke down and they stayed open later just to wait for me to get there to pick up part so i wouldnt have to wait till next day. Then helped me to confirm its what i needed. If your money is valuable to you and you need good parts and on budget this is place

Had the part I needed at a great price. However make sure you check the part before you leave. They did not give me the part I needed and had to go back.

If customer service and professionalism had a middle name, it would be SAM! lol Thought I'd have to bring my tools just to find the part conveniently waiting for me with a smile , might I add. Definitely recommend Sam's , whether near or far. Kudos, 2 thumbs up!

Got a great experience buying there. Staff is competent and fast. Specially Nichole, from the frontdesk. Very nice, polite and always let us know what ia happening with our requests. The mechanics are really fast to get the parts!

Great service great price. called a few places they wanted double for the part if I could afford double I would buy new!!! Nichole was very helpful and remembered me when I came in! In and out in 5 minutes. Will recommend to anyone

Went to go get an fuel pump for my Jeep & instantly felt nice vibe from everyone who work there, especially lady at the front desk. Great price & great service = repeat customer. Definitely will recommend to others

This review was originally a 1 star because of my initial experience...but I must say Sams made it all up to me and went out their way to make it right. I appreciate the hard work and attentiveness to my concerns and needs. My car is running better than ever and the part has been reliable.

Went to Sam's this past Saturday to get an compressor for my son's car. Tag was great!! very professional, with a sense of humor. Wait time wasn't long at all. I asked him what if part didn't work, he said he would find another, if he couldn't find one, a full refund. Which is so different from some places, where they issue credits. Will most certainly go back if need be. Think I will be needing a CD player soon. Thanks Tag!!

I represent Redferns 24 hour mechanical and roadside assistance. When I got there they were very helpful polite and waiting for me. I remind you this was the end of the day. No pictures this time but I will return I'm sure.

A little more $ than expected. BUT, they had what I was looking for. After going to 3 different places. They were quick, great customer service. They pulled the part for me and took it to my car. I will definitely come back if needed.

Hard to judge the quality from a junk yard, but I called ahead and specifically asked if the bumper I requested was not scratched or damaged in any way before I drove out there to get the part. They assured me it was in very good shape. I arrived to find the bumper I requested had not one but two dents in it... It does look like they have a good sized selection of used parts but use your own judgement for the quality...

I bought some parts from here, my van got totaled before I had the chance to put them on, called and they told me to bring them back. Brought them back and they gave me a refund. Without any problems.They're the BEST!!! ANTONIO WARING

The customer was above and beyond great, they had to pull my part and the wait time was also great it only took a few mins to pull a spindle off for me. Their prices are some of the best I've came across

Great customer service. They had a part that I had a hard time finding. When I got there we found a problem with it and they wasted no time pulling another one while I waited, which wasn't that long.

I was refered to Sam's Used Auto Parts by a friend who works for a recycling company. TAG answered all my questions (which I had many because I don't know to much about cars) also very polite, even helped give me the additional information to be able to install seat belt myself that I called about. Thanks so much TAG and Sam's Used Parts!!

I went there for the first time on Saturday, September 23rd for a part. Very friendly staff. Great place to get parts and Nicole is wonderful. I will return when I need additional parts.

I bought a A/C compressor from sams. Which was on the shelf. I put compressor in car, paid $95 to get my A/C recharged. Go to find out the compressor doesnt work. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT BUY COMPRESSOR FROM SAMS USED AUTO PARTS. They have the nerve to tell me to bring it back. Bringing it back is not a option. Not after spending money to get it vacuumed and charged. Maybe they should check there compressors before selling customers faulty compressors.

Even though the part I purchased a from Tag on Saturday the part wasn't good but when I return Monday Nicole offered to give me a replacement part I advised her that I purchased the part from another provider and she happily refunded me CASH not store credit so I will definitely do business with them again most places will only off store credit
