My biggest regret is coming here . I wish I just bought a car out cash. I came here to rebuild my credit, first things first. They rush you they don t have already set prices on their vehicles they tell you after you ve paid the down payment. A week after I got my car, the day I was scheduled to take my first payment my car wouldn t start, they towed it, they have a spare key but made me bring mine for whatever reason said the spare wasn t working but when I test drove the car both worked. They kept my car for 3-4 days and when I advised them that I just spent over $400 on transportation services they said they would reimburse me by lowering my remaining down payment. I gave them $500 when I picked the car up and TOLD THEM to push my next payment date back being that I ve given them so much money within two weeks and had to pay more into something I wouldn t have had to if my car didn t stop working. They did not, instead they repoed my car THE SAME NIGHT the payment was due, I ve been calling for two days to get my pick up amount they keep saying call back in 30 min call back in 10 min even saying I ll have it before the business closed I still have yet to receive my pickup payment because I kept calling and they eventually told me call again tomorrow. This my experience not tryna reel nobody away,and they can t say I haven t been making the payments I just got the car March 4th. I ve been very professional expecting the same in return but since I m not then this is the most truthful review I ve ever wrote cause I m MAD!!!! I could ve spent my money somewhere more professional but I tried supporting MY own kind and get the slap in the face after the money is in they hand. The cars over priced anyway probably only worth your down payment that s why they don t really care about towing it this nothin new to them. Don t let that instagram page fool you either! Everything that shines not gold.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY DEALING WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT, personal experience! 0 stars ! 1 isn t even deserved ! Engine was hot 1st week ! I spent over $800+ on repairs for this vehicle, that still isn t functioning properly! April 2nd would make a month of having this vehicle I ve already paid $4000 down payment and paid an additional $900 so far for a car note thts SUPPOSE TO BE DUE $500 a month ($196 a week with an pay up option due to having to make a trip up there each payment) I haven t had the car a month, they have called me EVERY WEEK TELLING ME IM DUE SOMTHING, then when I correct them they make it seem like we were never on the same page and that I m just being rude because I can t afford my car note.which isn t the case AT ALL, I feel like it s because I m a YOUNG HARD WORKING FEMALE THAT CAME BY MYSELF I m being treated this way. ALSO BYRON is a weirdo frl ! NOT sure if he s selling himself or the car like a 2 fa 1 special! it s really unprofessional. If you know you know ask for byron alright and he lied about the price of my car, the features I asked about, and also THE WARRANTY, talking about 1 year warranty, $8,000 CAR put 4 down nd just pay 4 off. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A COPY OF MY CONTRACT SEVERAL TIMES. HUNG UP IN MY FACE SEVERAL TIMES ! SAVE YOURSELF THIS STRESS ! Save yourself the money!!! Save yourself the PAPERWORK ! ( it took me 45 mins to file a claim with the business bureau)

SCAM ALERT ***** we have had to file a lawsuit against these shady mechanics they sold my daughter a 2015 dodge dart for 4,000 down the car wasn t worth 2 dollars the battery alternator thermostat water pump went out 1 week after buying the car not to mention a oil leak they took advantage of her being 20 looking to buy her 1st car and shopping alone . These people are a disgrace just out right demonic they refuse to just refund the money for this deadbeat car forcing us to seek legal action they continue to lie on a 20 year claiming she had gone to jail and stop payment all false accusations and deformation of character long story short my daughter has only had the car for 30 days after putting 4,000 down payment on a lemon they have literally called and harassed her and me demanding more money from her meanwhile they won t even give her a copy of the contract. AND PLEASE DO BE AWARE CERTIFIED MOTORS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF LEGALLY BEING SHUT DOWN THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SEALING CARS DON T BELIEVE ME PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!!!! Their costumer service is amazing and, I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. I came looking for a car and , left with not only a new car but, what felt like new friends who genuinely care about me. This was my first time buying a car and, i ll admit I was nervous but , I was comforted and the Salesman patiently walked me through the process and explain how everything works. Sold my wife a car with a reset engine light. Every time we reach out to them they say to bring the car back and claim they changed o2 sensor each time which was 4 times so far. Ask for owner information and they refuse to give it. Take a code scanner with you when you get a car from them and you will see that it was reset. She got a pathfinder and the manager claim that the engine light dint come on. They are scammers and the ladies ain t no help either. They re mechanics only good for buffing tires. They are liars run run run!!!

