I can not say enough about this dealership. I have and will continue, to spread the word about how I was treated here. I purchased a used Colarado from Robert as a work truck. I own a small business and I live about an hour away. I came to test drive it twice and each time he had it ready to go when I arrived. We talked numbers and he was not pushy at all. I was offered a fair price and told him I would think about it and let him know. At this point most dealerships call in the sales manager and try to bully you into the purchase. That did not happen here, they gave me time to decide what is best for me and I really appreciate that! When I decided to make the purchase, he had everything lined up so all I had to do was go into the finance office and sign the paperwork. I was in and out in under an hour, with a full tank of gas. I took the truck back about 2 weeks later to have the tires balanced and they would not even let me pay for it! They said they should have caught that it needed to be done before selling it to me. AGAIN... how many other dealerships would treat someone like this? I would guess little to none. These are honest people who treat you with respect and I HIGHLY recommend using them for sales and service! Thank you so much to everyone who helped get me into my new work truck. I love it!

I ordered a Ford Maverick with them in 2022. They promised me they wouldn't add any extra fees beyond the normal doc fee. I had heard lots of horror stories about dealerships promising not to add fees and later doing so, so I was wary. When the truck came over a year later (Mike Jones had no control over the long wait for Mavericks), they stuck to their word. They charged me the price they quoted me and correctly applied all the incentives I qualified for incentives. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my truck. Robert was great to work with as a salesman. All in all, this is a dealership that works in a way we all hope: they stuck by their word and did all they said they would. They have earned my future business.

One of the best (if not the best) car buying experience! It was fast and easy. They did so much pre work before I even got there. I would highly recommend them!!!So kind, helpful and easy going. See for yourself.

Read before Service: Mike Jones service department dropped their service door on my truck, and damaged my work ladder on a Friday. The garage door came off its track and issue went unaddressed until the following Monday, delaying my technician and costing my business time and money. If a service manager can not solve a garage door issue in three days, what confidence should any patron have in this dealerships competence to fix a vehicle. Customer Service? Accountability? How has this become acceptable?

Mike Jones and staff run a great Ford Company Dealership. Quicklane we ve been using it since opening. Overall a great place right there in Toccoa! Glad I ve taken my business there!

I have recently moved to the area. My truck threw a check engine light. I have had Ford's a lot of years and I am accustom to using the dealership for my vehicles. So, I automatically called this dealer about my problem. I was told to bring the vehicle in for a diagnosis. I had already had a free check engine light test done at one of the auto parts stores. I had also used my OBD scanner and arrived at the same diagnosis as the auto parts store. I told the dealership what was wrong, but I understand doing their own diagnostic. I took the vehicle in and they came up with the same problem. I was told a part had to be ordered and I would be called when arrived. ( It was a common part & I think should have been in stock, but just my opinion ) I waited a week and never heard from them. Upon calling, they said the part was in. I was told something had changed and it would be 2 weeks before I could get an appointment. A total of 3 weeks waiting time to get the vehicle fixed. When I was presented with the bill, I ask about the labor charge and was told that I was being charged $125 diagnostic fee included. I have used various dealerships and I have never been charged a diagnostic fee as long as I had the work done on the vehicle within 30 days. If this is the business model under how they work, that is fine. But, I will not participate. I have had the quick lane service done and it was great. I will continue to use that service but I will not use the service department going forward. I will use a business that can address my needs in a reasonable time frame with pricing more in line with my expectations.

Different from most dealerships. It's always a chore having to take your car in for anything. The guys here make it better and get you in and out as fast as possible. Nice lounge area there too in the showroom.

Gavin in the Quick Lane is wonderful, does everything he says he will do and more. Very refreshing! Also had the pleasure of dealing with service Manager Peter King, both really care about customer service. I live in SC and drive past two other dealers to go to this one. Only regret is that I did not buy my car from them. Next time! Would most definitely recommend these folks.

I recently had my 2013 Ford Fusion towed to Mike Jones Ford Lincoln late at night even though I had never used or been to the dealership before. The Service Department worked my vehicle in and updated two recalls as well. The staff was very curteous and knowledgeable. We believe we have found a dealership that we will be using for all of our future needs. Thank you Mike Jones Ford Lincoln for taking care of my vehicle.

I walked in to make an appointment hoping to get in within the next week or so. They were able to get me in that same day. The guys that I spoke to were very nice. They even picked my car up and brought it back to me. I would definitely use them again!

