Beware!!!! Wish I had did my research before hand!! Customer service.. There is none!! Very rude and unprofessional!! ...Like others have said...they cannot >do not< run cards..they only accept cash only....I'm good with that..I don't like paying taxes either..Problem I have is...I provided parts and the mechanic cross threaded an O2 sensor into the brand new catalytic converter and damaged both sensor and converter saying that the part was wrong..second opinion confirms the correct part and damaged threads...returned with new part and was asked to pay 60$ for work I've already paid for ..a disagreement and,was asked to leave the premises..not only was the issue not resolved I had to pay another bill for something they caused. Just sharing my story. Maybe someone will have a better experience than I did...good luck

My experience here was the WORST! The office manager is rude and has a horrible attitude. Although the price is reasonable and the work is good.. due to the customer service, I will never come back! The card machine "went down" all of a sudden when my repairs were complete. They did not apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Instead, the office manager was like "oh well" "I'm not coming back tomorrow to see if it's working because I have church", etc. She would not try to reboot the system, call the company over their card system, nothing! They kept my car. She wanted to call the police on me for asking for my keys to get my house keys & others off of my keyring along with my daughter car seat out of the vehicle. When I came back the next day they were open. The machine was still down, she stated she don't know when it's going to be up, don't know when the company was coming to fix it or nothing. That's a lie. A company will advise on when they are coming to fix it or try to troubleshoot over the phone if possible. The manager just didn't want to help or provide information. All she would say is, you can Zelle me and I advised her multiple times that I was paying with a credit card which is why I confirmed on multiple occasions about them taking cards & if it was up and running before authorizing them to fix my vehicle. Please do your research before coming here! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They are some scammers.. The lady in the front office told me one price and once I got there to pay after the work done she added an extra $300 They did not reset my car I had to ask for them to reset it . I talked to the lady and told her She did not give me that price . She told me to call the police (YES THE POLICE) . She told me to call the police (KNOWING ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT) .. I asked if it s anyway we can work it out she told me NO. She told me she never gave me one price but when I can up there with that exact amount Then she told me it is what it is . She never gave me a receipt She told my husband she passes out receipts but we didn t ask. I m like I asked you 3/4 times was that the price and she said YES !!! My husband asked too and she said YES !!! She told the police she showed us a paper She just wrote up once I got there That s why they never that busy because they be scamming HATE I WENT THERE !!! Run go to another spot because they are freaking scammers!!!!!!! They over charge and barely do the job

Great mechanic I've been to his shop 3x now for 3 different issues and they were able to fixing without any issues and was cheaper than a few places. Highly recommend this shop.

Great work on cars, but office manager Veronica is very unfriendly and rude. For that reason I will not be back. A nasty attitude is not fitting for running a business.

They are not professional try to cheat customer s I ll drive my car From 30 miles away to get their just because someone tell me they change one catalytic converter in 135$ when I arrived they try to charge me 500 for both and also they have price sign last three months and the lady who s on front counter she s so rude try to fight with me when i said you have a price sign last three months charge me same price then she said we are about to remove now and i passed by next day the price sign still their please don t go there save your money and save your time