I ve already been to two other dealers and honestly was about to give up until I was told about this place. Customer service was everything. Buying my baby was nothing short of amazing. Can t lie my credit wasn t the best but they were able to get me something in my price range and payments lower than what I expected!! Thank you once again!!

Came all the way from Cleveland,Ohio to get a 2017 Lincoln Navigator from this dealership. Best decision I could've made all 2023. Super Clean inside & out just like the pictures. Runs & drives perfectly. Paid a little extra for a full tune up & Johnathan the technician got me together in less than a hour..!! Thank you so much. I tell people all the time. Go down south to buy rust free cars. Now I have to add check out Certified Motors in Mableton,Ga. on Veterans Memorial Hwy. 1st.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PHONEY DEALERSHIP RUNNN DO NOT EVEN PULL UP HERE!!!!! If you re 2 days late on your payment they repo your car immediately! because they have no online system for payments which means you have to mail your payment isn t that crazy?!? every time you have to pay your car you have three options 1 either pay extra to send your payment early just to get your payment there on time so they don t repo your car 2 either waste you re precious gas every 2 weeks to drive to the dealership 3 pay a late fee(which won t be available for long because they will repo your car even though you ve been paying late fees for so long then all of a sudden your car is took)After the car was repossessed they asked for 1k+ just to get the car back that you worked so hard to get all because THE MAILMAN CAME LATE LIKE IT WAS PERSONALLY YOUR FAULT!!! they just leave you in a rabbit hole with no care in the world they do not prioritize none of their customers they just care about draining your pockets if you buy a car from here I m praying for you seriously ! If I could give them 0 stars I most definitely would please go somewhere else you won t regret it if I could go back into time and had not been fooled I would had went somewhere else immediately you ll regret not listening to the other reviews that warn you to not come here

I m tell u this. If u buy car from them and can t make payment within 2 days of being late they will repo your car. No warning or nothing. It happened to me twice. And car note payments are due every week.

Traumatized still I put almost 4000 down had 7000 left was paying $200 every week so like $800 a month we get to my last payment I was two days late but was on my way out the door to make the payment when I found my car missing I thought it was stolen but it was Repoed I mind you I m on my last payment after they got 10000 plus from me. They are crooks the whole objective is to get your money up front and set you up with weekly payments in hopes of a slip up by a day or two and there coming to get your car to RESALE IT. I had to pay double fees to finally get my car on the last payment. This was on my heart to say I know it s tax time and people are struggling but CERTIFIED MOTORS is not the solution if the owners are reading this I want you to know YOU WILL HAVE TO ANSWER for everything you do in this lifetime Peace and love to you people hope I saved someone from a wicked mistake.

THIS CAR LOT IS A SCAM!! I PAID MY CAR NOTE EVERY WEEK,THE CAR PAYMENT WAS 80 A WEEK.WHO CANT PAY THAT I HAD 1 LATE PAYMENT ONE TIME DUE FACT U CAN ONLY PAY THERE ,AN I GET OFF AT 8pm SHOULD Have KNEW IT WAS SOME THEN. THEY CLOSE AT 6:30. PAID A 50 LATE FEE ON THE 3rd DATE IT WAS LATE FULL COVERAGE ON THE TRUCK.THEY USE A CODE TO CUT ALL CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS OFF ON ALL THEY CARS. FAKE LIKE THEY FIXING UR CAR HAVE U WAITING HOURS JUST TO TURN OFF THEIR LIGHT. They were kind but wasted my time. Told them what car payment amount I was looking at monthly. They showed us a car within my budget. When it was time to review numbers the payment jumped by 200 additional dollars and 675 (taxes) was added to the down payment. I wasted hours just to walk out. I probably should have read reviews first. And it was Super Cold and Smelled like Weed and Newports.

Certified Motors more like Certified Scammers!! Was sold a legit lemon! Put $3200 down on a car that takes 45 minutes to put $5 worth gas in it ! Don t believe me I ll show you a video!!!! They claim o we are going to fix it one minute they ordered the part next the part is in now o we don t have the part!!! Then try to blame it on you! They don t give you a copy of paper work when you buy here they claim they mail it to you, THEY ARE JOKES! Every bad review you ve read about this place please take warning to it seriously! They now say they ordered the part but they cancelled it because I wasn t patient!! Again if you value your time and money go somewhere else I m begging you!!

