Thank you! I had the best vehicle buying experience today thanks to SKIP with Ronnie Thompson Ford. Not only did they give me top dollar for my vehicle they did not haggle or misguide me once! Skip was absolutely one of the best customer service representatives I ve ever dealt with. The financial team really have their stuff together the gentleman that assisted me was top notch and did not pressure me at all. Thanks again Ronnie Thompson Ford you gained a life long customer today.

Drove 4 hours one way to get the car my wife was wanting. After searching for months, we found what we were looking for at a slight drive. Done most of the dealing over the phone. Got to dealership and the Bronco Sport was sitting waiting for us. Paperwork already ready to sign upon arrival. Casey, Bryan and Joey made the experience quick and seamless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was in the market for a new truck and called a couple of dealers that had what I wanted in stock. Bob offered me more money for my trade than other dealers offered my after negotiating with them!Bob wrote an offer over the phone, we drove to the dealer and looked at the truck. Everything was great, the finance person had everything ready to sign electronically and that was super fast. He handed us paper copies and Bob took us to our new truck.Now came the longest part of the process, the orientation! Bob went over everything taking as much time as I needed. He gave us suggestions on different settings, so much to learn on new vehicles these days.After every thing was done we drove home very happy!

This was, without a doubt, one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I was looking for a Ford Lightning, which are reasonably hard to get, and compared the options across N GA dealers. I started working with one dealer but working with Skip at Ronnie Thompson was just night and day. He first worked with me by phone and I asked if he would walk my 18 year old car nerd son around it the next day. He spent 30 mins with him making him love it then, the next day he sat with my wife for a full 40 mins until every single question was covered. She is still telling people about the sales guy in Ellijay that "somehow got her comfortable driving a big pickup." Its because of Skip and the team there that my favorite new possession is in my driveway. Look no further.

The service area for cars is a joke. My car had a strange noise and I took it to them for them to fix. They drove my car and told me it was just noise from my tires, that they sold me!!The noise continued. People could hear me coming. I took my car to another shop and it was not my tires (I got new tires on my car and the noise stayed), the noise was my rear wheel bearing. This could have been dangerous for me while driving and all for the shop at Ronnie to tell me it was my tires! I do not recommend using them.

I purchased a used pickup truck from Ronnie Thompson Ford through the online buying process from nearly 600 miles away! I must say that it could not have gone any smoother. I was very weary of buying online, but when I showed up at the dealership, I could not have been more pleased with the quality and appearance of the truck. Jeff Burroughs was very transparent about everything with the vehicle from the beginning. He sent pictures, provided extensive background information on the truck, communicated with me every step of the process, and just made the purchasing process very easy. I have never felt more comfortable purchasing a vehicle.This dealership went beyond expectations to get me in the vehicle that I wanted!! They even provided transportation from the nearest airport to the dealership.A special thanks from Louisiana to the team at Ronnie Thompson!!

Bought a 2015 Ford Escape, and have had tons of problems. Salesman was good, polite and professional but service, HORRIBLE. They sold me a lemon, and are now trying fix my car for more than what it s worth.

Usually have a good experience with Quick Lane for routine service, but recently required a tow to the service department for transmission issue..., come to find out I needed a transmission. I decided to not have the work done here and was informed of a diagnostic fee owed for that transmission. That's fine, completely understand that. However, and Bill seems like a nice guy, it would be a courteous gesture to inform me of that up front. The concern is more his reaction to my comment about that, no explanation or anything, just seemed like my concern did not phase him.

So excited to have found a great, honest dealership. The gentlemen in service were so polite and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and even made sure my tires had the proper amount of air as my low light had recently come on. This was not the reason I brought my car in, instead I was getting a new key fob.Eddy and Jake were awesome too! I ve never worked with such incredible salesmen. No high pressure sales pitch just honest men trying to help you find what you need and can afford.Absolute best experience ever with Ford!

Ronnie Thompson was very helpful with some warranty work. Guys in the service department are great. I drove to this dealership over the one in Jasper Ga. Even though I live Jasper. The last time I had work done at that dealership we had a few problems. I'm not sure if was incompetence or trying to scam us. The dealership manager did make it right. I will still not go back to the Ford dealership in Jasper GA. I would highly recommend Ronnie Thompson Ford in Ellijay.

Be sure of all charges up front. I wasn't told that there is a 3 percent charge for using credit card realized when I got home and looked at the charges for the service. The inspection sheet had problem no one discussed with me so have to take back again

I ordered my Bronco from a dear friend at Ronnie Thompson Ford. It was important to me to order from a dealership I could trust, even though I live in Florida and the drive for trade in and pick up was going to be a pain. Skip kept me informed every step of the way. I was never given false promises but instead realistic timelines and great information. We completed the deal over e-sign making the transaction fast and convenient. I was given great value on my trade in. I would highly recommend Ronnie Thompson Ford and Skip Larson.
