They were Totally Awesome!! April 11th at about 3pm. Quick in and out and I got to watch everything. Very professional and the young men were soooo friendly and nice.I'll be sending my husband next...hahahaI even got them a few Donuts from Duncan Donuts, to say Thank You! I think I'll adopt those boys as sons... hahaha !

Arrived for oil change. After assessment, I was told I needed new oil filter, new wipers, and antifreeze top off. I said yes to filter and antifreeze. No mention of battery or anything else that might be wrong. They finish. Tell me to start the car. Doesn t crank. Dead. The young guy that told me to crank the vehicle asks if I ve been having issues with my battery. None. Truck has been starting easily. We ve must have done something then. After a minute, what I guess is the manager comes up and starts questioning me about the battery. Saying it wasn t them. The battery needs to be replaced. $140 plus tax. I tell them no. Not a chance since the battery was fine before they touched my vehicle. The guy gets visibly upset with my accusations. He gets my vehicle running and the last thing he says is that it will probably not start again once it s turned off. No responsibility for their actions at all. Will never go back to the crooks.

It could have been better one of the workers had a terrible attitude, then I just don't know if I go back if you don't like your job or having a bad day just stay home

This is an update October 13th 2023 in my prior review I said they try to take out one of the screws In the air filter housing and then tried to hide it, That was a mistake I was very very wrong they did not try to take out the screw I totally looked at everything wrong and guys do a great job they are fast and efficient I will continue to go there because they do a very good job

I was a little nervous to have to get an oil change while visiting from out of town, but these guys did a great job!Convenient location and finished the oil change in 10min or less!I also appreciate that they explained their review process and what they found. I was happy to hear that everything looked good!Ill definitely be back when I'm in town and refer them to everyone I know!

After my negative review last year, I was contacted by the management and was told they would make it right with our next oil change. We where back in Elberton and needed an oil change and they took care of us. Again very friendly fast service. Changing my 2 star to a 5 star for being a company that takes care of it customers. The following is my old review.We were on vacation and needed an oil change. When we got home we realize we were dripping oil and it had to much oil in it. The drain plug was put on with the wrong washer. It wouldn't quit leaking no matter how tight you tighten it. Had to drain the oil and buy a new drain plug. They were able to get us right in, very friendly just not a good oil change

They would have gotten 5 stars had They just told me they couldn't check my rear tire pressure instead they said they set them at 75psi.Only problem is my truck tells me what the air pressure is and they still had 67lbs.

Very quick and professional but didn't tell me how much until my oil was changed. Went from $50 to $80 on a 4cyl with synthetic oil

I've been going here for a couple months and all can say are good things and have no problem referring others to go here. They are reasonably priced quick and the guys are always polite and professional

DO NOT GO HERE! My engine blow after having them change my oil. Prior to this they told me they put cold oil in a hot engine thats why my check engine light was on

Best place to get basic oil and car needs. Fast and cheap. Will be going back next time I need my oil changed.
