I ve been dealing with Matt for car issues that I couldn t handle myself since 2001. He has always done right and I ve never had any issues. It s hard to find a reliable, trustworthy person to work on your vehicles. Matt has been that guy.

I have been going to Matt shop for many years. He has always been honest with me and done a wonderful job on my cars. I wait on him to open before I will think of going some other place for car repairs.

I've had nothing but excellent service here for the past few years. Matt has serviced all my families vehicles. I've had more troubles out of my own vehicle than any, and Matt has always gone above and beyond to help solve each and every problem that I've had with it. He is straight forward and to the point, and I appreciate that. I wouldn't want to take my vehicle any where else. Period!

Extremely quick and no-nonsense service. Lower side of standard market quotes too. Only reason I give 4 stars is because they confirmed a lower price with me over the phone and when I thanked them for their discount, they were confused and asked me for their original quote. When I told them their original (higher) quote they said Okay well then yeah, that s what I meant. Granted, it was a minimal change in price, I sorta felt like my honesty was taken advantage of, but even still, it was quick good service at a fair price.

Matt was great! He was 100% honest with me, no sugarcoating and for the work that they did the price couldn't be beat! He isn t rude he is just very passionate about his job and puts customer safety first and thats what people seem to have a issue with! I will faithfully continue to come to him for any of my car needs including recommendations. One Stop Car Care Ellenwood is a GEM and Matt is an amazing shop owner. Just because you've been in business for 30+ years it does not give you the right to be an A*hole (which I can deal with), but expecting to service my vehicle and not give a starting quote at the very least is insane.. I do however appreciate the quick service performed the prior day.. it's just unfortunate that I was given an earful because I started experiencing different onset symptoms the following day, which led to me calling back and I was spoken to in a condescending manner.. not the way to do business.Also, you should be careful in today's climate using terms like "driving like a crazy Indian" (I don't), which I was accused of doing instead of listening to my concerns about a vehicle with high mileage.

His ugly answer the phone with a attitude I m trying to get my car fixed I asked did they fix on cars first call he hung up 2nd he answer said he bought the shop I hung up 3rd call I called him Tim from looking here hell I m not from here this boy hung up the damn phone again

I always have a great experience at One Stop Auto. The owner is someone that you can trust. He never tries to hustle you. He's always been an honest individual who treats his customers with dignity, respect and professionalism. I recommend his business to everyone who is looking for auto repairs.

Great place for quick fixes. Headlights, tail lights, and flat tires are instant service. In and out, no problem.Local owner, lived in Fairview forever.

Let me tell you Matt and his professional team are the TRUTH.... And I would highly recommend this business. Very straight to the point called the same day my car stalled on me I got my car towed to the shop and my car was completed the same day within a couple of hours and it was on a Friday. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places I googled....Matt you literally saved my life and I'm very thankful man. I really enjoyed our conversation and like I said I'm coming to you everytime... So if your reading this review your going to the right place no capping.. And I'll be the first to scream it.....

My husband and I have been customers for Matt for 12 years. He is an AWESOME mechanic, along with his staff. He explains anything diagnosed in detail, prices are right and works very hard to get you out in a timely fashion. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We recommend One Stop to many of our friends and they always thank us. GREAT place for service. Be sure to put his business on your Next Door neighborhood website to service your community. Very racist . Guy over the phone told me he didn t feel like talking on the phone when I was trying to give him my car information to get an estimate. Said I sounded like a n!gge3 and to get off of his phone.

Took my car here for an O2 sensor! Afterwards had this burning smell real bad! Went back there and they told me it s probably a trash bag on my exhaust! The smell got real bad and my engine light came back on!!!!!! I was so angry I went to Lincoln! They tell me when the O2 sensor was installed it was touching on my exhaust causing the burning smell and other issues that caused me to replace ANOTHER sensor! $650 dollars out my pocket! Smh!

I have been here many times. I appreciate Matt's honest service. I feel he take of my vehicle like it's his own. He helps with preventative and regular maintenance at a fair price. I always recommend him.

My daughter's Honda Civic needed an oil change so I brought her car here for a quick oil change. The owner is very thorough which I really appreciated!! He could have very easily changed the oil and sent me on my way; however, he showed me a problem with her muffler I needed to get fixed even though it wasn't something he could fix. I'm not usually the one that takes our cars for service and was hesitant about doing so since my husband had to work but I had zero issues of being taken advantage of here. I will absolutely be back for any other car needs!

Matt was real nice and professional. He informed me that the standard brake pads were not in stock before service so that I could go to another shop if I wanted. I thought that was very professional and so I let him know to proceed with the ceramic brakes. Seriously, this guys are amazing! I've been using them for quite some times now. They're super fast and very professional. I'm 54, i went in a lot of tire place in my life. I've never seen something like that. If u need to fix your tire very fast and well, than this place is for you.

