$400 down the drain!!! He was supposed to fix my car s steering column rack and pinion but told me I didn t need a new rack and pinion, that I only needed to replace a hose. He explained to me that he doesn t do well at following his customers requests or what the customer is paying for because he is lazy that really came out of his mouth!!! He is lazy and tries to short cut the work and labor and keeps repeating to you that there is NO WARRANTY!!! He then told me 2 days later that he needed to fix the rack and pinion after all (LIKE I SAID!!!!) but when I went to pick up my car he refused to show me the work he did!! And now my car has a check engine light!!! This is the WORST MECHANIC in the whole state of Georgia!!! STEER CLEAR!!!!

This shop gouges for money and seeks out individuals that really don t know anything about car repairs. When you go in he tells you one thing is wrong so that adds on more money for parts and labor. He is also known for using your vehicle for his own personal use while telling you that your car is not ready for pickup. I do not recommend this shop to anyone!! I wish I could give zero stars!!

This is a CHOP SHOP & He is a THEIF that takes people to the cleaners and then doesn t even have the decency to show up to court to answer for his wrong doing. I drove my car in and never saw it again I m drivable condition! He had me pay for a motor and probably used it on another vehicle and sold it!! Then when I had him served he had my vehicle towed. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT take your car to this place if you ever want to see it drive again!

Quan is the most professional and honest mechanic I have ever encountered. He actually answers his phone and does not ride up prices. If you would like to drive your vehicle to this shop, only to have to tow it back to this shop and still end up towing it back home... This is the place for you. If you want more problems with your vehicle and want to spend more money fixing what he breaks, this is your place. If you want to pay in full for the repairs performed, and be denied your own keys with a receipt, then this is your place. He talks in circles. He lies about having the vehicle ready for pick up. He wants sympathy for his life choices. Over $500.00 is wasted down the drain. I now have to hire someone to repair the initial issue in addition to the ones created by him.Just keep searching online or check referrals before coming to this place. Warning comes before destruction... You've been warned. My warning was when I had to have my vehicle towed to his shop after he "repaired" it. Highly disappointed and disgusted at this point.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I ve been going here for about 2 and a half years now. The owner has worked on 2 of my cars personally and I literally have no complaints. This guy does not know anything about cars. Tried to give him a chance because he was a black man but I should have went to the Hispanic guys. He will tear your car up. Do not trust him.

Please DO NOT take your CAR to this man PLEASE he telling me I needed a transmission but I went there because something was wrong with my tire... Anyway a transmission do not have nothing to do with your tires... I took my car to another shop and was riding the same day with no problem...DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your car to Quality first.

DO NOT LET THIS CLOWN ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR VEHICLE. HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE's DOING, AND HE'S A LIAR AND A CHEAT. THE ONLY GUARANTEE IS THAT YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE IN WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN YOU FIRST BRING IT IN. HE WILL TEAR UP YOUR VEHICLE.
