**Title: Unmatched Experience at Rick Case Mazda with a Fantastic 0% Financing Deal****Rating: **From the moment I walked into Rick Case Mazda, I knew I was in for a premium car-buying experience. The team there, from sales to finance, operates with a level of professionalism and friendliness that immediately puts you at ease.I was particularly impressed by their transparent and upfront approach throughout the process. Their knowledgeable sales staff helped me explore their wide range of new vehicles, providing detailed insights and patiently answering all my questions, making sure I found the perfect car that met all my needs. But what truly set Rick Case Mazda apart was their incredible 0% financing offer on the purchase of a brand new car. This deal was a game-changer for me. The finance department went above and beyond to ensure I fully understood the terms and benefits, making the financial side of things smooth and stress-free. It was evident they genuinely cared about providing value and making the car affordable for me.Taking delivery of my brand new car was a moment I won't forget. It was perfectly detailed, and the team took the time to walk me through every feature, ensuring I was confident and comfortable before driving off.In conclusion, my experience at Rick Case Mazda was nothing short of exceptional. Their combination of attentive service, extensive selection, and unbeatable 0% financing deal makes them a stand-out dealership. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Thank you, Rick Case Mazda, for making my car buying experience so memorable and rewarding!

Mike Hall at Rick Case Mazda was EXCEPTIONAL to work with!!! It never felt high pressure, it always felt like the best fit! We test drove the car 2 days in a row and searched through others to see what made sense, and Mike made sure the process was easy! Will definitely do business with him again in the future!

Rick Case Mazda was very accommodating with my desire to purchase a CX 90 plug-in hybrid. They were able to coordinate a swap with another local dealership to get the color I wanted and the necessary trim. Their sales associates and finance team were not pushy and I would absolutely use them again for another vehicle or recommend them to friends.

my wife and were car shopping and saw an amazing deal on a toyota rav 4. go see Juan in the sales department if you want to be taken care of! i didn't think e we would be leaving with a new car because we were just "looking" but before i knew it we were driving off in a new car! I have been in the car business for over 10 years as a service vendor so i have seen everything behind the scenes when it comes to the car business. i was blown away with how fast everything went! we had our 4 year old son and my two year old daughter with us (which i didn't think would last long looking at cars) we drove home in a new car and everyone is happy! i HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Juan is the best!

We shopped around quite a bit for our next car. The car we wanted ended up being available at Rick Case in Duluth. It was a rainy Monday and a long day at that but our salesman Olajuwon was very patient with my fiances negotiation skills! He hung in there with us and made us a deal at last! The finance person, Jonathan (I think), sorry, was a joy to end the deal with. The only disappointment was with the manager. He was sitting within earshot of us the entire time. It s still just so silly to watch the sales person and manager have these huddles . He never once came 4 feet to us and introduced himself at all. Once the deal was done I got to hit their gong . We were preparing to leave, shaking hands, hugging, etc and not once did the manager say a word to us. Not a thank you for your business or boo. He could ve made a very good experience great, but he fell short. Too bad for leaving a poor taste in our mouth for Rick Case Duluth.

I recommend Rick Case because oh their friendly and great service. Ty made sure he communicated with me throughout the process while my vehicle was being serviced. Thanks Ty and the Rick Case Team for always providing great service and knowing me by name each time i come in.

Excellent experience buying our new Mazda 3. Started with Javan via online contact-- instead of only messaging, he actually called for the first contact-- a very nice touch and right way to start a relationship. Elijah, our in-person salesman, was awesome too! Very friendly, very detailed with easy explanations, he made the whole lengthy process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend anyone interested in buying a new ride to check with these guys first! Thanks again guys for the awesome experience!

Bashard was great! He was very patient with us, our needs, and the whole process. The service department was lacking. Did not want to listen when told the car needed brakes but finally gave in because we felt the car was unsafe. They gave us a loaner they kept no record of us even having, while they kept our car for service since they were getting ready to close. Basically rushed us out the door. Come to find out the cars headlights weren't working as well even though the car was certified and someone signed off that everything on the car was good. We had to wait an additional 2 more days (4 days total for the simplest thing, brakes and headlights) for the parts to come in....headlights!! Mind you, we are still driving around in a car they have no record of us having, literally just gave us the keys and said here take this. When we picked up the car once we were told the car was ready there was still plastic lining all in the car, for sale stickers half way peeled off, and the car was not cleaned or detailed. Our sales rep was never notified it was ready to have in cleaned up for us so we had to come back to get it detailed since we were told it would take about 30 minutes to an hour. So again Bashard was great, overall service from the company itself needs work.

Well, hoping by putting this negative review on here this will get someone from Rick Case to contact me to get my issue resolved. Had a problem with a faulty fuel door that needed to be replaced. Brought the car to the service area in February ....got one or two updates on it ... haven't heard anything since February 14th. The part was supposed to be ordered and I was to be notified once it came in but again, haven't heard anything since. I'm not one to beg for updates so may have to take it to another dealership to get it fixed.