I had my truck towed there because the right front axle was bent. He fixed it in less than two hours and only charge me like $100.00. He was fast, fair and professional. I am going back Monday for a flush and fill. I think he is a valuable business owner in Ellenwood. I had never been there before that time, and I will definitely go back.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Matt and his staff are very professional and honest. I have never felt like I was taken advantage of because I am female and am pretty car stupid. I tell them that the car makes a such and such sound when doing this...and they figure it out from there. His prices are very fair and he has always given me an estimate before completing work. His mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A friend recommended Matt's business to me years ago, and I have recommended him to others in the area.

I just had ANOTHER horrible experience at One Stop Car Care located in Ellenwood GA. I came at the end of last year to get my AC fixed in my vehicle for $70. The cold air ONLY lasted 3 months. I called One Stop to speak to the owner about it and he told me to bring in my receipt. I couldn't find the receipt so I let that go. Not to mention on the same day when I got the service done on my vehicle my front driver seat was perfectly fine until they worked on my AC. When I got back in my car after the service was complete my seat would not adjust (it was of track). I brought it to the owners attention before driving off the lot because my seat never did that before. He basically blamed me for my seat not being on track, my seat was perfectly fine prior to coming to them. So I also brushed that off and let it go because I didn't want to cause any issues.Today 2/10/18 I decided to come back just to see if the customer service would be better. I like to give people/ companies a second chance because I understand things happen. Well I was in for a rude awakening, the OWNER was completely out of line! I came in to have the fix my air and was willing to pay the $70 plus an extra $20 to check for leak and dye test. He remembered me from lat time and asked "Did you fix your seat" in a very rude and unprofessional tone! I said, "No, don't worry about the seat in going to sell my car soon". He quickly handed me my keys and said, "I'm not going to fix your car, I don't want to take your business because you "BITCHED" about your seat last time". I was very upset at this point because not only did you mess up my seat and blame me, did not do a good job on my AC the first time and turned me down. He told me I "BITCHED" about him messing up my seat when I could've went another way about this issue when it happened!!! I suggest you guys go somewhere else for your car needs because this company is unprofessional and very rude! The worst I've ever experienced. My parents spent thousands of dollars with them in the past and also have complained about the racist comments and bad business!

Took my car in for back brakes to be checked. I knew that the back brakes were scrubbing and wanted to get new brakes. The owner adamantly advised me that it was not the back brakes but in the front brakes. When I left, within 2 hours of driving my brakes were still scrubbing worst than before. I took the car back 4 days later to tell him I was still having the same issues. Not only was he rude, and almost refusing to listen to me talk, but he proceeded to tell me that within 4 days of him looking at my brake system I obviously did something to cause the problem I initially took the car in for(back brakes). He did not want to take any responsibility for misdiagnosing the issue which was the back brakes. The previous comments are all accurate, this guy is rude, he attempts to belittle his customers and he lacks customer service and personal skills. Taking ownership and having good customer service would've rectify misdiagnosing the problem, but not at this establishment. This guy does not value his customer and does not guarantee quality work. I will not be bringing my business back to him .

I work at a scrap metal recycling company and am always getting metal in my tires. Super convenient for me since less than 5 minutes from my house and they always get me right in. Very reasonably priced. Owner and his staff are always polite. I'll be back!

Our family has been taking our cars to Matt for years. He is trustworthy and thorough. You can be assured that he will not overcharge you, charge you for something he has not done or fix something that does not really need to be fixed. He has a focus on vehicle safety which we appreciate. We recommend Matt and One Stop to anyone who needs car care.

I have used One Stop for 5 years now on multiple vehicles. Matt has always been honest and fair with me. I do not like people working on my vehicles but I trust him and his staff to do what s necessary and not just add random things to raise the bill.

Hit a curb that turned out to be a storn drain and blew out my back tire. Got the tire replaced and my car was not the same. Took it here and they immediately pointed out what was wrong with the used tire I had gotten. Got a new tire through them. Got an alignment. Car drives like brand new again. They were very friendly and the price was good. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to this shop by a family friend and I'll never return. Whoever the guy is behind the counter is very impolite and disrespectful. First he lied and stated my fianc� called and canceled service with the locksmith technician, which I know he did not. After that, he got upset because I made it MY decision to locate MY own locksmith technician to come and service MY VEHICLE. Shortly after, he refused to work on my vehicle. He was rude when I called, rude when I arrived and overall extremely discourteous. Working in Corporate America, I'm very familiar with interacting with customers and providing essential customer service, he lacks those abilities. I feel really bad for the mechanics that work here. They looked disappointed as we drove away. I'm sure they were being that you just took food off their table by having a nasty attitude/CHARACTER. The employees in NAPA auto parts next door agreed and stated that you always lose service because of it and being a fully grown adult its a shame that that is how you are recognized and you're content with it. If I could put a negative star I would.
