0. Weldon charged my niece $400 without even knowing what was wrong with the car to start with. He refused to give her an itemized bill after numerous requests.He then charged another $250 to which when questioned became belligerent with me after I asked relevant questions regarding his work procedures.He then became frustrated with me because none of his excuses made sense and told me,"see this is why I hate working with black people.He then goes on to make statements as if he was doing Black's favors because labor really costs $100/hr.Ok then charge that but with his inability to fix cars properly I am quite sure he can't.He hung up on me after not being able to give me any reason to why he charged my niece $650 without an itemized receipt prior to payment.Usually when one goes to a competent professional mechanic they're able to intelligently explain costs along with an itemized bill.He didn't follow standard procedure because he isn't an honest mechanic.I am filing in small claims court for the answers regarding the charges and reporting him to the BBB.

They cannot repair cars, mechanic is rude. Owners Will and Marc are nice but definitely using the money to fund other things. Inconsistent work was done on my vehicle. $1200 wasted, my brakes are worse and oil leak worse too. Feel like I was overcharged for both. On a fixed income and single mom just very depressing and stressful situation. His only reply after mentioning my issues is well it is an old car it s a 2012 and people still drive thru old working cars.

WILL IS SO AMAZING!!! They really outdid themselves!! My car was in an accident on Thanksgiving day, bumper was ripped off, both of my side mirrors were broken as well (from some prior damage), and they repaired EVERYTHING in a VERY TIMLY, AFFORDABLE MANOR!! It looks like a brand new car now! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND The Finsh Line Auto Repair! You have a customer for LIFE!!! I'll NEVER take my car anywhere else EVER AGAIN!!! Thank y'all so much. The owner Will was straight up said it would cost a certain amount and he ran into a problem but still charged me the same price as he said in the beginning. They did awesome work I would recommend you finish line Auto to anybody wanting good work done at a good price.

GREAT SHOP and SERVICE! Had a ton of work done to my car (motor mounts, catalytic converter, O2 Sensor Install, Oil Change) - there wasn't a shop that came CLOSE to the amount I paid for all of that. The mechanic Bernard is so knowledgeable. He takes time to sit and explain everything to you, and then allows you to make the best decision for yourself. There's no pushy sales feeling. Service is cool too. Laid back. Definitely will continue to bring my car here for any issues I have in the future.

Will is an EXCELLENT mechanic! He is EXTREMELY competent, Knowledgeable, professional, and cares about the customer and the job he does on the vehicle. I m so glad I used their services. Work was completed in an above and beyond timeframe. The ripped me off, they charged me $510 to clean my carburator on my cutlass. Then the owner didn't want to hear nothing I had to say. Black businesses always mess over they own people. Do not take your car to this shop, you will not be satisfied. Take your car to someone who value their customer and not just looking for a quick dollar. Im waiting on Cobb county sheriff to serve them court papers as we speak.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto interior vacuuming

I hate when someone try to get over on people. Said that a service was done and it was not. Had to take car to another shop and pay more money. He said that he would give some of the money back keep saying come and get it but when you get there it's a run around. I work very hard for my money and will not stand to be ripped off. So this shop will be held accountable.....stay away..

Had my truck fixed here. 1979 Chevy c20 had an issue with the drive shaft carrier bearing. They replaced it fast and professionally. Highly recommend!

Just like some of you im here because of the 5 stars! and I must say its worth it! Will, !!!!!! WILL!!! Willl!!! he was amazing !! I drive A G37s 2008 coupe ! I work on my own vehicle and havnt seen a shop in 3 years!! but I had a code P0300 (Random misfire) I couldn't figure it out FOR NOTHING !!! AND IN A MATTER a time he solved my issue LOVE THESE GUYS! ILL ALWAYS BRING THE CAR HERE !
