I absolutely love Zeke. He took one look at my car and fixed the problem in no time. He was quick and thorough. Also very friendly. Love seeing smiling faces in establishments:) keep up the great job Zeke. And the front desk ladies were super helpful as well :)

Great friendly service. These fine folks get you in and out quickly. I have a large Class A motorhome that needed the front tires speed balanced. They quickly got the job done. Big rig friendly. Big friendly service.

This place is worst place to go to get ur linement done bc yesterday I went up there and paid they messed up my ignition switch and it was never messed up and they said that they didn't do it

Took my truck to Lakes to get an alignment post suspension lift. While on the way, my truck developed a vibration and noise. Turns out one of my batteries was left disconnected, an upper control arm was left finger tight and the driver s front wheel was not tightened ruining the wheel and breaking a stud. Since the wheels were bought from a Canadian distributor, I had to buy a new set of wheels from Tanners up the street. The fine folks at Lake s worked with Tanners to get new wheels delivered then mounted and balanced them, replaced all the studs on the drivers front hub and aligned the truck. Mr. Lake s daughter even met me at the shop after hours as I was picking up my motorcycle I left in the parking lot and asked how the truck drove. I have never been more thankful for great service and treated with the urgency my particular situation needed. Everyone at Lake s deserves my sincere thanks and your business.

If I could give no stars I would purely on the outcome of this. The lady working there is awesome. Super friendly. But this was hands down the worst experience I've had with an alignment shop.I had completely replaced the front end of this vehicle. Which is a 97 Toyota camry. Sway bar links and bushings. Control arms. Rack and pinion. Struts. Inner and outer tie rods. Not much that can be blamed for this as far as the mechanics.So upon all this work the alignment was set with the old school technique to get me by for a bit. It took months to wear the tires. (I drive ALOT).I replace the final parts and get two tires as my back ones haven't worn at all. This was on the 3rd of thisApril. I take the car to this shop and pay to have it aligned and steering wheel straightened.AS OF YESTERDAY IS THE PICTURES OF THE TIRES PLACED ON THEM ON THE 3RD. 25 DAYS.I yet again replace my tires. And even though lakes offered to relook at it I decided that since they struck out so hard the first swing. Why take a full day off work to have blame placed on me when I am out near 300 in tires alone over a month.I take it to another alignment shop this morning. The alignment was off by 4 degrees . And this is a shop who specializes in this?Will never return norecommend.

While staff are friendly i will not return. Paid for an alignment and took my vehicle back 3 times and the front end still isnt right. It wore out my tire and the shop didnt even balance all of my tires when i was charged for it. When i went last time i was charged again for balancing and owner only paid me back for this latest charge for balancing. The shop never got that correct the first time. Now i have to pay another shop to balance all of my tires and align the front properly.I also have to replace the tire that is damaged.

Fastest tire change I ve had. Blew a trailer tire. Loves was a 2+ hour wait, Lake s got me in within about 5 minutes and I was out the door within 10 min of pulling in. Great shop for semi trucks if you like quick service and competent workers doing the job.Service: TiresService: Tires

Took my car have them check out my front end as I kept hearing knocking sounds when I brake and when I take off as they were recommended. They charge $20.00 for this service. Also please note I have a lifetime alignment with another company who does excellent alignments to my vehicle and just had one done less than two weeks prior to taking it here. When all was said and done they said everything was good when inspection was done EXCEPT it was out of alignment a LIL and they didn't hear any noise. They didn't tell me this beforehand to see if I wanted them to align my car, they told me this when it was time to pay and leave. So I was very surprise to be hit with a $80.00 alignment bill and didn't see them do an alignment, but never the less paid and was on my way. Heard knocking/popping noise immediately and car was pulling to the left. Turned around and went back and they checked it out and said it was the road I was driving on going in a particular direction. Left and drove my car to another place and to have brake pads change. The mechanic started changing the front pads and took off wheel on the right side and immediately saw the wheel bearing hub was rusting out and the lower ball joint was busted and had no grease. He asked are you hearing roaring sound and getting vibrations and popping sounds and I said yes and he said this is why. I was beyond amazed as I have taken my car to several places and no one didn't hear or see anything wrong. Was told by my old mechanic to turn my music up as I'm hearing things. This is now my new mechanic and he's very reasonable and honest. He now works on my parents and I cars. But I'm still out of $80 bucks LAKE'S ALIGNMENT. Y'all ripped me off!

The people are great. Very friendly and treat everyone like they have known you for years. Best place for all your tire needs. Even big trucks. This place is family and great people work here. Will only let Lake's Alignment touch my Truck.

I've been a customer for over four years but today we made a visit and got the worse treatment ever !! I normally go through the lady and I'm unsure of her name but she has been there a while. She set an appointment for 11:15 for a diagnosis check and when my fiance went back in at the appointed time, and asked for a front end diagnostic tests and he asked the problem, once my fiance explained the issue he said they don't do motor work (It's a alignment place and we knew that) My fiance then explained he knew that and wanted to get the diagnostic done and he said they don't do that anymore and didn't have anything to do a diagnosis (when the sign clearly says $15 diagnosis all over the building) and had an attitude and getting snappy the whole time.I called back he lied about what was said... If BLACK gets me denied service or attitude from the workers then I will not be going to this store EVER again. Should've just put up a WHITES ONLY store if it's like that

Horrible service, set up a appointment a week prior dropped off my truck when they opened 8am and around 4:20pm when I was about to get off I called to check on my truck, i was told that it needed sum part. So without a single phone call to me, the truck wasn't serviced or anything. I arrived to get my truck and it appeared to have never moved from where I'd parked it. Long story short if u need a alignment go to Duncan's tire center, they was happy to do the alignment in a single day! Plus they never said anything about needing a part as lakes alignment said it needed!

I live 3 hours away from my job, but I stay in East Dublin when I m working. I had an issue with my brakes locking up on the right side on the way to my sister s house from work one night. I had to call in the next morning because my car wasn t going to make it to work in Johnson County nor was it about to make it home to Habersham. They got me in and taken care of the next morning so that I not only made it to work that day, but I made it home that night as well. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I was not stuck 3 hours away from home for my whole weekend off. They were quick, caring, and professional. You could not ask for more.

I have used Lakes all my life and I am 75 years old. I remember my dad going there when I was a teenager. One of the only places I will take my car. Another mechanic wanted to replace the whole front end, Lake's just replaced a tie rod end and aligned it was great. I recommend completely

They came highly recommended, their service is fast and friendly, their PRICES are GREAT. They tell you what you really need instead of what you THINK the problem is and they only charge you for what they fix. BEST FRONT END PLACE IN THE DUBLIN AREA!!!!!! They meet all front end needs. They will always get my business.

I gave Lake's chance after chance they continue to let me down..They always have excuse for not doing the job right.The last time I was there damage was done to my tires and no they didn't make it right.They only recommended that I come on a different day for better service, nothing about tires damage.. Business has really gone downhill and I cant use them anymore or send people their way.. I really didn't want to give them any star, so 0!!!

Visited to have an alignment but I needed to replace some parts that was worn. Lakes told me what needed replacing for a small diagnosis fee. Excellent staff during this tragic time.
