The process of purchasing a car was at first tedious and quite tumultuous, until I came to Southern Star Automotive where David Saenz overcame all obstacles and efficiently walked me down the road to success. It was a great experience! David Seanz was very friendly and treated us like family. Made sure we was happy with our purchase of a 2013 Infiniti jx35 that I got for my wife s anniversary gift. She is very happy with it. I would recommend everybody to go to Southern star automotive to get a great deal on a good used vehicle.

David Saenz-Mazda C-X 5 Grand Touring. I haven t bought a car since 2017, therefore, buying a car in a completely different market than 2017, was completely terrifying! I stayed skeptical the whole time and really gave David a rough time all the way around. However, David took care of my needs and kept my best interest a top priority the entire time. He had a feeling someone was going to try to buy the car the Friday after I came in (I wanted to take it to my car shop on Monday), so he took the car home and also wanted to drive it to more intensely ensure the car was in great condition with me being a single mom and needing a long term dependable car.After taking it to my mechanic, everything checked out. He even had me bring it in to fix a wiper, detail it, and fill it with gas. Even though it was a scary process, David took great care of me the whole time and ensured I got into a wonderful a dependable car. If you work with him and specify your needs, he s sure to take the utmost care of you and your needs!

This will be a long review:Let me start by saying that I have dealt with my share of dealerships, and the number of disappointing experiences are almost as much. However, my purchasing experience with Southern Star has restored my faith in the used auto industry!I purchased a 2019 CLA 250 in December of 23. The vehicle is a beauty and drives perfectly. In January, I took it to Mavis Tires & Brakes to get new tires. When the tech lifted the car, he saw damage to the underside that was relatively hidden. It was obviously missed during Southern Star's inspection. I immediately contacted them while bracing for a fight. What happened was the exact opposite! The office manager - i believe - named Ronnie heard me out, had a tech look at it to confirm, and said, "We are going to make it right!" No squabble, no Inspector Gadget interrogation, and no evasive remarks. He ordered the part needed while I was sitting at his desk and said that it would be in the following day and the repair would be made immediately. After learning that I live in Athens, he went further and assigned me a loaner (and had the prep work started for the repair) so that i wouldn't have to make an extra trip! My experience from the beginning to end has been nothing short of exceptional! My family will be purchasing vehicles from them for years to come!

I had a great experience buying my new car from David Saenz at Southern Star. I got a 2013 Hyundai Tuscon, which is just what I was looking for and I m thrilled with the car. David was helpful every step of the way and really looked out for me as the buyer to make sure the car was good to go - I bought the car from out of state and wasn t able to go see it. I felt very comfortable and that David cared that I was getting a good vehicle.

In October of 2022, I bought my 2015 Porsche Cayenne S with 117k miles on it from Ronny at southern star automotive all the way from Michigan. Ronny was very helpful throughout the process providing me the carfax, a 3rd party vehicle inspection report, working with my bank, the transporter to get it to Michigan etc.. It has been about 4 months and 5k miles later and I have 0 complaints, I can confidently say I made a good purchase. Overall, this dealership sold me a quality vehicle at a fair price, hassle-free.

David Saenz is freaking AWESOME! Both salesman were both amazing, they helped us get me and my fianc� our first car. They were so patient and helpful with everything down to the insurance coverage. If you can t get one car, they will help you find a car that you ll love. I recommend to come here and get a car because they are so nice and helpful!

DO NOT TAKE THE RISK! Trust all of the 1 Star reviews. Do not ignore. I purchased a vehicle here and the sales part of the purchase was great. They asked that I leave a 5 star review and I did. Two weeks later the car began doing strange things. I took it to Infiniti and was told to leave it because it wasn t even safe to drive around especially with my children! Long story short the warranty company they use is NOT going to approve the real cost of any repairs. They absolutely do the tricks to make the check engine lights go off and get emissions passed. THEY WILL NOT return your calls or work with you on any issues once you drive off the lot. When you to speak to the managers you get the old classic you bought as is nothing we can do . They WILL sell you a good looking but poor quality car at top dollar and with a sales price that is still over the value. When you go to the car wash, all the touch up paints will come off. SAVE YOURSELF the expensive lesson I learned. They have no integrity and don t care what you ve been through they will still put you through all the stress of buying a hunk of beautiful junk! 1 owner no accident MEANS NOTHING! You will pay thousands in repairs with that ridiculous warranty!

I bought a 2015 Mini Paceman from here about 6 months ago. I didn't write a review then because I wanted to give it some time, to make sure I wasn't sold something that would fall apart after driving it off the lot.I'm happy to say that I am extremely pleased with my purchase and my shopping experience. The fact I'm making this review now should say as much!These guys are obviously proud of the work they do and the dealership they're a part of. I worked with David Saenz who was very low-pressure and all too happy to work with me in purchasing my car. Not only was I allowed a test drive, but he offered me the chance to take the car home for a few days, to drive it around and get a feel for it. Likewise, he had zero issue with me taking it to my preferred auto shop to have it inspected!David and the staff were all too willing to handle any repair issues discovered. They also detailed my car (and I've kept it clean since!) Overall, it was a pleasant buying experience and I have no complaints.Some things to be aware of for prospective customers: Don't expect to be able to haggle much; they even advertise this on their website. Furthermore, there ARE additional fees: what you see listed on Autotrader or whatever is NOT the final price, plus they use a third party service to get the vehicle registered.With all that said, their dealership is tucked amongst so many other used car dealers, but it stands out for being a place where passion has been put into the presentation and the vehicles being offered to clients. Thank you, David, and the rest, for the positive buying experience! I love my car!

Great place to buy a car ! Took the QX60 for a long test drive . David Saenz is a great salesman . These guys are not pushy and went beyond what most dealers would have done.I would definitely check these guys out. We will definitely try to do repeat business with them.

Great place to work with. Overly accommodating on our test drive, fixed some items we inquired about, and had all the paperwork ready. In a sea of horrible used car dealers, these guys are highly recommended.
