Let me first start off saying, the level of disrespect I feel from this business is at an all time high! I purchased two tires from this establishment, which by the way were the wrong size tires for my car to begin with. That s another story, I m literally driving on my way to work when I hear a big Boom and I see my tire flying off my car let s keep in mind I m 7 Months pregnant! The impact was so intense the side of my bumper came off and I contact the owner for him to ask me to bring in the tire? How is that possible if I clearly told you the tire exploded off my car. The level of concern and empathy was nonexistent. Side-Note: This is the same tire I asked about and had them check well l thought they checked before I paid and left. And due to this situation I m paying to have my car fixed on the count of this establishment.

This is my go-to tire shop in the area for new or used tires. Great customer service every time. They have checked my tires, filled them on various occasions, and are always quick, respectful, and honest. Fair pricing.

I just went, and they plugged my tire so quick AND gave all the other tires air! They were super sweet, and they have the best prices! Thanks guys!

Very profesional and also will make you feel very welcomed. Loved the wheel and tire package I got on both of my vehicles for a great deal! Would highly recommend to anyone with tire/wheel needs!! Ask for Roberto!

I had a blow out on 675 Reberto came to my rescue... That very same day my rim got messed up idk how... I called him back he came to my location with no problems. He charged me then sent back the money saying he don't have the heart to charge me again... God sent.... Thank you so much for helping me out in my time of need... number locked in for more business in the future.

Lived in area for over 20 years. Never knew of business. These are the most knowledgeable tire people in the business. The best thing is they have quality tires in stock, new or used. If they don t have your choice of tire they can get them.The best thing , is their great customer service.If you need a business model for owning a tire shop, better check with Ellenwood Tires.

Good prices, $20 to mount/balance 20 Put my 4 tires on the rim & balanced astonishingly quick. Only gripe is 2 of the rims he scuffed, not too bad but still. & may I suggest black wheel weights for black rims you get, the silver makes it look tacky

Nice, quick service Roberto was very nice. Good location can t wait to purchase my new set I definitely recommend this location. The young man who did the tire install was a young guy (maybe between 14-17 years old) was very knowledgeable,quick, & friendly too.

I was really worried because I had two tires that were going flat and I was between paychecks. They were able to plug both tires at a great price and record time. They were friendly and informative. They offered suggestions and price quote.They did tell me I needed to get at least two new tires. Soon and they gave me recommendations.I would recommend this shop, it's a small place but the work they do is some kind of awesomeThank you.

Good service! Got 1 tire and was out within 15 minutes. Love the fact that the owner (I think) had his son working and he did a great job. Great life skill.

GREAT SERVICE! Very fast. They had to order my tires because they're not a popular size and still took less than 45 mins, but had the tires changed within 5! Very nice people.

My daughter told me about this tire service because they are the only ones she goes to for all of her tires and I see why. The customer service is excellent, they mobile service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend anyone who wants Quality service , reasonable pricing and excellent customer service to go to Ellenwood Tires.Carol

Had them put on some used tires that I had in my storage. I Specifically asked the guy to check for leaks but as he was putting the tires on i noticed they were dry he said he put something on the inside of the tire to check. I was confused i had never seen that before they either spray with a water bottle or put in a tub of water. The back tire was dang near flat in 2 days. Turns out there was a nail in it. I understand I did not purchase tire from them. But I paid almost $40 for something that took 15 min and I had kids in my car he should have checked for leaks. Can't believe he just lied to me like that. The 3 stars are for having reasonable prices but I guess you get what you pay for.

I would never dream of going anywhere else when I need a tire! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. & as a woman let me just say I appreciate that they don t try to overcharge or get one over on me. Thank you guys for your kindness and expertise!

I've gotten my tires from here twice and never have a complaint. The owners always so professional and answers any questions that may have. He even referred a few things for me. It's right next to DNC Auto Repair and they are a great shop as well. It's a one-stop shop as far as I'm concerned. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service! I stopped by yesterday afternoon to inquire about two new tires. They picked them up from the warehouse & had them ready when I arrived at 9a this morning. I was in and out in 30mins! Best service I ve received since moving to Georgia.

Good afternoon people so I purchased the tire from this location and I drove to work and when I got to work one of my colleagues came to me and said my tire is flat. Grant you now I work all the way in midtown Atlanta. So I had to wait until I get off work which I was working overnight to get air which is $1.50 twice before I made it home. So I had no other car to take the tire off and drive up there. So when I drove up there on the tire that had air in it it was almost flat when I got there. So he charged me another $33 for another tire and currently the other tire was already $43. Please somebody explain to me the logic of you keeping a receipt and you showing the proof of purchase for them to fix their mistake

This place is just Awesome!! On 7/27/2020, I had to get a new tire, and Roberto took his time to take care of me. He explained what was going on with my tires. At no point did he seem to get tired of my many questions that I asked. He was even training a younger teenager & that was quite impressive, (because that takes patience). I think everyone should have a "go-to" mechanic/ tire shop, and Ellenwood tires is now the one for my family & I.

Great service and experience here, noticed tires were getting worn, stopped in... Tires were not in stock, but they ran to warehouse to get them and was still out in less than an hour.Great team here, and will be back for my other vehicles as well.

Roberto is the best! I had a flat earlier that day and I was using my donut Robert replaced 2 of my tires at a decent price he even took the time to put my spare tires back in its compartment most people just throw it back in the trunk. Best tire place hands down thanks Roberto!!!

Had a nail in my tire, went here on my lunch break to get it fixed, I didn't get his name but the gentleman running it was incredibly welcoming and nice. Prices are great, service is fast, highly recommended!
