Very disappointed in the product and customer service. I got the ceramic tint put on two of my car windows back in mid November. The tint was already coming off after a week, probably a result of rushed work.Allegedly this tint came with a lifetime warranty but they will not honor it. I came back around the shop twice and called another 2-3 times. Each time they turned me away saying they re too busy and don t have time. One time the guy at least came out and looked at the windows and agreed they could redo it. But then said they only have availability on Monday mornings. Not sure how that s considered customer service.I was going to get paint protection film installed if the tint job turned out decent but now I m going to have to find another shop or dispute this with my credit card company.

Dropped my 2022 Sierra off to get ceramic coated and have the windows tinted. Fadi Safa the sales manager there was more than helpful with getting this work scheduled and completed. Fadi is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in the work they perform. The tint and ceramic coating came out just as good as he said it would. Truck looks great and I highly recommend Tint World to anyone looking for a place to get some cosmetic work done. Make sure you ask Fadi about all the services they provide... they do it all! I will definitely be going back!

Great experience, I got the premium package window tinting with sun and heat control. Nice waiting area that I was able to work while I waited, which the tinting took less than 2 hours total - I did not have to wait very long. Fadi was great, very friendly and answered all the questions I had. When it came time to check out, he assisted me in a timely manner and showed me the work completed. If I ever need another service done to my car I will come back to this location, also, anyone needing work done to their car - I highly recommend this location.

Took my car to Tint World to have The tint on my rear window fixed. The price was reasonable and the rear window came out flawless. The staff is easy to talked to they did not pressure or try to persuade me into spending more money the price I agree d to was price I paid.

About a week ago I went and got my windows tinted at this location. They went over all the different types and percentages of tints. Got my side windows and my rear window tinted on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. They informed me that CarMax where I had gotten the car from had previously removed tints that the car had but did it improperly. Tint world was able to fix there mistakes and had me satisfied with my choice. Will definitely be returning to this location for future tinting needs.

They did an amazing job on my wife's F250 with her alarm system!!!!! Please visit for your security needs. They will take excellent care of you. It was such an easy experience!!!!! Extremely helpful staff!!!

After 2~3 weeks of researching (mostly on google review) to find sufficient and reliable tint shop around my areas for my Tesla Model 3 and found Tint World Duluth to be my choice and I am very pleased with Tint World Duluth. The staff was great explaining the best options for protecting the car from environmental and heat. Owner even showing me around samples (tinted similar vehicles) and examples of tint quality and services. It was fast and great customer service. Took about 3 hrs to be completed. They were trustworthy that they didn t try to over sell and explained enough to let me make the best educated decision. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Got 3 of my cars tinted here and but lost 2 of the invoices but they reassured me everything was under my account and if I ever had a problem not to worry. A year later one of the tints started to peel up so I took it back to the store so they can fix it since I had lifetime warranty. Come to find out they won t work on my car because it s not registered in their system and bc I don t have the original invoice. Even though the manager remembers me, and I provided photo evidence and bank statements they still denied my work!! Do not go here unless you want to get scammed from a lifetime warranty like I did! Never bringing any of my cars back here again!Service: Sun control window tinting

Tint World was top notch all around!I was referred to them by a friend in the automotive industry, and they exceeded every expectation I had going into the process of getting my windows tinted. I'm honestly mad at myself that I didn't pull the trigger on this earlier.Fadi was very helpful, insightful, and quick on responses to get me exactly what I what I was looking for, even though I wasn't 100% sure myself when walking in. No pressure sales or up-selling just to make money; he helped me decide on the right price point and combination of what would be best for me in the long run. They offer lifetime warranties on the tint, but I can't imagine needing it with the quality of work they put into it.The shop itself is in a convenient location and smack dab in the middle of the dealerships on Satellite Boulevard, so it's not a bad idea to head over there after getting something new (avoiding dealership prices and service). I was greeted immediately, browsed for a bit, and then discussed options to settle on what I wanted to get.While I was waiting for the tint to be applied, I met a nice gentlemen that had caught the shop out of the corner of his eye and decided to stop in to see if they could help him out with some tint for his taillights. We had a great chat about our car histories and being a car enthusiast in general. What it lead me to see is that Tint World attracts the type of people that love their vehicles and want that certain individuality and quality work done.I can't recommend them enough for their services. Awesome stuff all around, and I will be keeping them in mind for any tinting or detailing projects in the future.

They put new carbon fiber stripes on my brand new Charger and I couldn t be happier with the finished product. They were done perfectly and had the car looking brand new. I would definitely come here again.

I got my Tucson front windows tinted 20% ceramic which is part of their ultimate package and prorated down. I had a wonderful experiences with Fado. The job was done within two hours and im loving the tint job. No bubbles. Cant see the seams of the tint film. Great job!

Great tint job great salesmanship worked a deal and gave me the out the door price no hidden cost or fees with Thomas Jeong but I am from the microwave generation so the 3 hour job is the ONLY reason I won t give 5 stars but it s been 2 months and I love my tint job and how seamless it looks

Customer service was excellent, took the time explaining the difference between the films and other services they provide. They removed tint from from two front windows and re-tinted whole suv and sunroof in under 2 hours. Great service will be back again.

These guys have done 2 cars for me and I couldn t be happier. Spend the extra money and get their premium package with the ceramic tints. You won t be disappointed. The ceramic tints really keep the inside of your car cooler.

Had a great experience with the shop here. They squeezed me in last minute. Very friendly staff and fast. This is my second time coming here. I prefer this one over the other tint worlds...worth the drive

Took my brand new 2020 Tesla in for window tinting and ceramic coating and they did an outstanding job! I think most of the negative reviews are about the bubbles, but in my experience, they can take up to a few weeks to go fully away. There are a lot less initial imperfections than when I got my Jetta tinted in Grayson. Over the past 48 hours, I would say 99% of the bubbles have vanished. Not hair or dust that I can see. Fadi meticulously applied the paint protection to the entire car in less than 24 hours and did a complete walk-through before even pulling it out of the garage. They even offered me a shuttle service if I needed a ride to leave my car overnight. Superb customer service! Couldn't be happier, and unless something changes I highly recommend Tint World for tinting and coating.

took my tesla in for some care package (ppf, ceramic protective coat, window tinting, etc.) Fadi answered the call and greeted me when I walked in.it was my first time getting extra work done on my car, Fadi was very patient with me and explained what was necessary and what wasn t. he was extremely knowledgeable and offered great customer service. I was very satisfied with the quality of work when my car was ready for pick up. they even detail-cleaned the inside of my car and added some protective coating to the leather seats.Fadi also went out of his way to help me install some interior parts that I d ordered online because I didn t know how to. my experience at this Duluth location was above and beyond, most definitely exceeded my expectation! I would definitely recommend this place 1000x times and more. I went to tint world for a redo on my 6 year old tint and the manager (Fadi) did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. He was extremely polite, professional and addressed any questions or concerns I had.