My family and I were traveling through this town heading to Pigeon Forge, TN when our Expedition started having troubles. We pulled in, unexpected with HIGH hopes that we could get worked in for a quick service. Peter went above and beyond to Welcome us, had the car fixed and on our way in a quick hurry. Thankful it was a quick fix and most thankful to have found the RIGHT place at the right time! Peter, thank you!

Despite some lengthy challenges, this Service Department worked super hard to get a few resolutions with my (new to me) 2021 F-150 Platinum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only criticism would be that they hire more service techs to get vehicles fixed faster. Stacey & Daniella were great from day one! Thank you for everything! No offense, but I hope I don't see you again! Lol :)

I had a roadside emergency 40 miles from home. I had the vehicle towed to Mike Jones Ford. When we arrived unannounced and unscheduled, the service tech greeted me immediately. Once I explained the problem, he advised me that he was certain he knew the cause as a service bulletin was recently issued for this very problem. He explained that they were backlogged two weeks for service, but due to the nature of the problem and the fact that I had been towed in, he would work me in. He explained it would take two days to get the necessary part, and a full day to make the repair. Precisely three days later, I was called that the car was ready for pickup, the repairs made and no charge since it was covered by warranty. Their level of service and professionalism is greatly appreciated and Mike Jones Ford will now be my go-to for future service. Highly recommmend!

I would like to commend Adam, the RV/Camper technician for his outstanding service. We bought a camper at Mike Jones Ford last year and had some problems with it (no fault of the dealership) which needed repairs. Adam always jumped on the repairs immediately and took the time to explain the issues. We recently bought a bigger camper from a friend which I caused major damage to by hitting a pole. We took it to Adam to see if he could repair the damage. Even though he was very busy, he took quite a bit of time to look at the damage and talk to me about it. He decided he could repair and and has called to keep me updated. I really appreciate the great service.

I bought new tires and they did not tell me about road hazard warranty. Had a flat 2 days later. Very disappointed. They do free rotation and balance when I get my oil changed, since I buy my tires here, so I continue to go here.

We had the best experience purchasing our new Winnebago RV . Ryan, Tim and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, and so very friendly. Not to mention we didn't have to drive a great distance to find this kind of treatment. I highly recommend if you are in NE Ga. and in need of an RV.....go see them. We love em!

We bought a 2015 Ford Edge from Mike Jones a few years ago. I dropped it off to their service dept. yesterday for some maintenance work. All work was done in a timely fashion and was ready that afternoon. Mike Jones is the best. They were prompt, professional, and proficient in all aspects of the work. I highly recommend Mike Jones Ford to all customers.

These guys are the best! We worked with Adam on our Winnebago problems and he was able to see us months before other dealers in the area could. Our problem was solved in a matter of minutes and everything was fully taken care of. And every single person in the dealership was immensely sweet and helpful!

Mike Jones Ford is a a very professional dealership. We have 2 automobiles plus a Class C motorhome. We always take them to this dealership for service. They explain everything to us after the work is done and they never disappoint us. They are family oriented and take pride in what they do..THANK YOU

Mike Jones, and our salesman Tim and their F&I team were SUPERB! Located a vehicle online, sent one email and had a phone call immediately offering to help! Everything was done via email and a phone call making our 2 hour drive to the dealership awesome! We would recommend Mike and his team to anyone in the market. I was interested in a used Navigator about 5 months ago, but was skeptical due to having a terrible experience at another dealership. Mike Jones completely turned it around. The deal was one I couldn't pass up, and the buying process was smooth and very efficient. I have had to have a few things done since then, and he has proven to take great care of his customers long after the purchase is complete. I am so appreciative, and would recommend him to everyone.

I bought a new MicroMinnie from this dealership last October. The sales person Tim was excellent to deal with and has been very patient with my numerous calls with typical RV newbie questions.We were ready to leave for a trip this Monday and one of the motors on the slide out had stopped working. Tim promptly made arrangements for their Service Tech, Adam to come out to our house (40 minute drive one-way) to get the slide out back in so I could tow the trailer to the dealership for repair. Two days later and I have picked up the trailer. Adam has gotten the slide out working like new again and our trip will commence soon! Many thanks to Adam for his hard work.Based on my experience both during the sale and during the first warranty repair, I highly recommend this dealership.
