Very fast service and appointment. As a single mother I was treated with respect and made to feel comfortable every step of the way. Everything that was done was explained to me and all questions were answered. I was not over charged. The customer service was impeccable. This is what the standard should be. I was listened to and nit taken advantage of. This is the standard if how everyone should be treated.

I drove from California to Georgia and while on my way to a Braves game we hear a noise from the brakes. Turns out a caliper bolt loosened and fell out allowing the caliper to slip forward creating a dangerous situation. Crest was recommended to us and we stopped by late in the afternoon. They were real busy but Anthony Crest stopped everything to help me and my family ensure the bolt was replaced, the other bolts were tight, and get us afely back on the road and to cheer on the Braves. I feel confident that you will experience the same great customer service that my family did. Thank you Anthony and the other technicians.

My car was bumping a lot when I was driving. I took the car in fire a balance but the mechanics noticed it was that my tires were not in good condition even though they had a lot of tread. Since they were still under warranty they exchanged them out for me. I really appreciate their service and I will be back when I m in need of some work.Service: Tires

We were traveling through town on a 800 mile drive when check engine light went off, car overheated, and started bucking.AAA recommend a mechanic who was too busy to see us that day. Called Crest and Jimmy said Come on over; we ll help you out . He even helped us arrange economical towing to his location. Professional service that got us back on the road THAT DAY!!Very grateful.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My first experience with Crest Auto & Repair about a month ago was fairly decent. I needed new brake pads and his team quickly installed them. (They've since began to squeak). I was satisfied at the time so I returned to have a diagnosis done on my vehicle. The check engine light came on. I dropped my car off Friday July 10th at 7:30 am. Jimmy (the mechanic) told me he would contact me in an hour and half to give me an update. He did not. I called later in the day several times before I could get an answer. He told me I would get my vehicle back sometime Saturday. I did not. I called multiple times Saturday and did not get an answer nor a return phone call ALL DAY. Apparently he does work on Sundays because I did not hear anything from him that day either. I called first thing Monday morning at 8 am and he finally answers. I explained to him I wanted to check the status of my vehicle because I haven't heard from him since Friday. I'm sure he could hear the frustrations in my voice. He gave me a brief yet incomprehensible update and said that he is going to reach out to my warranty company to recommend me taking my car to the dealership for repairs. The lack of communication along with his lack of professionalism caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I understand he's very busy but the guest experience and communication should be priority over everything. I would not recommend this repair facility.

Drove my big Jeep JK up from Florida for a funeral. On the way up my new transmission started heating anytime I went over 70 so I decided to slap on a trans cooler when I got here. I got the part and went to multiple places and nobody had time. I came here and the manager told me he would get me in. Sure enough his tech went right to work and within a couple hours installed the cooler. I could not have been happier. The work was done great and I drove it all the way to Athens that same day without an issue. Thank you all so much for the excellent service and great work, I'm confident my Jeep will now make it back to Florida without any issues and my transmission thanks you as well!Best Wishes,Chris

We have been using Crest Automotive for our car repairs for several years now. We have never had a bad experience and the work is always done on time. We have 2 vehicles and they have done work on both of them. This is not some big fancy dealership that has comfy seats and free WiFi. This a independently owned and operated shop run by a person that cares about his customers. We had a shop like this that we used up north before moving to Georgia and it took us several years to find a new shop that we were happy with. In my opinion these little shops are the best kind because your business means a lot more to the small business owner than it does to some random guy hired by someone running a big corporate business.

They really care about people here. Had an unexpected issue on my way out of town. Called and not only was walked through how to make it there safely. Was given an inspection of my car and found out it was only a minor situation. Mr. Jimmy thanks again! The best mechanic service ive gotten in a long time!! Highly recommend if your anywhere in the Atlanta area

Had an accident 2 yrs ago took car there. Brought it back 3 weeks later told him i heard a sound. He drove it told me it wasn't anything. Sound got worse over two years. Took it to dealer. They found 3 things wrong from that accident. Called insurance company they came saw the damage from the accident was never fixed thank God for pictures from the accident in their files. He tells me they never told him to fix it. Wait aren't you the expert in this area. Well glad to say the car was repaired and I will never come back to this place. Use who your insurance has vetted. New to Atlanta and this spot was recommended. Never again.

Quality and great customer service. My car was diagnosed and repaired within hours. The owner was very friendly and personable. They are now my one and only mechanic of my Dodge Charger and Infiniti G35.

Good Service. I had my brakes fixed at this shop. They quickly were able to diagnose the problem. The guys showed me and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Made a good choose to stop here.

I definitely will not be recommending Crest New and Used tires 5401 Mableton Pkwy. Mableton, Ga. to anyone. I purchased 4 "new tires" from the owner Anthony Crest. As he started placing my tires on my car he stated that I needed a front and rear alignment. He recommened that I go up the road to Crest Automotive 5961 Mableton Pkwy SW, Mableton, GA for the work to be done a little cheaper, since He sold me the tires. He gave me one price, however when they finished the work I was charged more for the service. And on top of all that my car is driving worse than it was before I paid for "new tires" and "front and rear end alignment. He assured me that he would take care of me, because I was sceptical from the start. If this is how Georgia mechanics take care of their customers then I will definitely be driving to Tennessee to have my car repaired!!!

Terrible I do not recommend this place to anyone a total rip off. he charges for work on your vehicle that he never done and parts that he never put on your car. There is a place for people like that

Charged Us $80 for diagnostics but did not do a real diagnostic testthe diagnosis description was exactly what my boyfriend stated that it overheated i didn t see the receipt until he came back home , seemed a little unfair we spent $380 for a part that cost about $100 my check engine light is still on i was hoping the diagnostic would tell us more since the last time it was just sensor s

I bought a car from them and only having the car from a few weeks my check engine light has come on. I've left my car with them several times to fix the problem and they just keep turning off the light. Most recently he has kept my car to repair it and he turned the light off and took it upon himself to get my emissions and then the light came on the same night !!!
