Amazing service. I needed a smart lock installed and a door handle replaced. Eric came over in less than an hour and expertly completed the project. The door needed some adjusting as the strike plate was a little off but he didn t leave until it was perfect. Great pricing, friendly service and fast response. I simply could not have asked for anything more.

We needed a few exterior doors re-keyed on a new office building at work. Calling EBM to handle vs. buying all new hardware and replacing ourselves cut the cost in half! Very affordable, quick and efficient service, thank you Eric!

Was locked out of my house after being gone for a week. My cat was inside and I was ready to be in my home. Called EBM LOCK & KEY. I WAS 40 minutes away and was in my home in a little over a hour (on a Sunday) thank you very much.

Eric was very timely with our complete building lock merge and replacement service, providing us with good/better/best quotes and informing us of advantages on each level. Work was performed as scheduled and quickly. One service call since installation and Eric showed up within 12 hours to adjust lock under warranty. Would highly recommend EBM locksmith for all commercial and residential lock change-outs/installations- and will only call Eric for our locksmith needs moving forward. Refreshing. A+, five stars.

I called Mr. Eric because my Key broke off in my car door. He came out got it working and provided new keys in under an hour. Thank you so much. Awesome and fast services. Will definitely recommend and use him for further services if needed.

Best locksmith in the area. Locked my keys out of my car and tried calling every locksmith around and this guy is the only one who even picked up the phone! He was able to meet me really fast and the prices are the lowest in town. Would give more than 5 stars if I could

My mother was locked out of her house and had no extra key outside. We called EBM and while he was on the way to another call, we were on the same route and stopped by. Picked the lock in seconds and got us inside quickly. Very personable and fast.

My two grandchildren were locked in the car with car running with one of them very upset. Their man got to my house in 20 minutes with what should have been a 35 minutes drive and immediately got into the vehicle. Felt much love for this gentleman tonight for his caring and compassion. Thank you. Would recommend them to everyone in need. Was very reasonably priced too.

I'm from a small town in South Carolina and I was in Milledgeville, GA for a Mud Bog. I had accidentally left my keys in the ignition switch in my vehicle and locked the doors. I called them on a Saturday morning. Took him 5 to 10 minutes to get to the hotel I was staying at an a minute to get in my vehicle! Super friendly and very affordable prices! Was very grateful!

Talked to the owner and he told me he would come out today. This was on a Sunday! He kept in contact with me until he arrived at my house. Very courteous and professional. Had my keys made and programmed in less that 45 minutes. I would recommend EMB Lock & Key to anyone. And unlike the first company I called in Macon, the price was very fair and not changed on me.If you need keys, even in my situation where mine were lost in the lake.Give this guy a call. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

After dealing with another locksmith for two hours who couldn t do anything because they didn t have the proper tools.... we called Eric. In and out in less than 30 minutes, reasonably priced, and obviously knew what he was doing. I ll always call EBM for my locksmith needs.

My family of 4 got locked out of our house trying to leave for church. They answered the phone the first time we tried calling and were super friendly. Also came out very quickly! Only took a few minutes to get back in our house!
