Gerry did a great job selling and installing a new battery. I was afraid my car would die again if I came inside, so he checked inventory while I sat outside on the phone (with the car running.) All staff were very friendly!

A young employee, named Bruce was working front counter when I came in. He helped me with checking battery. After determining battery was bad he sold me a new battery and removed old battery. It wasn't the easiest job due to the corrosion on negative terminal but his persistence got the battery terminal lose and installed new battery! I could definitely see him being a great leader for autozone! He's a keeper. I could see him becoming a store manager and his costumer service and co/worker skills will get him a management position one day!

Ben was definitely major help for me! He went above and beyond in helping me with a battery! His expertise in everything including putting the battery in truck was phenomenal! He definitely is an asset to Auto ?one!!!!

Stopped here while traveling. The guys working were super helpful and listened to what I had to say. They jumped to help find what I needed, check my truck, and get me on my way to get home safely. We did get home and will see our mechanic this week. I appreciate them listening and helping to get us home safely!!!

Been coming to AZ for a few years since I moved here. The guys at the desk are always 100% customer focused. They have always been great, funny, helpful. Dont know how yall teach service, but these kids are the best. Eric being the last one. Saved me alot of time, and work, and stress. Ill always come here.

Store is great but if you order something that has to come from the hub store it is a guessing game if your gonna receive your parts in a timely fashion on a regular when your parts are supposed to be to the store by 5 pm your stuck waiting if your broken down and waiting think it's time to take my business elsewhere

Me and my wife was on our anniversary trip out of town on our motorcycle when our battery went bad. Steven was excellent and let me borrow the tools to change the battery. Overall great customer service

My experience here was above and beyond excellent. My car broke down right outside and Eric, the store manager, gave me the most help I could ask for and let me use the tools necessary to get the job done and coached me through the whole process. I would still be stranded on the side of the road without his help. I highly reccomend anyone with car trouble to come by and they'll give you the best effort they can. Ask for Eric and I can assure you, he'll do an amazing job and leave you satisfied.

Jerry and Steven were SO helpful and patient with me as I made my brakes & rotors purchase. They even ran outside in a rainstorm to double check the model of my car. I would come here again because of the great service and prices!

Better prices than any of the other parts stores in town. They have an excellent free tool rental system in place. You pay for the tool up front and return it when your done and get your money back. Or you can just keep it for the rental price.

Friendly staff - but only 1 of the 4 or 5 guys working jumped in to assist. The rest were standing around talking. Out of stock on the item I needed so I had to purchase a more expensive one.

Great place and quality product and you can earn rewards if you sign up for their rewards card every $20 you spend you get a point after 5 you get 20 dollars free. I like this place a lot but here lately I haven't cuz I have had to spend so much money on my wife's vehicle and that's a bummer next to Christmas and my daughter's birthday but all in all it's still a great place and good customer service.

I went here and purchased a thermostat for my jeep. I put it in and filled it with new antifreeze. I drove my jeep to the store and it still ran hot so I went to advance auto parts and purchased another one from them and put it in then I drove it to the store it worked perfect. I carried the first one back to AutoZone and they would not give my money back because it had been opened and used. I won't be buying from AutoZone again.

This location is awesome. My car was having problems on a family trip. Limped my car there. They had the parts I needed in stock. They let me use any tool I needed. I had to fix my car in the lot and it took a while. The employees were awesome with my son and kept him entertained. After i replaced my part, they tested it to make sure everyting worked! All of the employees were courteous and helpful, they are all an asset to Autozone! Thank you for the excellent experience!

Usually awesome service since I ve moved here but this evening my car broke down and needed a thermostat at the last minute and called to let them know my wife was on her way 6 min away. I was hung up on and they didn t answer the phone or the door for her! All good tho just thought I d share ! Maybe they can do better next time! #SemperFI

Great service an the man working actually gave me very good advice an kept me from being screws over by the lot I bought my car from an saved me I'm sure atleast 300 not far down the road an my return was fast friendly an knowledgeable.

Eric, Luis and Mark are true assets to your company. Each of these outstanding individuals exhibited both task effciency and true management qualities. Your store was full and they all jumped in to make sure each and every customer (including myself) was taken care of and happy. What's in the water in Ellijay? I cant get a worker to show those traits and I pay all my crews well over 40k. I may come again and see if anyone wants to come work for me. Or you can show me how your manager training is done. All in all, great job! It's the employees that make the company. I may purchase some of your stock too!!!!!

I was having car trouble on my way to Blue Ridge driving 3 hrs away from my home town when a really nice employee helped me as best he could. Advanced auto parts refused to help due to COVID-19 so I was so relieved how nice everyone was and willing to help. Thanks!

Passing through and stopped in for a auto repair. Staff let me use their restroom in the back and allowed me to take parts outside to test fit before purchasing. Worked on my truck in their parking lot for about an hour with no bother. Great store, clean, friendly staff!

I have constantly had fantastic service from the East Ellijay Autozone! Today I had one particular experience that was above and beyond! Eric went out of his way to help me diagnose a problem with my 2002 Navigator and would not accept a tip no matter how hard I tried! Great expertise and service at this location.

Had to buy a new battery for my Honda HRV this morning, after being jumped off by the towing service. They had my battery in stock and installed it at no charge. Great service. I highly recommend them.

Was surprised to find out that the person helping me was unaware of the fact that my 2007 Ford F150 4.2 does not use a flange donut gasket at the manifold. He simply said they do not have one and can not order it.
