I needed to take time out to review this specific location. I come here regularly to get my oil change, but there has been a management change since the last time I came in. Let me say it definitely shows. For the record, none of my past visits has been bad. However, this one is worth remembering. The manager's name is Roy. He greeted me when I drove up, politely showed me to the waiting area, and began work on my vehicle. Once he confirmed who I was in the system, he made sure to inform me of any needed maintenance but was not pushy about it. I like this. I do realize most associates are encouraged to go for the upscale. Once the services were completed, he returned to give me my total. He made sure to give me a complete breakdown of all costs and even gave me some new information I was not aware of. Taking the time to make sure the customer understands all options is always welcome. The plus was his polite disposition. Please visit with this gentleman and his team. I like to support good business. This is definitely an example of it from start to finish.

Very good customer service, but when You ask how long will an oil change take and they tell you it will take 15 to 20 minutes, and no employees are moving with any urgency, don't believe them. Prepare for at least 40 minutes. I would go back, but not when I'm in a rush

I appreciated the care in making sure I understood the brakes truly did require replacing by showing me the old brake that was removed! Very professional service, each step was explained and given an opportunity for me to accept or reject.

Price Quoted was $109.00 for oil change which is extremely high but I needed it , final price was $119.00 . That explains why I was able to drive right in and get service without waiting. Never Going Back!

Honestly I wouldn t recommend anyone come to this place. I drove my car to get a oil change on 10/11/2023 and a worker there told me to park just outside of the ram so I did and went to the waiting room. A few minutes after he started the van and drove it inside. I was here to do a oil change and a engine flush. After they did the oil change and engine flush they tried to start it and all of a sudden it s not starting, the check engine light is coming on, it s over heating and not starting at all now they are looking at me like they didn t do anything wrong to the car.

If you want to wait for 45 min go ahead I will from now on never go here again!!! Manager told me he does not have time for that!! Express oil change is the way to go!!! 30$ cheaper and you never have to get out of your car it s on south Cobb drive next to Kroger they should call this place ghetto change, the guy upfront with the fake Gucci glasses that took 7 pictures of my vin and still has no idea why he is taking pictures of the vin and the gm with the way to dusty beard is a clown

Great service! It is my place of choice for oil change for years now. This time they caught my back brakes before it hit my rotor. There was an expert there to fix them. Great job!! Great service by all!

Great job done and staff was friendly. Had to go back a second day because the mechanic we needed was off and the other guy couldn't get the screw out of the oil pan. (They had to get a special tool due to the previous oil changers put it on too tight). But i use them no matter what city i am in. They are quick and efficient...

The attendant was so helpful and kind. Very informative. She gave me updates on things that would need to be done in the future as well. The technicians were thorough and professional. I love coming to this location. The service is every time.

Jiffy Lube wouldn't be my first choice to get a oil change the workers are unapproachable the manager could care less he doesn't even try to work with you on any level I no longer receive any oil changes from Jiffy Lube off of Mableton Parkway it's not even worth the drive to the location I literally left there and went around the corner to receive customer service and an oil change something that they don't provide.

I didn t have the best experience, but I can say I m giving it a 2 star for the customer service. I took my car in, they said they topped off all fluids and did the oil change. This place is a little distance from my house, so I asked the lady at the counter if everything was done and she said yes. Unfortunately I had no transmission, power steering fluid.. I called back and they said they ran out of transmission fluid for my vehicle and they can add all other fluids if I come back. I thank him for trying to resolve the issue. But since I live close to an auto zone I just picked up the fluids and did it myself. He gets a 2 star but the service gets a zero.Service: Oil change

I have used Jiffy Lube many times to change oil in my personal and business vehicles I got there before opening to be the first one in the bay to get changed the manager showed up look up and said something ugly I left I will not go back to this location again nor would I recommend anybody else to I don't care anything I don't want nothing free I pay for all my services this is a warning to the community if they can't be nicer than that there are other businesses that will gladly take the money that you would have spent there for your service

I just left Walmart to get an oil change (which I didn t get) they informed me they can t change my oil because where I previously received an oil change (this Jiffy Lube) damaged my drain plug. That my drain plug is stripped. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be rectified!!

Roy was very knowledgeable and informative. He provided in-depth explanations about the services I received as well as information regarding their policies and procedures. He was extremely polite and provided impeccable customer service. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for more than 10 years, and this was by far the best overall experience I've had.Service: Oil change

Oil change at Jiffy lube was $90 which is extremely high. I would not go back due to this. However, the were very quick, efficient and friendly. Not a bad experience just WAY TO COSTLY!
