This is my second visit to this establishment, and I must say, Danielle's exceptional service has truly stood out once again. Throughout the entire process of getting my car fixed, she kept me well-informed, ensuring complete transparency without any hidden agendas or pressure to fix things I didn't want to.I'd like to extend my gratitude to Mr. John for the outstanding service he provided for my vehicle. Thanks to his expertise, my car is running smoothly again. Rest assured, you've gained a loyal customer for life in us.Truly the best auto mechanics I ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

This has been my go to auto repair shop for over 10 years. John and his staff are THE BEST! you won't ever pay for a repair that wasn't needed and the work is guaranteed.I had an Acura that the dealership told me to replace the wire harness which was a $200 part and a $400 repair. John found something minor wrong and fixed it.Nissan lied and told me the noise I was hearing was me needing struts (this was AFTER the swore they replaced the transfer case on mt transmission). I needed the struts which was hundreds less with John than with Nissan but John also found I needed a transmission.Needless to say when I took his recommendation to Nissan I had them by the short hairs and they replaced my transmission as John doesn't do transmission work.But for any other repairs on my cars, my kids cars, my parents cars and my best friend (as we all go to John) JW is my FIRST CALL. he has NEVER led me wrong.

I 100% recommend Mr. Jon! The dealership gave a wrong diagnostic and Jon was able to find out what was wrong with the electrical system and solve it. He was very honest since the beginning and checked in with us several times to keep us in the loop. 10/10 recommend Jw auto!

Visiting from out of town when my air conditioner stopped working. It was in July. Called right when they opened. They were busy that day but they fit me in. When I arrived mechanic and owner asked questions and informed me upfront what he thought it was and possibly cost. Called me within the hour. Informed and explained what it was and the cost and time it would be done. Price was much less than expected. They knew I was from out of town. Could have very easily over charged me . I traveled back home with air condition. Thanks to them. I wish this mechanic was in my town. I would definitely trust them. 5 Stars!Service: Air conditioning

These folks are fabulous!!!! They understood that I had just gotten ripped off from another place. They did the work on my truck for over a $1,000 less than the estimates I had gotten.My work was done in a fast manner. They did above and beyond.

My son-in-law referred us to Johnny about 9 years ago. He is the most trustworthy and fair person we have ever had to work on our vehicles. We were so happy with him and his prices, that our family business has him repair our delivery vans as well.. John is not only a good friend, but he is a great mechanic and we trust him completely. If you're looking for someone who is fast, knows what they're doing, is honest and has reasonable prices, call John at JW Auto!

The Best Mechanics in Town. John is an EXPERT on fixing EMISSION related issues, for ALL Cars, but does all works! I was refereed to him 4 years ago, and he worked on multiple cars for me, and i NEVER had any issues once he hands you back the key. He does the job right the first time, and he stands by it! His labor charge is very reasonable too. Great location, and easy to locate. Cindy is his office manager, and she is very responsive and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend him . Thank you

Our family has been going to him for years, and we recommend him to all our friends and colleagues when they are searching for a mechanic. I will never take my car to any other mechanic. John is the best! Always honest, delivers on time, and is very reasonable on his price. He can fix anything. I have referred a lot of friends and family to JW auto and will continue to do so.

I love this shop. I have known Mr. John and his staff for many years. Always the best prices, never gives misinformation, best advice, best solutions. Hands down amazing people!!! We take all of our cars to them and refer everyone. Please go with the best J.W Auto...The Powell Family.

I've known John for over 10 years. He has worked on just about all of my cars, both domestic and imports, newer and older models with all kinds of issues and maintenance needs. He's trustworthy and will advise you of your best options for your situation. If a straight answer, a fair price, expert repair and timely completion is what you need, then JW Auto is for you.

Best Mechanic ever!! Had a bunch on bad run ins with janky mechanics but John is far from one of them!! He s Very Knowledgeable and that s hard to come by when you own a FIAT!! He gave honest options and gave a fare quote. My car was Done in a couple of hours. My Forever GoTo Mechanic for my A/C and etc!!

John and anyone who works there is top notch! They give the best price and NEVER try to sell you on things you don't need. I have known john for over 20 years or more before he had his own shop and he always is an A1 mechanic!

The garage was hard to find but it is well worth the search! The staff is so friendly and personable. It is hard to find people that care about you well being! I am so happy with the service and the prices. John spoke with me and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. He went above and beyond making sure I was alright every step of the way. This is my new mechanic!

John has helped several family members with amazing outcomes. When I thought for sure the repair was going to be over 1000.00 on our Honda Odyssey, the bill came to 150.00. He is an honest man, hard to find these days.

This is my mechanic...no way i'm going to another one. I've trusted him to place a new motor in my Ram 1500, and a year later he put a new AC system in the same truck. I would trust him with any job. He doesn't recommend work that is not needed. No ridiculous pricing. He tells it like it is, and does what he says he'll do. Best kept secret in Austell.

Been going to John for upwards of 5 or more years now, always been able to get my vehicles back in a timely fashion at affordable pricing. If I ever have a question about a repair, I get a response that I can understand.

The mechanic explained the source and solutions to brake problem simply and straightforward. He gave me time to absorb information and make a decision that worked for me. Service was performed in a timely and professional manner. Car was ready as promised. No pressure tactics. No smoke and mirrors. In and out.

Went in with a dipstick stuck in the motor. Took less than 30 minutes to get it out. They didn't have one, but called around and found an OEM dipstick and I picked it up. Inexpensive for a hurry job, and very professional from the front to the back. I totally recommend these folks for auto repairs.Don Dilley, Totally pleased Mableton resident.

My entire family (and there are a lot of us) goes to John. He is by far the best around, with the utmost integrity ( a rarity in this industry) It's obvious he do it because he loves what he does & not for the money. HIGHLY Recommend!!
