I spoke with Luke, he is the manager there. He's a respectful guy, I never been to this precision tune before, I told him that I usually go to the one closest to my house. But I think it's safe to say that I might be going to him for now on. His prices were fair and competitive I'm sure. And the service was great, I have a 2012 Acadia and I needed a tune-up and a oil change. I do recommend this place because I probably will come back with my 2009 Altima. Oh and the Precious I Usually go to, well let's just say this location charged less which was a blessing.

Luke was awesome! They answer the phone and email give updates about your vehicle without giving the run around. Kept me in the loop with diagnostic and even let me find parts cheaper than what they found. Good work and fair pricing and they now have a new customer!

I've been getting Great service for years. Never had any issues. My mom used this place for years and sent me there. I go for regular oil changes every 3-6 months and they always provide satisfactory flawless service. Haven't let me down yet! Never had any issues. I refuse to get oil changes anywhere else due to the qaulity of service. I love that my car is always happier after a visit. Lol!

Just left from there, the manager I want to publicly say thank you. Broke my tail bone had to pay $200 to be seen by doctor the rotate and balance was $143. He looked at my car and rotated the one tire that needed it and didn't charge me anything! He didn't know that my pockets was low...or about my dr visit. He just looked out for me! I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you man!

Luke went out of his way for me. I usually fix my own car, but I wouldn t hesitant one bit to come back. Great customer service and I appreciate everything they down for my Jeep. I fix only own Honda and Toyota but not good at Jeep products so they did what they had to do

I had broken a pin for my tail light while trying to change it myself. I went here on a Saturday morning with no appointment and they got me in and out with no problem! Frank was such a down to earth guy that even engaged with my son while fixing the issue. And I can t remember the gentleman s name that was at the counter but he was super courteous and accommodating. Overall Amazing Experience. Definitely recommend!!

I took my car to this shop because of a rattling noise. Luke and his team of technicians were able to quickly identify where the noise was coming from. Best part is that they were able to work on my car the same day while l waited. I was very happy with the service!

So nice and welcoming. They remembered doing our oil change from 2 years ago. We usually go to Nissan but we wanted to take advantage of a special they offered. So we went 2 years ago and decided to go back this year. Another satisfied job they did! Thank you for your service!

If you value your money and sanity, DO NOT use this Precision Tune branch. I was lied to, a victim of bait and switch and was rudely yelled at and belittled by the owner.I called ahead about bringing my van in for a repair and spoke to EVA, the owner. She informed me that it would cost $75, which would not apply toward any of the total repair bill, for a diagnostic,. Although this is not generally the practice of mechanics in this area, I was short on options and agreed to bring the vehicle in. Upon asking how long the diagnostic would take, Eva told me if you were standing here in front of me, your car would already be going up the lift. Upon arrival I asked again how long the inspection would take and was told 30 minutes.I received my diagnostic FOUR AND A HALF hours later. In the nearly 5 hours I sat there I witnessed between 6-8 customers be fed the same lie of 30 minutes, only to be placated for hours.Of course, as is sometimes to be expected, my invoice went from $300 to $2200 with unnecessary upsells. I told Eva that I did not want to get all of the work done today, only some of it. She became furious and I witnessed a 70-some year old woman turn to a child as she began to belittle me for apparently not caring about my car or personal safety.I gave Eva the benefit of the doubt and told her that we could go ahead and do the repairs necessary for me to drive out of there safely, asking if she would be willing to discount the diagnostic fee since I was choosing to proceed with the repairs and since the inspection took 4.5 hours, not the 30 minutes I was promised.She offered me a menial discount, and when I told her it wasn t quite fair she proceeded to yell at me that I was trying to get something for nothing, called me an only child, and mocked me in front of her other customers.Within an hour, I found a shop a quarter mile down the street that offered me the same service at 1/6 if the price in 1.5 hours and I didn t have to be yelled at and talked down to.

