Went in to get my clutch repaired in my Challenger. While it was there I want them to repair my tire sensor and an emissions exam. They kept it for 5 days then called and quoted me a price of $4700. That was extremely high considering this was my third clutch and the previous 2 didn't cost more than $2,000. Needless to say, I went back to get my car, settling on just the tire sensor and emissions. They charged me $182. I was shocked. Yet, I paid it without complaint. I know that inflation is pretty bad. However, I feel taken advantage of.

Chris was so accommodating with our broken down camper. He made a nightmare situation into an enjoyable situation in Atlanta. So personable and would definitely recommend this shop 100%!

The company I work for had me take our company vehicle 5 times for the same issue. Everytime we picked the truck up from this establishment, the truck repeatedly broke down with the same issue. Currently they have this truck again for the same issue.

I received great customer service from Moon s. I had a tight deadline and asked them to repair/replace both an alternator and the power steering hose the same day as I was leaving on a trip and needed my car repaired quickly. They accommodated my request (despite having to order the parts) and had my car ready in time. The car has run perfectly since they did the repairs and I had no problems on my road trip. I would definately recommend Moon s to my family/friends.

I totally TRUST Moon's Service Center. I am extremely impressed with their manager, Will. I gave them an impossible task--an ancient Mercedes that had been neglected. They now have it running like a race car!! They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Their prices are great and their service is awesome!!!!! I would NOT take my car anyplace else but MOON'S SERVICE CENTER and to their manager, Will! They are the very best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fuel pump went out on truck. Had it towed to Moon's. They charge a diagnostic fee, and wouldn't apply it to the repair. I was stuck because I had it towed there. Their price was going to be a couple hundred dollars higher than a couple of other shops I checked with afterwards, so I told them that and tried to negotiate. They said they couldn't lower their price. So I said okay, I'll just have it towed to the other shop and still save over $100. Then they said they could lower the price. They took the bed off, which is an easy way to do the job. Initially he was telling me why the job was going to be so difficult. I think they like customers who don't know anything about auto mechanics.

Went in for an oil change and the possibility that my wife's vehicle was in need of a tune up. I worked with Will. He was super accommodating to my needs and time constraints. I'm extremely pleased with the work that was performed on my wife's vehicle. While the vehicle was there, Will showed me where a piece of the underside of the vehicle (protective shield) was left off (probably by this Napa shop I used to go to). We actually found that the previous techs working on my wife car snuck it in the back (she's got lots of our kids stuff back there). Will fixed a couple of tabs that were broken and a few missing screws and had it back to Factory specs. I'm super impressed by this level of Customer Service! I'm not used to people going the extra mile and looking out for my vehicle. I'm definitely now a customer for life. Thanks Will!

Car was overheating, was told it was a radiator, replaced that, car still overheating, towed back was told water pump, replaced that, timing belt, thermostat, Rad fan, etc, picked car up again broke down on I-20 towed back to shop, they kept it another week... We're on WK 5 now, said they did diagnostic but couldn't find a leak was going to ck a few more things & get back to me. OK we are at 26 Jun at this point called 27 Jun said they were test driving, still no leaks, Thursday evening I called back he says they pressure test car & found BLOWN HEAD GASKET..... $ 2000.00 & 5 WKS later & you JUST found a blown head!!! Horrible service & in competent service!!!!! Good customer service, if only the MAINTENANCE was as good!!!

We get alot of work done here on our very small fleet of gas trucks. The key to any successful mechanic shop is the experience of it's crew. Not afraid to tell you they don't handle something that deep in the engine. We have had more success here than anywhere else.

After my car stalled out, I used AAA service to tow my car to the nearest AAA-registered service shop (Moon's Service Center). While riding with the tow truck driver, the driver alerted me that most cars that he tows to this facility are eventually turned down and told that the repairs cannot be done there. He shared his theory of why he thinks this happens but since that is opinion, I will leave that out of the review. A few business days later, sure enough, the manager advised that they were not in position to handle my repairs (timing belt replacement). Also, the diagnostic fee ($90) seems to be high. Most diagnostic fees I have been subject to pay in the past did not exceed $75. I am not sure if it is a trend or not, that this facility turns AAA customers away, then charges diagnostic fees for their trouble, but I thought I would log my concern here if in fact there is something more going on here...

Went to Moon's and spoke with Wesley on the phoneDealt with him through the whole process. He was really upfront about everything and I never felt like he was pulling the wool over my eyes or trying to sell me on solutions to half-problems that I only kind of had. As a driving instructor and commercial driver of ten years, a five star review is not something many mechanics get from me!

They only get 1 star because I can't get them none. I thought they would be good because they were on my AAA list. I took my car to get my breaks replaced early December 2014. After that my horn didn't work and the under section of my car fell down and was scraping he road. I toiok my car back to them and explained the issue and they claimed there was nothing that they could have done on either of those issues. Now just over a year later in December of 2015 I took my car to my usual mechanic(60 miles away from where I currently live) and it turns out the caliber was not reinstalled property and I need new breaks again. I probably do 15k-20k miles a year on my car, and the breaks should have lasted much longer than that.

My wife and daughter were traveling to FL from IL when their car broke down. Moon Auto adjusted their schedule to prioritize work on my daughters car. Moon spent several hrs between diagnosis, repair and test drive to make sure the car was in working order. While waiting, one of the mechanics brought in breakfast for my wife and daughter. Will took both my calls to discuss the situation and what they were doing to correct the problems. In the end they didn't charge us or take any compensation for their efforts. I greatly appreciate their outstanding customer service.

The worst place I've visited that mess up my truck. They didn't even know how to rekey my ignition cylinder after replacing it and my truck wouldn't start back up. The truck sat for a month of them just doing nothing so I ended up towing my truck back home. The key y'all gave me was the incorrect key dumb slow people. I believe they mess up my truck on purpose because I came down there almost everyday because they wouldn't call me to tell me nothing. I should just sue y'all for bad service , not knowledgeable of even after diagnosing my truck couldn't get it to start up, not calling the customer to make them aware of the findings and over charging me when I noticed it was over billed and told them they say "ooops it was over charging her". It was starting before you got it now its still sitting.

Started off as a great service but crooks once they see you have money. Tried to charge me $850 for a $450 part then Gary on the commercial truck side say the part is no where in Georgia. Say he called Rush parts and it will take 7days for the part to come in or pay $200 to have it in over night.I called Rush personal and the part was on the shelf in Smyrna, ga. So I pick it up then picked my truck up.They will over charge you and hold your vehicale longer than needed to make it seem like they did a lot more work.Be careful they will try to get something for nothing.

AAA recommended my truck be towed here. They only work on vehicles they want to work on, no diesels. Tow truck driver warned me about shop but I assumed AAA would weed out the bad shops. Owner was not helpful. My next call will be with AAA.

Took my car in to have alternator checked and coolant leak. I was told the alternator was good and my radiator was cracked. I bought a battery only to find out the alternator wasn't no good and the cracked radiator turned out to be a leaky hose. Smh. Never again
