I recently had an experience with Rivera Auto Repair and Body Shop and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in helping me. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Reina Ramirez kept me informed throughout the process and made sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done not only she did that but she handle everything with the adjuster. I had a horrible car accident with a semi truck she insured that they got me a rental Reina called the rental company and help me in a stressful situation. Everybody in this shop is dedicated they did an amazing job in my car and fast too. Don t doubt to give a chance to this guys thank you so much for helping me in such stressful moment in my life God Bless.

I recommend their services. I took my newly bought car which got scratched on the back finder while entering my garage.They performed a great job matching the original paint and in a very efficient time. Their charges are very reasonable.Recommend them to everyone I know.Service: Painting

Hands-down the best experience I have ever had at a body shop. My walk-in estimate took less than 30 minutes from when I arrived and I received an emailed quote later that same day. They took my car in to complete the work right away, and even finished the job a day earlier than they originally quoted! Everybody was very friendly, polite, and professional. I felt confident about the quality of work before I even saw my car and they did not disappoint. Highly recommended if you need a no-nonsense body shop to get your car back on the road quick!

*After a second accident they took care of me again. This time I had more extensive damage. They were able to fix my vehicle in less than 2 months. They once again repaired 1400 dollars of damages that were not included in the wreck free of charge!!! My vehicle was returned to me in excellent condition. I will continue to use and refer everyone that I know to this team, they continue to provide exceptional service. Thanks Rivera team!From the start they were very professional and truly wanted to get the job done. Angelica at the front desk was very patient and made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. They even fixed a dent in my door that the inusrance did not cover, free of charge. I brought my car 2019 audi a3 in with front end damage and this shop had immediate availability and not only did they take my car in right away they finished it in a week and it was immaculate they had my vehicle looking brand new I highly recommend this shop hidden jem.

So it's been nearly 2 years since I bought my truck for my business and I am just now receiving a fraudulent altered title. They do not have a license to sell cars, only to repair or sell part or sell inoperable cars. What I believe happened is that they have sold so many cars illegally, I couldn't get a title the year I actually bought it. According to their Facebook seller page they've sold alot of cars in Ohio and are not registered here or licensed to even sell cars in GA. I am currently waiting on GA Attorney General Consumer Complaint division to follow up on my complaint now that I finally have a blank fraudulent GA title 2 years later. No refund or compensation has been offered. They are THEIVES. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

Had 2 vehicles towed here expecting to get great service in a timely manner based on the reviews that I read about them. Unfortunately that didn't happen!They promised to call me and give me updates on the vehicles but I had to call them and half of the time no one answered. They had my vehicles for almost 3 or 4 days without any updates. When I was finally able to reach someone they gave me a extremely high price that was totally unreasonable. I have since called around to other places and no one has quoted me a price even close to the one they gave me! The prices I have been quoted are much lower for the same job!Very unprofessional, very disappointed, a complete waste of time! Only go here if you have time to waste!

I purchased a truck on 10-01-2020 in Cincinnati from a business based in GA for $4500. They had an Ohio title in hand because they purchased it from someone here and I assume have been in Cincinnati doing business despite not being registered here. I was unaware at the time of sale that it was considered a non resident title and that the business was obligated to transfer ownership to themselves in GA prior to reselling it in OH to me. I have been unable to register or legally own my truck since.I attached my reciept and title for transparency. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP OR SHOP. when I contacted the direct salesman that sold me the truck via Facebook, he told me that I took too long to complain and refused to reimburse me for the truck as well as losses. He told me Good luck.

I cracked my rear bumper and broke a tail light lens. I brought a "new" tail light from U Wrench It down the road, and this shop did an excellent job fixing and repainting, promptly. Nice people and I am very satisfied.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my son's car in a crash and they left it like new. They gave me a price that they didn't give in another shop. And they fulfilled me with time and quality. I recommend for everyone who needs repairs for their car.Traje el carro de mi hijo chocado y me lo dejaron como nuevo me dieron un precio que no lo daban en otro taller. Y me cumplieron con tiempo y calidad. Recomiendo para todos que ocupan reparaciones para su auto.
