I was very satisfied with the service I received on my car. I hit a deer and damaged my drivers side headlight and front fender. The turn around time was super quick and they did a great job fixing everything. The process of communication with them and my insurance company was incredibly easy. They also detailed my car when I went and picked it up which I was super happy about. A great experience and job well done by carstar.

Had some damage to front head light. Carstar trice paint & body did a fabulous job on my Tesla model 3. Getting parts from Tesla was a pain but was kept informed all along the way. They worked directly with my insurance company and kept me informed on all the details. I hope I don t have to use them again but if I need more body work will definitely be at the top of my list.Service: Body & Trim

The painting they did looks good but I have got to take it back to them because my window vents I have on it has paint on it and it's scratched and the inside of the SUV has dirty foot prints in it and you can see where they took a part off with a screwdriver or something like that and there is some paint on the back window will update later. They just called me and told me to bring my SUV back where they could see what it was that we didn't like where they could fix the problem and they told me that most people would call them first before they put anything on the Internet but the way I look at it is that people need to know and then after you take it back to them let the people know if they fix it or not but I will update after I take it back and to let everyone know trice has done a lot of body work for me and I have never had a problem and I know that everyone makes mistakes.

Lee took the time to find the spoiler that fit my car. And the end result was beautiful. Even cleaned my car real good for me.

I highly recommend CARSTAR Trice Paint and Body. From the first visit to get an estimate, everyone was super friendly and pleasant. They are a State Farm approved shop which made the process very easy. Once you setup a claim, the CARSTAR Trice team takes it from there. Their communication at each stage was on point so we never wondered what was going on. The repairs made were great and the paint matching was perfect. Kudos to their whole team. We've been in GA for almost 3 years and have had to work with other businesses in the area for various things and CARSTAR Twice has been the best business to deal with thus far.

Did not use this repair shop. Estimate was more than twice the price of other one's in the same area. They were nice and friendly. Facilities were clean.

10/10 would definitely recommend I was in the area on Thanksgiving day and Jason happend to be outside and took the time out of his day to fix my tail and brake light for me.Very professional and super nice. He has done some work on my truck before and I highly suggest you use Car Star if you ever need any body/mechanical work done.

This is my third car that I take in. The first one a Corvette, the second a Denali. I could not be any happier. My Mercedes Benz S550 had the bumper repaired and the paint was matched perfectly. My car was given to me detailed and cleaned inside. Their customer service is excellent and Susan was excellent she listened to all my concerns.I highly recommend them.Service: Painting

Please be aware this business still has the name Trice on the sign, but is no longer owned by Mark Trice. The two reviews by Cole are employees, not actual customers.I've had repairs done at this shop on other vehicles when Mark owned it and had great service and I had no complaints regarding the work. The shop is now a franchise with several locations in the Atlanta area.I took my 2021 Ford Expedition in January 18th for repair of damage to both sides. When replacing the doors on the driver side, the panels by the windows (where the keyless entry is) were not handled properly and were badly scratched, apparently they didn't "notice" and the fog lights were not working, so much for post inspection. My car had to be taken back into the shop and luckily Mark was around and knew exactly how to correct the problem quickly. The shop replaced the scratched panels at no cost to me. The paint job is poor quality, it definitely isn't the factory paint, nor is it what I would have expected from "experts".There seems to be a lack of attention to detail, the shop is about quantity and not quality. Although hesitant, we did use the shop again in March for my husband's F150 since the other insurance preferred shops were several weeks out for repairs. This experience was a bit better but not great, again lack of attention to detail.When you take your car in for repair work you expect the work to be done properly, the customer shouldn't have to be picky about the details. Do not expect the service and quality work from a hometown business, you won't get that here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is great all around! When it comes to customer service and actual labor on my vehicle, I couldn t be more pleased. I recommend this place to anyone. My car.sat in their lot for 3weeks without any work done on it. I had to call them to find out what if anything was being done on my car.It took them 44days to complete the repairs I consider the customer service very poor and the repairs average. Could not be happier with the service and repairs at Carstar Trice. The staff was helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Some of the parts for my repair were very difficult to get, but they stayed on it and got it done! Good as new!
