I cannot say enough good things about Sydney!!!When I originally reached out to inquire about the Jeep I wanted, she called back promptly, let me know her availability, and sounded very welcoming.I had call backs from other dealers, but the reason I chose here was because Sydney s communication style was laid back and not pushy. She made sure I felt secure in my purchase, and answered any questions I had beforehand.She helped me have everything ready, so that I just needed to meet the also amazing Gerardo to sign my paperwork and get my keys. Gerardo actually made signing finance paperwork fun!Best experience ever buying a car!!Highly recommend this team at Rick Hendrick. You ll leave being excited about your new car and feeling like you have new friends.

Was able to purchase my new baby all thanks to Mark, Aswon and Gerardo. So incredibly grateful for their patience, hard work and for making the process less stressful than usual. Throughout the entire car-buying process, Sharon kept me informed of my vehicle status unlike the young man Nick i was working with, of which i was very much disappointed with. Also, my Jeep had a recall so i was unable to drive off with the vehicle, so i had a loaner care for the week. During that week i was not notified of any status of my vehicle from Nick. Although i understand it was a weekend/holiday on the following day i did not receive one phone call, it seemed like this young man was just all about getting his commission and did not care about this important purchase i was making. Also, Nick did not even show me how my loaner/Tesla car worked or even shake my hand to congratulate me and say goodbye. Terrible customer service from this young man. John the sales manager was a terrific addition, he displayed exceptional knowledge about vehicles and helped to get the deal going and closed.Sharon made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free while I waited for my vehicle. She was prompt in responding to my inquiries and handling all the questions i had.I would highly recommend Sharon Hester to anyone in search of a new or used car. I came in a few weeks ago to look at a Used Escalade that I saw online and I was immediately assigned to Aswon, who I learned was one of the newest sales consultants at the dealership.While they didn t have the Escalade that I wanted to see, Aswon did show me a newer, higher trim version of an Escalade that they allowed me to test drive and it immediately blew me away. Aswon did an outstanding job of piquing my interest while not trying to force the purchase of the vehicle down my throat (which other sellers have done in the past) and that style immediately gained my trust.Ultimately, when I got home that night to discuss the purchase of the vehicle, my wife and I agreed that we did not want to spend that much on car at this point of time. However, due to Aswon s handling of my interest in a new car, I know that I ll be coming back to this dealership again when I do see the vehicle that fits my family s needs.

On my recent visit for an oil issue which they completed satisfactory and well. They gave me a printed list and later mailed to me of other things that should be addressed. The cabin filter and the air filter need replacement. I purchased both filters to do this myself, easy on U Tube. I was very surprised to find the air filter was fine and the tech did not even reinstall the cover for the filter correctly. Shoddy and laziness makes me VERY SUSPECT of any future suggestion if I coma back to this dealership. see attached pictures and you can decide? 1 screw was never reattached and the cover was not locked in properly! Dirty Filter?

Our company has been utilizing Rick Hendrick for several years for our fleet vehicles, and I could not ask for a better relationship or service. The entire team has been great, but Lance has taken customer service to an entirely different level than we are accustomed to. His commitment to excellence coupled with a personal touch of service, makes each interaction a positive one. There are a lot of companies that I could look to for our fleet maintenance, but Lance has made sure that I will never look elsewhere.

Amazing experience buying my Jeep Wrangler with the team at Rick Hendrick. I LOVE my new Wrangler 4xe. Fantastic ride.Brady was incredibly patient and helpful during my test drives and walking me through the ordering process. Sharon kept me up to date once my Jeep arrived and made sure everything was smooth for arrival, vehicle prep, paperwork and processes. Danny was my trusted advisor throughout the process and went FAR above and beyond to help me get the best price, take advantage of rebates, and he negotiated absolute best financing on my behalf. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rick hendricks and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly sales advisor Richie B.Today was one of those days where magical things happen that you don t expect . I walked in trying to find the right car for my family and I & he didn t just sell me a car , he listened to me and every thing I wanted in a car , he was patient and very kind and very professional! He worked with me through out the whole process and not once left me alone waiting long periods of times like other sales man would , was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns which is a plus one in the auto industry.What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. This is my 1st time owning a jeep & I decided to come to the dealership to get my 1st oil change. As I pulled in, I was directed to Chris Garcia. He was handling a phone call at the time but still made sure that I was taken care as he was on his call. Great multitasking skills. I can t stop telling people how great of an experience I had at Rick Hendricks. Sydney was beyond knowledgeable. I knew I wanted a jeep just not which particular model and Sydney was able to help me decide on the right vehicle for me and mine!
