I had an excellent experience at this automotive shop. The owner was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided top-notch service. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs!

Again, another place I would protect during a Purge. How many mechanics do you know? How many do you really trust? I have an Audi, Warranty is still shiny. The Audi dealership tried hooking up with my backside before we exchanged names, that was for an oil change. This Mechanic, and he is a good Mechanic, maybe The Mechanic, better than Mike and The Mechanics, anyway. 65 dollars for an oil change, that includes the weird-as-hell oil filter. He is, I believe an honest man, and when almost every place you do business with is trying any and every way to get over as much as they can from anybody careless enough to get caught up in their parasitic schemes, its refreshing to see the opposite. Hell, I would like to put some extra stars on this one.

Steve helped reset a bunch of computer warnings that popped up after I replaced the brake pads on my BMW. He took care of me right away and would not take a dime. I will definitely be back!

Another company seriously messed up my oil change, was recommended Steve by someone close to us, and very glad we went. He was very knowledgable, understanding and kind, and he was also very fast and efficient. Fixed my problem quickly, checked for any other issues, and got us back on the road almost immediately. Steve came to the local gas station where my car wouldn't start. He gave good advice, got it started, and wouldn't take payment. I wish I lived here and could use his services because he really knows what he's talking about but seems to be a very kind person. I recommend.

My VW had the check engine light come on and two auto parts store did not understand what was wrong with it. I brought it here and he ran diagnostics for free and told me I probably needed a battery. I bought one and came back and he ran diagnostics again and said I should be good to go. He did not charge me a dime for his time. I really appreciate the help and will be back if I ever need assistance again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a bad coolant leak in my 2017 m240, super honest guys and even found an extended warranty from bmw on a PCV gasket that commonly fails. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a check engine light on in my Passat. We were so worried that it would cost thousands to repair based on the code. Less than $150 later and through countless reassurances that it wouldn t be expensive check engine light is off and car runs great. Honest, sincere, reliable, and expedient service.10 out of 10 recommend

I contacted this auto repair shop with a request to service my Audi Q7, and asked for a quote. I was quizzed about they model, engine size, oil type etc. I was given an estimate that was extreamly reasonable. I asked when it could be done and surprisingly they could get me in the next day. I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. When I came back to pickup my car that afternoon, the owner checked me out and the amount was exactly as quoted. He asked about some routine maintenance that should have been done based on mileage and we discussed the items that he felt were important to keep with the manufacturer recommendations. He also told me I needed a new air filter and cabin air filter. He told me I could get them online for the same price he could and told me how it would be less expensive for me to do it myself if I had a basic understanding of cars. I was very happy with the service I received and the pleasant attitude of the owner. I highly recommend American Euro automotive.

After experiencing some unexpected car trouble when on I75-north, my car needed some immediate attention. I pulled up this shop's number (as the closest mechanic), explained what was going on, and Steve happily said to swing by his shop. Without charging a dime, he completed some diagnostics, made a short term remedy (so I could reach my destination), and offered thoughts on what needed to be done for a permanent fix. First of all I called this mechanic and he was amazingly reasonable friendly and professional. I ordered the part needed because I have to have a complicated order for a car. I received the part today and by 5:10P today he had it fixed. Super amazing customer care and so professionally awesome. The price was so so affordable and he deserved more. Awesome shop! Extremely knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. In my case he went above and beyond took the time out of his busy schedule to do a estimate for free on my air conditioning. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. Will now be OUR mechanic.

The clutch recently went in my Subaru and was looking for a local shop to have it changed out. I am fairly new to the area, and generally maintain my vehicles myself, so I have yet to need an automotive shop up till this point. American Euro came up in my searches and the reviews I read seemed very positive. I called multiple shops in the area to get estimates and let me tell you, this shop has it all. They were very knowledgeable and friendly over the phone and their estimate was quite a bit lower than all the other shops in the area. The owner even suggested I buy the clutch myself if I could find it cheaper. By doing this, I was able to save even more. I dropped it off with the new clutch and was very happy to hear that it would be ready the next day. Sure enough, in under 24 hours, I got a call that my car was ready, and the price was exactly as estimated. With the experience I have had with auto shops in multiple states, and working for a couple shops myself, I appreciate an honest technician. I can t say enough good things about this shop, and will definitely be back next time I have a job too big and time consuming to handle myself. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area!Service: Transmission

Thank the lord I have found a truly honest mechanic in the Cartersville area! Steve runs a tight shop and does what he tells you he's going to do for a fair price. He put a new transfer case on my Lexus GX 470 and she hasnt had a problem since! American Euro is the only shop that touches my vehicles now and I highly recommend American Euro if you are in need of a good mechanic that isn't trying to take advantage!

Steve is awesome! I took my truck to him after my A/C went out and he went above & beyond to ensure everything was fixed properly! I appreciate how he informed me of what needed to be done beforehand and providing honest work for a reasonable price!

I have been trying for 5 years to find someone to rebuild my a/c unit in my truck for a good price. I stop by and got a quote from these guys and it was reasonable and they did a very good job. Steve who owns this shop is very honest and friendly. I came in thinking I needed front and back brakes and another maintenance problem. Luckily the one maintenance problem is minor and I only actually needed front brakes. Other jobs would've said I need both.Plus the service repair rates are very reasonable.Service: Brakes