I bought 2 Mazda vehicles here. Jeff (general manager), Bashard (product specialist) and Jonathan (finance manager) were great! We had a little issue at first but overall was amazing! We were able to fill out everything remotely so the process of buying the vehicles in store was pretty quick. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Everything went perfectly until we were required to meet with the finance department. We were paying for a new $36,000 vehicle with cash. But we had to wait to meet with the finance manager for about an hour and a half. It then took us only 10 minutes to sign the sale paperwork. I was told that there was only one finance person because it was Sunday. I think if you're going to be open on Sunday, there should be a back-up plan if you sell more cars than you expect. Maybe have someone on call. Better to inconvenience your employees if business is better than expected, not make customers wait because you are under-staffed

Bullet Points:Ask for Elijah. Sorry for everyone else but he works for it.I love my car; it s fun, comfortable, and pretty.I did not feel lied to or haggled. The process was smoother than any experience I ve had previously.Bought a used Mazda but it still came with the warranty. All the Details:I was pretty sure I wanted a Mazda. They have great reviews, several members of my family drive one, and they are reasonably priced considering the aesthetics, comfort, and reliability. For 3 months, I searched but could not shake the trepidation of being taken advantage of in almost each scenario. That is, when I could get someone to help me.When I found the car at Rick Case, I stopped by unannounced and in a hurry. I was actually greeted and then a young gentleman named Elijah assisted me. He accommodated the fact that I was in a rush. I liked the car aesthetically and made an appointment to return the next day for a test drive. But then I got sick and could not make it. I was well aware by this point that no one could hold a car for me and I didn t expect them to. It was up to the gods. Every day for an entire week, I pushed my appointment to the next day in anticipation of getting well. During that week, Elijah text me every single day. He did not come at me with pressure to hurry up as most would do, no copy and paste text either. He first asked me how I was feeling and offered to go ahead and reschedule my appointment if I needed. Any time I text him, he responded. Eventually, I had a family member test drive it so I could at least go ahead and take it off the market. Elijah made that easy. Within 24 hours of the test drive, everything was finished except me actually driving the car and signing the dotted line. The moment I said move forward, the car was no longer online. I was impressed. They are posting actual inventory. We did almost everything via text and nothing was lost in translation. He even offered solutions that cost him extra work outside of his responsibilities to make my life easier in the process. When I arrived to complete the transaction, my experience remained pleasant. As Elijah gave me the breakdown of numbers, I had the typical moment of panic. I was coming from no payment and was going to question every cent. I put him through the ringer but he handled it right. He was patient and offered me a manager to help me walk through everything. I have sat with plenty of slimy car salesmen recently and was not excited for the interaction. Unfortunately, I can t remember his name but he was great. He helped me understand what I needed to. He was patient. But most of all, he wasn t slimy. By the time he was done, we were buds and I found myself accidentally having a good time. Surely, you d think that would all be ruined once I met the finance person. But no. She was fantastic too. Audra was personable, enjoyable, and also not slimy.I knew I was buying a used car and I knew it had been in an accident previously so I can t expect it to be perfect but I d say it s pretty close. There were a couple negligible things I noticed within a few days and Elijah still answers my texts. Some things he can help me with, some he can t but he always answers even though he could be done with me. I wanted a few enhancements, and he went beyond just advising me where to go. And I was pleased with expierence contact as well. I can not speak for everyone there but the 3 folks I interacted with, were worth writing a review about. It would be a better world if there were more people like them in the car industry. You gotta give a shout out to Elijah s mother. That young man was clearly raised with values and work ethic. It s evident and when you tell him he must have had a good mother, he smiles and gives the credit where it due. Because he learned to treat people right, I was finally able to have a good car buying experience where I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of.

This dealership failed me and sent me on a wild goose chase and caused me so much stress that could have been avoided. Buying the car was a smooth and easy process but they sold me the car after it failed the emissions test the day they sold it to me and they did not make me aware (they knew the results were failed-how could you take it to the emissions inspection yourself and not read the paper they hand you saying if it passed or failed). I feel like that is illegal and you can't sell a car that failed an emissions test and not tell the customer, who knows. Anyways, I was waiting for my license plate to come and it never did. 5 days before my temporary tag was set to expire, I tried to get ahold of my sales-person. It took me 3 days to reach him and Mazda did not answer their phones for an entire day. I spoke to 3 different people about this situation who gave me 3 different answers about what I was supposed to do. One said I didn't have to worry about driving with an expired temporary tag and that my license plate would be mailed soon. Another said I had to go to the tag office. I literally had to figure out what to do next all by myself.I had to fill out a form to extend my temporary license, go to UPS to get that document notarized, then go to the county tag office to apply for the extension and get a new temporary tag. I had to go do another emissions test and send that document over to Mazda so they could submit it to the state. This caused me so many phone calls and stress and money! When I went to the tag office, it was still processing on their end. Luckily, a week later, I called the tag office and they let me know the license plate was mailed out.I tried scolding the sales person on the phone but he acted dumb and said that he didn't know about this issue until I called all worried 5 days before the temporary tag expiration. Like, do you just not follow-up with any of your customers. He told me about the drive cycle of 50-100 miles after a failed emissions test that you need to do then you can test it again. Ok, well in the 2 months I had the car, I drove like a couple thousand miles. He could've just told me it failed the test when I bought the car and then told me I just need to drive it 50 miles then test it again and send him the paper work. But no. I will never come back here again.