I took my Subaru to Luke due to a check engine light. I had been told by a previous shop that the oxygen sensor needed to be replaced. Luke found that the part simply wasn t plugged in properly. All I can say is he is one honest mechanic. He could have charged me for a new part and I would have gladly paid it. I appreciate all the time he spent working on my vehicle, even driving it throughout the day so it could complete drive cycles which many shops simply will not do. And Leslie, at the front desk, was so sweet when I called for updates on the progress. Can t say enough good things about this place. So difficult to find a shop that operates with integrity and professionalism. I ll definitely be returning.

The staff is very friendly and helpful!! I came in not knowing exactly what the problem was with my 2007 Toyota Camry, my car kept stalling when I drove it. I did not know a thing about cars but the staff reassured me they had everything under control, and made me feel confident about my car being fixed. I love the staff I was worried and stressed about my car. I was so relieved to know my car is back and running even better than before! Two women came in complaining of there being something hanging from their vehicles after their oil change - the woman eating at the register called it a skid plate. A gentleman came from the bay three separate times to tell myself and two other gentlemen that our oil was too dark and offered us oil flushes for $100 or $25 (my car has under 100,000 miles and another gentleman's vehicle had drive out tags on it). Would likely recommend trying another location.EDIT: I would like to amend my review to reflect that my greatest concern was simply that I didn't feel that they instilled trust, which is paramount for me when it comes to my vehicle. In case my cynicism has simply gotten the better of me, I would like to say thank you for the oil flush recommendation and services.

I called this location to check if they could recharge my air condition unit, and they said yes without knowing the car....so I asked to check my car, specifically a 2019 kia Soul. The lady who answered the phone said yep, she checked if the had the freon and confirmed I call a second time to set an appointment she says first cime first serve...Today I bring my car in at 8 am, call an uber to go home to be told about an hour later they dont service my car because they dont have that freon and she would tell me who does when I pick up the car. She acts like she didn't remember ever looking it up. Maybe two ladies answer the phone at this location. I was never recommended where to go and wasted money on Uber home and back when I know I checked if they could do this service for my car.

The woman at the front desk, Eva, blatantly lied about how long service would take, quoting 30 minutes to EVERY PERSON that walked in. It took 4+ hours to have the diagnostic test run (again, after being told it would only take 30 mins) & when discussing the pricing, Eva had a bad attitude. The diagnostic test was $75. I did not end up having the work done here beyond diagnostics because of such a poor interaction. I will not return to this business & urge you not to believe how quickly they say they will have work completed.

The receptionist is extremely rude and unwelcoming and has poor customer service. She needs to take some classes on professionalism and customer service. I own 4 vehicles and I will not be taking any of my vehicles to this location based on the fact of how rude the receptionist is. First impression are everything, if the person greeting you at the door is rude then I can t trust that my cars will be in good hands.

Used them for an oil change about a month ago. They were busy but it was expected with the weekend coming up. I was there maybe an hour at the most. Asked the gentleman about doing a/c repairs and he told me to bring it back. I will be taking it back to them shortly to see if he can quote me a better price than the last person I had look at it. I will update my review from that experience later.

Great customers Service from the front desk worker he was kind and so polite to everyone and he called everyone by there name and didn t mind answering question. The only issue I had was the smoking from the oil that was drop on the engine. Just wish someone had related it to me. But overall excellent place to get work done. The front desk person is Luke I think but if so he is awesome.

I've been a customer for over 28 years. My 2 young adult daughters also have their vehicles serviced here. I have a Subaru Tribeca , and my daughters have a 2003 Dodge Neon and 2013 Ford Focus. Luke and Scott are a few of my favorite managers over the years. I had the opportunity to meet Danny while Luke was on vacation. He took really good care of my vehicle and my daughter's vehicle (2003 Dodge Neon). We not only have oil changes done at this location, but we've had radiators replaced, brakes, CV Axles replaced, Tire rods, batteries, belts, hoses etc. They are great and take really good care of us.Service: Oil change
