I am so grateful to Len, Ann and Wendy at Tanner Service Center. I was traveling from Atlanta to South Carolina and my car started to die. I had just had a new battery and alternator put in the day before. I was traveling alone on I-16 and Tanner Service Center took great care of me and my car and got me back on the road and on my way well before sunset. They went out of their way to fix my car and help me. What would normally be a nightmare was actually a truly pleasant and life affirming experience as I sat in their shop for the afternoon and spoke with them and listened to them genuinely care about and for each and every one of their customers. It is definitely a small town shop with a big heart and great mechanics. The absolute best experience I've ever had with a mechanic/service station for sure. I am seriously considering having them service my car going forward even though it's 2 hours away. It's worth it for people you know and trust. Many, many thanks to Wendy, Len and Ann (whom I hugged with tear filled eyes when I left!).

Keith was amazing. He drove us all the way to Gainesville GA and was incredibly friendly the whole way. Their pricing was extremely fair and they were more interested in helping us than just making money off of us. These guys helped a damsel in distress yesterday. I was stalled on I-16 south near Dublin with a blown tire. They came and picked me up shortly before they closed and took me back to the shop, changed my tire within 30 minutes, fixed some body damage on the vehicle, and the price was very reasonable. They were polite, professional, and a joy to work with.

Worst service . Don t trust these guys because last month I went for my car AC repair they charged me 400 dollars but they didn t fixed the issue moreover they broke the AC parts inside my car. Two days before I gave my car different service center they told me AC parts broken inside they charged me to fix the AC 1500 dollars. I spent Almost 2000 dollars because of the tanner guys. Don t trust them.

They stay busy they're customer service is good. They do great work and would definitely recommend for you rim and tire needs, towing needs, and mechanical.

The folks at Tanners went above and beyond when I was stranded due to the negligence of a shop in Augusta. Can t say enough about a family run business and how much they will do to solve a problem. Don t hesitate to allow Tanners to solve your problems too.

I gave it one star because it didn't have a lower rating. They basically stole my money. They didn't do what I paid for, and whenever I called them, they would tell me they would call me right back. Which they never would. I had used their services years ago, and it was a good experience. I will never go back to them. Watch out doing business with them!!

I could not be more pleased with Tanners. He put a leveling kit on the front of my truck. He also put 22" denali wheels and 33" nitto ridge grappler tires on my truck. Tanners is reasonably prices and they do a great job. I recommend checking them out.

Unfortunately after spended the better part of 2 hours there, they charged us to change a tire that WE HAD ALREADY CHANGED (putting on a spare) and told us they didn't have a tire for our vehicle after that time of waiting. They did take the old flat tire off the rim ( about 5 minutes) and charged us for services we didn't even get (labor and putting on the spare that WE put on on the side of the road before we ever made it to Dublin. Didn't help that they weren't exactly friendly. We will never go there again for sure.

I needed to get a hitch put on my vehicle and my mechanic Mr. Justin at Proline Auto Spa recommended Tanners.They are awesome! Customer Service is top notch. Service is extraordinary. The staff runs like clockwork. Communication skills, especially with my limited hitch and trailer knowledge was on point.My hitch was installed in no time at all. I'm picking up the trailer tomorrow. I can't wait.Special recognition to Ms. Wendy and Mr. Robert. I know it's a team effort and they make it seem effortless.

They won't plug a tire anymore, only patch them. Not sure if that is better yet. Never had a problem with a plug. Good news! That patch held pretty well. It's still holding even though hubby changed the tires to new ones.

My car needed a lug removed that had to be drilled off. I call that morning and they came that morning. Had 2 cars before me but was done in record time. Customer service was awesone. She even remembered my name. Great prices too. Will be going back for all my car needs. Highly recommend this shop. Found them on google and they were the nicest people to deal with. Towed the vehicle from I-16 and made the repairs to the tire within an hour or so. Very helpful in the situation we had. Thank you for your friendly service!!!

Tanner is the best.I had a "911 call" fuel line issue on my F250 on I-16, enroute from Charleston, SC to Tuscaloosa, AL. Fortunately for us God allowed it to happen on I-16 by Dublin, GA.The sheriff s department showed up immediately. I can t recall the Lt s name as everything happened so fast. I d like to send him and his department a solid 5 star review as well. He was very calming to the situation of our truck spewing diesel and smoking like it was going to blow up. He helped us get away from the traffic flying by us. We called Tanner and they quickly responded by arriving on site securing the situation and, like the Lt Sheriff, were very confident and well-trained in how to handle a roadside emergency. I have had a few roadside emergencies but didn't learn those lessons well as I should say have.I was in a full on panic. At least I'm honest! They loaded us on the flatbed. Having been worked over by a few auto shops in my life, I called my mechanic back home and asked him to be "on call" as I expected to be railroaded into a major jam the guy with no way out situation. The gentleman that drove us was super cool and told us they d help us any way they could, even if they couldn t figure it out. Well we got to their shop and the mechanic dropped what he was doing because he heard we had 5 more hours to drive. He worked his magic and fixed the line. He could've made it a big deal but he, being as solid a person as the driver was, determined the source of the leak and corrected it.Tanner is one of the best shops I ve dealt with- and there have been many. I go to only one mechanic In Charleston. Simply because he knows what he s doing and he charges a fair rate for his work. Well I called my guy in Charleston back to report my situation. I simply told him- I ve found one of you here in Dublin, Ga he laughed and said thank goodness. Tanner Service Center is a gem of a place. The people in Dublin are blessed- with the sheriff's department and Tanner Service Department. They have two class acts in their city.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. We were traveling from Augusta to Dublin to bring our nephew his truck since he was deployed overseas. We broke down on Highway 319 and Tanners was quick to respond. This company supports our troops!!! Thank you!

My tire was almost flat when I was told to go to Tanner... although I actually was looking for an oil change at a reasonable price..Upon entering I was given a great deal for an oil change, including air in my tire.. Didn't have to wait long, and Tanner took the stress of having to service my car.. Salute to the entire staff at Tanner Service Center

I had the locklugs n lost the key i searched every where for some one that could remove them and the all gave me the same answer until i called tanners this morning at 8:30 they came and towed the car and all removed the locks and i m back on the road in less then an hour n a half. U can t beat there hospitality or swift service. They definitely helped me i kno they can help u as well