I would stay away from Rick Case. When I called to set up an appointment I told the person on the phone everything that was going on with my vehicle and received a date and time for my appointment.I was the second person to arrive at the shop right when they opened at 8a the day of my appointment. I dropped my car off and thinking it would only be a few hours had a friend pick me up.No one ever informed me that my car was going to take 12-24 hours to look at and they would need it overnight. So around 3p I started to ask the service advisor what was going on with my vehicle and he did not have an update. I asked again around 4p and was told my car wasn t even looked it at this point. I asked if they had loaner vehicles and was told no. Now I m in a bind because I expected to have my vehicle back to pick up kids and for our evening routine.I had to rent a car from enterprise! When I picked up my vehicle a different service advisor helped check me out and was confrontational when I mentioned my experience and what was going on my with my vehicle.I haven t had one good experience with this dealership unfortunately. I gladly drive 30 minutes away to another Mazda dealership to get great, honest and transparent service.

I don t recommend this place. I purchased at used vehicle 2021. I took the car back after having it for 4 days because clicking sounds coming from the axel they told me they would fix it so they kept my car for a month and never fixed the problem. The next day I took my car to my local Nissan dealership and they told me my 2 front axle needs to be replaced. I am lucky it was still covered under the manufacturer warranty but just to think Rick Case Mazda was ok with me coming to them about a problem about my axle knowing I drove a hour with my 3 year old child is very bad business I could have lost my life or my child life behind this. Also the the dumper is hanging now which shows all the glue they used

I want to start by saying I have previously owned a Mazda3 and CX5 and absolutely loved the cars which is what prompted us to trade in our EV SUV to the new 3rd row plug in hybrid. I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with the service and product quality provided by Mazda in Duluth. My family and I purchased a brand new Mazda CX90 plug-in hybrid from them just five months ago, and within a shockingly short period, we had critical vehicle malfunction, activesense malfunction, brake, stability and hybrid system malfunctioned, putting our safety at risk. We promptly took the vehicle back to the dealership for repairs, expecting a swift resolution considering it was still under warranty. However, instead of receiving adequate assistance, we've been left in the dark with no answers on the next steps, just numerous numbers to call and be given the "someone will call you back" speech. To add insult to injury, the Mazda Mall of GA dealership has provided us with a much smaller, and dirty, loaner car, leaving us inconvenienced and struggling to accommodate our family's needs. It's incredibly frustrating to be paying for a premium product only to receive subpar service and no viable solutions to our issues. The lack of communication and accountability is disappointing. It's evident that they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction and safety. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. Our experience has been extremely frustrating , and we are left questioning the reliability and integrity of Mazda's products and the dealership's commitment to customer care.

Today I purchased my first Mazda! Kyle Shriver was a wonderful sales person and truly made the experience for my first car purchase great. He was in it to actually help me get a good deal and walk away with a car I wanted. Other dealerships felt pushy and annoyed when I wouldn t commit right then, but Kyle was never that way. He also was very knowledgeable on every feature the car had, all the warranties, and even stayed after the sale to ensure it was set up to my liking. Very much enjoyed this experience & I am so happy with my purchase!

I called the service because my 2 year old Mazda died and I could not start it. The lady on the phone was very rude. She did not let me talk , but she quickly told me that they don t have any openings for service until in April and that it is the battery . I asked to speak with an advisor as I knew that the battery should last 3 years, but she dismissed me rudely. As she recommended, yes, I won t use their service anymore

