Stopped in and talked with Jeff about a certain plan I had to bring out a nice rumble from my exhaust, without being too over-the-top. After a quick conversation, it was clear I found the right guy. Jeff is not only one of the nicest and laid-back guys you'll ever meet but he also knows his stuff.When everything was said and done, the exhaust sounded exactly like I was hoping. Can't recommend Ellijay Muffler enough.

In over 60 years of driving and car/truck ownership, having vehicle repairs performed at shops all over the country, I just had one of the best results at Ellijay Muffler--and the most important feature of this shop is the owner, Jeff. My truck had exhaust system problems making the truck almost undrivable. Jeff assessed the problems, discussed the repair plan with me, completed the work as promised, and the cost was about half of what I was expecting. After the repairs were completed, Jeff showed me everything he had done and I have to tell you, the workmanship was just outstanding--some of the best I have ever seen. Jeff is not just some guy running a muffler shop, he is a real craftsman. Also, while Jeff was with another customer, I met the real hit of the business, Jeff's dog, Dolly--a very friendly and intelligent Wheaten Terrier devoted to Jeff. If your vehicle has exhaust problems, I heartily recommend Ellijay Muffler as your repair destination. Get your vehicle fixed and pet Dolly.

The owner/receptionist/cashier/chief mechanic/janitor is a straightforward, hard working man. Even though this is a one-man shop, he still does fast, good-quality work. Highly recommend if you need exhaust system repairs done.

We took my daughter s Jeep to have work done on the muffler. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The work was done quickly, efficiently and at a very fair price. We had very friendly service. I would highly recommend Ellijay Muffler!!

One of the best you will find. has done my work since mid 90s. Never had any issues with him he's a straight-up guy. the Georgia Bulldog guy review is totally incorrect if anybody knows Jeff they know he does a great job.

Don't understand the negative review. Made an appointment and dropped the car. Explained what I wanted. Came back the next morning and car was still on the lift so I could inspect. Perfect job and even modified the factory exhaust hangers to make the look better. Was recommended by other classic car owners and would use again. Clean shop and professional results. Don't pass this on up!

Took my sister's car here today to have them attach a wheelchair carrier on her back hitch. He put it on for us and showed us how to load and unload the chair. I definitely would recommend them! Thank-you again!
