Chick working behind the counter was so so pretty ,,she made buy the wrong size freeze plug.O'Reilly's integrity allowed me to bring it back all dirty with torn dirty packaging to swap out for the proper part with no charge plus change back.

I stop by to get a turn signal bulb, the young lady was nice, the bulb worked. I remembered two other things I wanted and the young man was just as friendly. These two knew there business.

O Reilly as a company is great, however, this location usually hosts ill-informed employees that leads to getting the wrong parts and or information.

We're from out of town here working for a week. Had a bad alternator and the guys and gal saved the day. Checked out battery and alternator for no charge had every option of alternator in stock. We were on our way in no time.Thanks guys..