Dealerships.... I am not going to mince words here I don't like any dealership! I understand the business model of a dealership and their purpose because let's face it you are not buying a loaf of bread or an Xbox. This advice is kind of reflective of most dealerships but your experience will vary. I seriously suggest you do your research on YOUR vehicle, how much it is worth both on the private market and as a trade in. Research the vehicle you are looking to buy and make sure it fits your lifestyle and budget. DO NOT FALL IN LOVE with the first vehicle you test drive. My time much like yours is valuable. Set a time limit on your watch or phone as to how long you are willing to give and stick with it. Print off offers from a possible private sales and a straight trade with other dealerships. Take a simple vehicle checklist to do a quick review of any potential purchases. The dealership should provide a recent carfax report at no cost to you so ask for it. Now on to my experience with Rick Case. This is our 2nd purchase from a Rick Case dealer and wow what a difference! I am not going to what happened the first time but this time OUR time was valued and not wasted, we walked in with a KBB of the traded vehicle and the first offer was low and that was to be expected. We countered with the KBB and the bargaining commenced. A final offer was made which was $1000 less than what we expected so I jumped on the direct competition to Rick Case entered in the license plate number and got an immediate offer texted to me and emailed. Pulled up the email and presented it, bargained a little bit more and only lost $475 of the $1000. Did the while preferred lender thing got as close to the our acceptable minthkynoaynebt because definitely don't want to be car payment broke which is a close cousin to rent or mortgage payment broke. Overall I would give the sales staff, willingness to good faith bargain with the trade in value, sales person and finance manager interaction as one of the more pleasant experiences at a franchise car dealership I mean, Iam not doing summersaults over the fact that we now have a car note but I would rather have that piece of mind in a newer vehicle that a 12 year old one with over 100k miles on the odometer and for those interested we stuck with the same brand of vehicle Hyundai just changed from sedan to CUV.

nobody is aware of much of anything when you call down there to get support, i bought a car approximately 3 weeks ago and i called before buying car to ask about ANY problems or vehicle damage had been reported. after a few minutes looking around under car i found a significant oil leak coming from front timing cover, mind you this is a 2021 car with less than 50k on it, and i told the salesman (steven) this and he had no idea there was any oil leak at all and there was oil dripping off oil pan it was so bad so he got with his sales manager (charlie) who got with the technician who did the so called pre inspection before they bought the car and they said they had cleaned the oil and put dye in it to see if it was still leaking (and it is bc oil leaks do not fix themselves) which is a lie bc the oil leak had dirt and grime all over it where it had been like that for several months, which is not a big deal as it s still covered under factory power train warranty. i just had a feeling they wanted to get it out the door and beyond that threshold bc charlie (sales manager) told me it was more than likely a slack technician lying about what he did to avoid being paid warranty labor rates as they are lower rates than regular labor rates. he let me know it had all the service done at their facility as it was a lease and furthermore that it had a rear collision on the report but no repair was listed as it was so minor that there was no reason to report any fixes as there was none. to me that sounds like crap bc if it was reported, there has to be some sort of damage? you do not make a report about backing out of your driveway with no issues, i found the rear collision bumper under plastic bumper cover had been replaced obviously as you can see witness marks on the nuts that holds it on meaning the nuts have come off for a reason. when the first rain storm came my automatic wipers wouldn t work just had low and high which is very annoying in a drizzle, i called to set an appointment to have that fixed and they set me up an appointment to come down assess problem and then make another appointment to have it fixed. then i get sent down again (place is one hour from my house) . now i m getting the run around for 2 weeks trying to get wipers to work on a car with aftermarket cheap windshield that was apparently apart of the as is aspect of the car. just make sure you check over everything bc if the people working there are aware that other people working there are slack and nothing has changed that speaks for the character of everyone and everything there. other than that i would recommend anyone to buy a mazda just not from this specific rick case dealer. NOT LOOKING FOR COMPENSATION OR TO EMAIL ANYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE so they can beat around the bush to make me feel better. i didn t want anything out of you guys except a pleasurable first time car buying experience which has been completely compromised, just trying to warn anyone that may look at reviews for this place before going. Go to mall of georgia and have them source the car out for you if rick case is the only person with a specific model you want (like i wished i would have done). Might as well spend my time making a review considering how much time i ve wasted trying to get ahold of someone who knows something down there, anything i can do to save someone else a BUNCH OF HASSLE.

The buying experience was very positive. The only thing I did not like was all of the ads-on sales they tried to push at the end. I told them that I do not want any warranties or add-ons and she insisted that we go through all of the warranty products. Sort of made the experience feel like I was buying a car in 1989 when it was a complete circus. Just bothers me because think car dealers take advantage of less informed buyers.

They are very accommodating. And took take of me and my car. Though I just wish their appointment online would also immediately reflect on their scheduled appointment. Because I did book my appointment online and got a confirmation but when they looked into their system it s says that I don t have any appointments scheduled for that day. But still they accommodated me despite that.

The service is good. They provided me a temporary car so that I can explore the things around. Technicians are professional and they do provide the inspection videos for you to go over the status of the car. They also provide complimentary car wash service but I would suggest telling them to not brush your car but only spray it. The temporary car has lots of tiny scratch on the body probably caused by improper brushing, which is a little bit concerning. But overall 5 star for the service and convenience!
