My time dealing with Joe and the team at All Pro Auto Body & Paint was a great. Joe communicated very honestly and professionally about what was needed and the cost to resolve. He meet the timeline and communicated with me throughout the time my car was in his care. I am very happy with quality of the finished product. The paint is an exact match, the fitment of the parts used were from the Manufacture so everything look seamless like brand new. I definitely recommend you to use All Pro Auto Body & Paint. Not to mention their price was literally 55% less than Caliber Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Do your homework as the good ratings are deceiving. I received body and paint work. There was no communication as far as updates or any necessary changes to work. The paint was okay until I found the door handle paint was rough and the guards were painted over. The remaining door guards were not replaced as it was stated they were too difficult to put back on. I was still charged for painted over imperfections without repairing them first. Joe also painted over my black trim around the door handles. When I saw this I knew my car was in trouble. I took the car back and the second repairs almost took longer than the initial work, and still no improvement. The door handle protectors were removed but Joe did not repaint the area when he repainted the handles. Joe didn t replace the door protectors because he stated they were too hard to put back on. Yes, he said out of his mouth that they were too hard to put back on, so he left it and didn t tell me nor did he think I would notice. His fix was to suggest that I (me ) take others on the driver side off. The hood paint is already chipping after repaint. This shop owes me money because this job is still incomplete $1800 later. Only small claim court will help recover this money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone unfortunately. In the pictures, you will see chipped paint from new paint done January 2022, no plastic door guards replaced or door handle guardsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I dropped our Tahoe off Thursday evening after someone maliciously hit our rear passenger side bumper and quarter panel.While the car was at the shop, I decided to have Joe take a look and fix some spots on our front bumper as well that was damaged from road debris.Joe had our vehicle ready first thing Monday morning and both the rear bumper, quarter panel and front bumper looks brand new.You can t even tell that anything was ever wrong.He has been so nice and responsive during the whole process and got our vehicle back to us sooner than any other paint shop has ever done and I m pleasantly surprised by how well everything was done.Thank you, thank you, thank you I cannot express how happy I am with the work that has been done.Fingers crossed that we won t be needing any more work done but if we do, I definitely know who to call after this wonderful experience.Service: Painting

This is the place to go for quality, attention to detail, affordability, consistency, and reliability! Joe did an amazing job on two of my cars!! One someone crashed and he did excellent body work and paint, he had to do the whole car over even though I went to get it painted a few months ago at another place that had bad quality paint. It looked better than it look before the accident! The other car I needed fresh paint on one side that was over sprayed somewhere else and he did it in the time frame given. He responded to calls and text which other businesses have not done. He always communicated updates with me. I won't go anywhere else now!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! Joe has great customer service. I came in for a quick estimate on painting my white bumper and he gave it to me in 10 min max, with no pressure when I told him that I was looking around at other shops. I stuck with him and he completed my car in 2 days and it looks wonderful ! He called me when it was time to pick it up, great communication, no complaints :)Service: Painting

My vehicle was in need of some body work recently through an insurance claim. A friend familiar with this business referred me to Joe at All Pro Paint and Body Shop. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional with fair and reasonable prices. My 3 year old GMC looks amazing and just like new again. My vehicle was ready for pick up within the quoted time frame. Purchased a new tailgate. Requested painting only. Tailgate was brand new with a coat of primer. I don't know if the tailgate was prepped properly before the finish coat was applied. However, the finish coat had lots of imperfections like dust, bumps, and even a hair trapped in the clear coat. And the inside of the tailgate was not clear coated. I will strip the tailgate and prime it and have someone else paint. Paid Joe and left unsatisfied. Would not recommend.Service: Painting

I brought my vehicle to All Pro following an automobile accident I had. Not only was Joe communicative throughout the process, but he went on and beyond to deliver quality work and excellent customer service, even returning my vehicle looking better than it did before the accident. After picking up my vehicle, I unfortunately had a misunderstanding about a mechanical problem that my vehicle was having (unrelated to the work that was done) and I addressed Joe in an accusatory defensive manner, yet he remained professional and addressed my concerns. I have to apologize for mistaking the mechanical challenges for a body shop error and appreciate the work that was delivered. I would recommend anyone to All Pro.

I was referred here by my daughter's youth pastor. Best referral I've EVER received! I've had my AC repaired, valve cover gaskets replaced, and an oil change. The staff is super nice! The mechanic, Ken, that worked on my vehicle was very polite, honest, and did a great job within a decent amount of time, too! They also have reasonable prices and won't take advantage of you, unlike other places. As a lady who has a budget and who doesn't know a lot about vehicles, these are all things I GREATLY appreciate. I'll NEVER again go to a place like Goodyear, Firestone, or even the dealership as long as these guys are around!

The door is always locked and no one ever answers the phone! I really wanted to give this place my Auto Body business. The individuals on here giving 5 stars MUST BE people they know, because no one EVER answers the number listed and the front door is ALWAYS locked. I have been by here 7-8 times in a 2 weeks span. How can they be easy to communicate with!?
