My nearly 5 year old battery was on its last leg. Managed to get my car started and drove to O'Reilly's and had it tested. Battery was bad and they had the replacement I needed. They installed my new battery and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thank you to Jessica, and the young man who installed my battery. These 2 folks were very friendly and knowledgeable, and made my day!

I m from out of town and of course my headlight died. I ve surprisingly never had this problem. I went in the store and employees were very nice and helpful! The district manager just happened to be spending the day at the store and even helped me change my headlight. I was extremely grateful. Everyone one at this location is very friendly!!! I would highly recommend their services.

Check your prices at AZ and ADV before you buy something. O'Reilly is cheaper sometimes.

The last three times I have dealt with this store were so bad, I won't go there again ever. Parts never arrive the day they are supposed. This last time the part was a day late AND wrong. And don't believe their website. In stock doesn't mean in the store apparently. Good riddance

One rainy night in Georgia I dropped in for wiper blades for my son's 2001 4Runner. They also had the hard to find rear wiper blade for my 2013 Crosstrek. VERY helpful and friendly.

The manager Tiffany was willing to help while being short handed when all other parts stores weren t especially in a bad situation. Thank you and your employees tremendously for going the extra mile.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to save me money by running a free diagnostic test. I was very pleased with my service. I will continue to use them in the future.

Not pertaining to the local store which is great however I placed an online order which promised Free Next Day Delivery which was neither and totally fouled up our travel plans. I will not be doing ship to home orders with O Reilly s ever again!

Called them looking for transmission fluid they said it would be $5.99 went in and it was $7.99 then a girl named Peyton was very very rude and the things she said to me i will never go back there for anything ever again
