Our F150 leaked antifreeze. We were told that they needed to do pressure test to determine the leak. We told them go ahead. They called back and said the water pump needs to be replaced. I told the technician to go ahead and replace the water pump and check all the hoses. He told me that the hoses looked fine and didn't need replacing. After picking up the truck it started leaking the next day. I carried the truck back and was told a 3 prone hose needs to be replaced. He replaced the hose and the next day it continued to leak. I've paid them over $1200 for a scam operating. Be aware taking your car to this facility. I wouldn't take a bicycle for repair there.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! They charge you for service, don't preform the service or do it WORNG then refuse to give you a refund. When you ask for a refund the owner will cuss you out and call the cops on you. STAY AWAY OR GET RIPPED OFF!! Examples of his work after he touched it

Overpriced oil changes, twice as much as other surrounding shops, they are money gougers. And I pray that they actually put oil or at least the right amount back in because they had kids running around the shop and I don t mean the customer waiting area.

The guy looked me in my eyes and said they didn't use my parts that I told him I had on my truck. Don't take any parts, they will use it and mark up the price. Work is fast.

I drive from Roswell to GP everytime I need work done on my car. My StepDad introduced me to Paul 5 years ago and it's been history since. They do excellent work. No shady business at. They take care of their customers and tell you the truth about your car. The prices are great and fair. This is the only mechanic shop I trust in all of Georgia and you will come to trust them too. Thank you so much to Paul and his excellent team for everything they do for me and my entire family. They are good people.

Our car needed brakes so we took our Lexus Suv in for new brakes/rotors. We got our car later that day and was told the newbrakes/rotors were put on. To date, our brakes are still not working well. We bought the car back several times and was told the brakes were new and the service was good. We assumed if brakes were new, they must have been very old, sitting on their shelves. We just stopped going up there and chalked up the service and products "very poor".WillNever use again!!

Brought my car in after dealing with emissions issues for a few months, was at my wits end and risking riding around with expired tags. Thankfully these people are above quality and fast!Got my car back same day with a fair bill and a detailed explanations of what all they did and what was wrong , they were friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone in need of a trusted shop.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing

I took my vehicle to GP Auto on a crisp Tuesday morning because there's no heat blowing from the driver's side of the a/c unit. I was told services will take a while because they're short staffed, so I left my car there. I called around 3pm to check on their progress and they said they were still waiting on a technician to take a look at my vehicle.. Well, they close at 5pm, so that meant I wouldn't have a vehicle for the rest of the evening or the next morning, but that wasn't the issue.. Opening at 8am, they give me a call the next morning around 10am saying my car was ready for pick up. I went, paid for their service, got my key back, and IT WAS IN THE SAME CONDITION. I tried to get the service corrected, but they came up with a whole other solution that they wanted to charge almost $1,200 for!! Then, I tried to get a refund because expectations wasn't met, but they claimed that I was charged for whatever time, labor, and materials they put towards the car.. Now, I'm no genius, but if no one started working on the car two hours prior to close because I had other cars ahead of me, then it only took 2 hours from open the next morning to "fix" my car, WHAT WAS REALLY DONE TO IT FOR REAL??? Then comes Sunday, and my check engine light turns on. Smh..

Didn't like service, sat for 3 hours after I explained what my problem was, and didn't receive any communication from technicians and had to back to the garage to pin point the problem only for them to tell me it will take 3 more hours to replace a O ring in my transmission line, and charged 400.00, for labor. Also I refuse the service, and they charhed 72.00 for observation. Got back in the truck only to see my check engine light was now on. Don't recommend this shop to no one!!!

Very positive experiences with this place. Took my car in for brakes work / inspection and new tires. Told me my brakes were in good shape and got two tires put on and alignment done. It's good to have a place you trust to get work done.

The service is great ..they always are friendly and take great care of my car ...im still going to this shop I just had my oil changed and the lady's at the desk are always nice and helpful Mr Paul is a hands on mechanic I finally found a place to take my car and don't have to worry about getting overcharged for my service

Paul, who is the owner of the shop was just superb. He did a very thorough used car inspection for me and found things I could've never spotted probably many months if not years into buying the car. He is honest and really cares about his customers. A true gem in the greater Atlanta area. A place that will treat anyone right.

