My sales agent Miguel Guerrero came highly recommended by several good friends. Everyone greeted me cheerfully as I entered the show room and got Miguel quickly. I was looking for a Chevy Traverse and didn't have alot of criterias but wanted leather seats. When I came back from a test drive, I loved the way it drove and had a big car feel. I also loved that it had a bench seat in the middle row but it wasn't leather. When I said this to Miguel, he told me I could have the cloth replaced. I was sold!! All steps of the purchase was easy and he kept me abreast at all steps. He made sure I was good with the cost of the vehicle in all steps and was able to get me in this car at a comfortable payment. He next handed me off to Renaldo and all went smoothly there also.I have since brought it back for the leather install and I am absolutely in love with my car!!Thank you to all who handled this sale, it was not stressful at all!Lisa Boyd

Easy to schedule the service as time slots were readily available. Marie is a good Service Advisor who listened to what I said. I had already replaced the radio and speakers. They had to find and correct the open circuit in the wiring for one speaker. They charged 2 hours time plus a $35 service charge. That is fair given they had the pin diagrams and knowledge of the amp wiring that is all proprietary and not on the WWW. I felt they respected what I had already done and didn't try to do that again instead of get directly to the tracing of the wiring issue. Good job trusting the client's input to minimize the effort and cost. I will be back in the future.

Came into the dealership just to compare vehicles & try to decide, which may be my next purchase. Spoke with a gentleman named Brandon Robinson. And I must say he did a great job at helping me with information on each vehicle that I looked at. Also with just having great customer service skills. That goes a long way in my book.

Marie is THE BEST rep I have ever had, she is always very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She is great at communicating promptly any needs and providing suggestions on maintenance needed on my vehicle. I have observed and appreciate that if she sees a customer standing, she will immediately offer to assist, something that I do not see all others do. When she is not at the counter, it is usually a hassle to get someone to assist, even if it is just to get them to call Marie to assist me.

Ivette G. was great. From the moment I came in she smiled and stood up from her place to greet me and ask if she can help me. She is very nice and professional, customer oriented. That is very important . I came for oil change but she recommended to fix 2 recalls on my car while I waited. I thought those would take few hours but she got me out quickly. Deffinetly recommend. This was my second time dealing with the service dept. and am totally satisfied. Hats off to my service rep. Ric Cline. He took full control over my servicing, keeping me aware and informed of my status. He made sure that my requests were done as asked. Upon completion he walked me to my Corvette, went through everything done, and returned my old parts as requested. Highly recommend.

Despite the mix up with my rental refund, I will say that each visit here has been a good visit. Every staff member that has helped me has been very nice and helpful. I just didn t like the fact when I called about my refund I got the runaround and no one would give me an answer. The issue was resolved after contacting GM customer service. And I do appreciate Aaliyah for trying to keep me updated on everything from start to finish. It was just a frustrating ordeal for me. But all in all I have no other complaints.Just got service done twice in one week and I just want to say thank you to Mr. Justin for helping me both times.

Ask for Justin. It was very easy process and the atmosphere is cheerful. Bathrooms immaculate and accessible. Justin listens to what your needs are and went right out and got the Trax I was talking about. Love it. And the finance manager was awesome too made it very easy. Took me all about 3 to 4 hours.But I will suggest to make sure you have a down payment. And be ready to take a car home. Thank you for making this process easy breezy.