They sold me a lemon car . THEY SCAMMED ME . When you ask for your refund they give you a hard time and block you . I highly don t recommend. Gave them the car back a week after getting it . If I was closer to the dealership they would ve had it sooner !!! Kale is the salesman who sold me a bad car and Mr. Walter the manager is no help it will sound good at the moment. Then when you leave everything goes differently

This is my second car dealership that I came to. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the manager of the store. They got right to the point and reassured me on all of my concerns. I definitely would recommend getting your car here! They have amazing warranty and they WILL do what they can to work with you. Lastly, the prices are reasonable and you will leave with a smile and no disappointment!

HORRIBLE COMPANY.. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I bought a charger paid on time for 6 months I missed one payment because you have to mail in payment. What company you know don't have a way to pay online. Now they want me to pay full amount because I dont qualify. They are NOT a good company. But I will file a suit against them. Horrible company to do business with.

Do not I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I got a car and the next day had a check engine light and clutch go out. They did not cover it under warranty and told me I had to pay to get it fixed myself! Don t waste your time or money!

Scam people.. be aware about this dealer. I asked for car with no accident specifically. The sales person malik showed me report no accident and then I down paid money and bought a car and drove home. Reached home and car key is not working called up dealer they said person who fixes locks will come and fix . He did not come . After taking insurance I got alert that no maintenance was done. Then I got worried and realised I had been wrongly informed and scammed . I pulled up Carfax report and found that car had accident nd car bags deployed. Returned the car next day first thing morning and I was told I will receive refund and call in two days as finance takes two working days. Called up after 2 days and they said no refund. I left the car there and lost all money.. this is as good as someone snatched your money and not giving back. Please don't fall for these scammers.

They have over 50 cars on their website. Paid for a ride to get out there from Riverdale 45 minutes. Only to get there and the chick Jessica that l felt had been very pushy wasn't there.Some guy said she had left for the day. Then the car that she and I had been talking about wasn't even there. They only had about 15 cars. The guy says yeah the website and autolist page needs to be updated. Well update it so people don't waste their time.

This place is a rip off. They saw how much i needed a car as a single mom who just moved from out of state and they took advantage of my desperation. They bullied me into putting $2000 down on a lemon, never let me test drive it and only showed me the car once the paperwork was complete. 24 hrs later I had to return the car because there was just too many issues that I wouldn't be able to fix. I was told I would get my down payment refunded but they kept it. They were very unprofessional and their secretary was rude. Please stay away from this place.Update (replying to certified motors): You guys are crooks who are taking advantage of people with bad credit or have low income. Let me address the first lie, I was not a returning customer, the car i got with you guys was my first and only car with ya'll. The second lie, my car was not repossessed, I voluntarily returned it which you in return said it would be considered a voluntary repossession. Another lie you're telling is this so-called second chance. What you offered was to give me another week or 2 to come up with the additional money to put towards the down payment. (side note for anyone reading, i had already put $2,000 down on a 2010 charger that had over 150,000 miles on it and the total cost of the car was about $10,000. The car didn't have any working air conditioning or heater, headlights and wind shield wipers didn't work, wires were hanging out from under the car, and the car shook dangerously when going 50 miles per hour). And that's just the issues i came across in the 2 days i had it. Now the lie about me not being able to afford it, my exact words to you when you offered to give me more time to come up with the $1000 plus the additional money for tax and title fees was " it makes no sense for me to try and come up with this money when the car has immediate issues that need to be addressed." Mind you they wanted my car payments to start a week after putting the additional money for the down payment and tax and title fees. And what was the point of asking me what i could afford as far as monthly payments go when you were just going to charge me want you wanted anyways. Paying $150 a week which equals $600 a month for a used car with a multitude of issues that were not disclosed at the time of purchase is insane. My reasoning for this review is to simply warn people to stay far away from Certified Motors if you're looking for a reliable, affordable, and safe car.

This Dealership is Soo Awesome & Helpful i had so many questions and they wer so patient with me. I really enjoyed the atmosphere the music & the staff was the best part it was a whole vibe. I knew i made the right decision once i drove off in my new car.