Towed car there and spent 1,000, picked up car and drove home will not start. Paul the owner refused to help me with getting my car there to fix. Told me I had to pay myself after spending 1,000. These people lied and said I needed parts that I know I just bought months ago. I am a disable veteran and this treatment was so unprofessional as Americans.Do not be fooled by website they have changed owners and very classless and rip you off.Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust

They kept my car for three days. Each night i went by and my car was secured inside the gate. They performed repairs and got me running again. I thought I was going to have to get a new car before I took it into them. They did great work. Those are not the owners you see in the picture. Towed my Car there charged almost $1000 bucks fuel pump, drove car off lot sputtered all the way home and stop, ask owner to help me tow it back he refuse and said he does not help with towing even though he said my car was fix and ready to drive, he lied and never tested, he also said I need a battery and it would cost $150, told him just bought new battery 6 months ago, Auto zone said battery was fine he tried to ripped me off. I called news media to help me get my money, I am 100% disable veteran and this is poor business. This business was sold and do not be fool by the pictures, very unprofessional and low class.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

G. P. Automotive saved my life. I needed my brakes done ASAP y'all!!!! My mechanic flaked on me at the last min. after giving me the run around and ignoring my calls. I called this heaven sent facility at 12:36 pm, arrived at 12:55 pm. Once my husband completed paperwork, which only took about 4 mins, my car was pulled back at 1pm and completed at 1:27pm. All in time for me to be on time to pick up my girls from school. And did I mention they were cheaper than my mechanic. The older lady at the front desk was really nice too. I will be coming back for ANY mechanical issues I may have in the future and I highly recommend their services for your mechanical needs as well.

I always feel welcomed when I go. Great convo and overall atmosphere. Does excellent work. I will definitely continue to support these guys. Been going for my regular oil changes. Really need a tune up and will be going here (as soon as I get the money) Thanks guys for everything!!!

Worth Auto was awesome! We have been using them for over 25 years! However there is a new owner at Worth's; I pray that they will still do great work, quickly & efficiently as possible as with the original owner!

If I could give this crew more than 5 stars I would. The customer service was impeccable and extended beyond any measures taken to accomondate a consumer. The shop has true integrity and tell you exactly what is true. I appreciated the entire staffs commradrie. I came in after being misguided and rob by a mechanic. I left with a vehicle I actually feel safe driving.If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop this is a great location. Thank you again team for fixing my car!

We have been going to GP Auto since I was a child.. My parents will not take their cars anywhere else and now I am the same way. Mr. Paul is an amazing mechanic and backs up his work 100%! GP may be a little expensive but totally worth it in the end.. I learned that lesson the hard way a few years ago with the alternator in my car. Took the cheap way, didn't work out (twice), and it cost me more than what Mr. Paul quoted me the first time. And I still ended up taking it to GP and I've never had a problem since!

Went to Tony 4 years ago for an oil change. Have been going there for all my mechanical needs since. Great work, honest and dependable. I got to know all the mechanics there and they are great folks! By all means,...see Tony!

Water pump and a check Coolant System Service .They ladies at the front doesn t have customers service not friendly at all.Paul Abraham was the one who did service on my car didn t do a test drive,car still had water leaking from under it,didn t leave the lot he tell me I need a radiator, I told him the car still leaking,asked what procedure did u do radiator wasn t leaking when I drop it off.walked away and said u need a radiator just nasty because I want to know what happen u would have known it was there before you finished the job.Don t take your car to Paul Nasty

Took my 2013 BMW X1 for a issue with a switch and when I got the car back, my exterior lights wouldn't work and windows wouldn't roll up. Had a bag over my window! Owner pretty much said there was nothing he could to. I'm currently trying to file a claim with the courts!

They "changed the oil" in my car. Well actually they drained the oil, didn't change the oil filter, and for some reason they only put 1 quart of oil in!!! And they didn't put my oil cap back on, so when I went to drive home ( luckily I live only 1/2 mile away) my car was ticking and would barely run ( because the oil cap was not on, and there was only 1 quart of oil in it) I was afraid to drive it back to them, so I had to get my neighbor to take me to get 3 more quarts of oil, luckily I found the oil cap still laying under the hood. I will never let these nutcases touch my car again!!! When I called and complained the owner Paul said that I was speaking the untruth!! He just didn't wanna admit that they almost destroyed my car.

Paul and his folks do a good job, at a fair price. They rarely miss the mark but if they do, they'll make it right. I will keep using them for both my Ford and Honda vehicles.

Paid out over $1500 to have instruments (speedo &tach) fixed. before I left the lot I had a fuel gauge malfunction ,a battery light come on and an airbag light on .my tow package no longer functions and my radio won't turn on Took it back and they tell me it's because it sat up for 6 months .I can see 1 or 2 things go out but all 5 of them going out at the same time ,right as I pick it up for having instrument cluster replaced by them,I don't think so. I have taken it to another shop to repair whatever they did to it and get it back to being straight. I took it there to be fixed and paid big money for it to be done right now I am paying someone else to do what the messed up .if you like wasting your money this is the place for you to go and not get it done right . I took it back thinking it would be warranty work since they had my dash apart and everything that wasn't working was in the dash . I told them what all was wrong with it ,they kept it 2 more days and charged me a $95 diagnostic ,I never got a call or authorized diagnostic, like I said I just had spent $1500 on getting it fixed and thought he left something loose or something giving them the benefit of the doubt & that cost me $95 more what really sucks is it's still got all 5 things not working and I am going to have to pay someone that knows what they are doing to fix it right STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY
