I was greeted kindly and given a honest assessment on my car parts and given a fair price. Kevo was such a nice mechanic he told me the truth and even put air in my tires for me. I would definitely come back here.

Stopped by on a whim to check my oil levels and was friendly greeted by Sam and Al, they let me know my levels were fine so they are honest and trustworthy men. Clean environment, friendly staff and convenient location. Check them out

I am SO GLAD I CAME HERE - I got quoted $150 for an oil change at a nearby garage and this place was honest and saved me half of the price for the same service! I saw the reviews about this place being honest and decided to give it a shot and I m so glad I did. As a woman, I didn t feel taken advantage of like I do at other shops, and I felt genuinely taken care of. Thank you Al for the great service and fair pricing!

Absolutely horrible. Please do not come here for transmission issues. My car was in and out of their shop on multiple occasions for several months. I ve spent over $7,000 for them to fix my car, just for my vehicle to break down on the highway while I was on my way to an important interview for graduate school only one day after they fixed my transmission issues. This left me stranded in an unfamiliar town, which is a particularly unfavorable situation as a young woman. This also caused me to miss a very important interview.Long story short, my Father and Pastor intervened, had my car towed and evaluated by a trusted mechanic in our hometown, and it turns out Precision Autotune either put a bad transmission in my car, or they did not replace it at all.My husband and I never had car issues until we started coming here. We are very patient and kind people who were unfortunately taken advantage of because we trusted the staff each time they said everything was fixed. I never leave bad reviews because I understand how it could negatively impact a business. However, in this case, my finances, safety, and peace of mind have been compromised because of these people. Please do not come here.

I recommend coming here for all car repairs. I've had my breaks done, engine and oil pan replaced here. Sam and Al always make sure my car leaves in the best condition and give me a good deal when they can. I know nothing about car repairs and maintenance but the mechanics and owners here keep me aware of my car's needs. I feel that I am in good hands when I come to Precision Tune Auto.

I went to this location for an oil change. I was told to wait in the parking lot I was there about half an hour when suddenly an employee started arguing. Long story short, in spite of the drama the owner kept it professional (although his employee was on 10) and accommodated me although his employee quit and left him backed up. The prices are reasonable and the service was great minus the drama. I would definitely visit here again for any service my truck needs.

I've been coming here for about 5 years and there's been numerous owners but the current owners are the best I've encountered at this location. They're honest and makes sure you're getting the best service. They're also very friendly. Highly recommended

Went into Precision Tune today to see what was causing the check engine light to come on. They handled the matter professionally & showed me what was wrong so that I could see it for myself. The pricing was reasonable and they communicated any issues they could see. Sam and Al took over this business recently and they are superb in service and customer care. All the tech guys are certified and also very friendly.I highly recommend this auto shop for any vehicle problems. I highly appreciate All & Sam at precision tune auto care for my 2010 hyundai sonata. They did a transmission installation, engine flush, starter installation & water pump installation all together. They really did a great job & I recommend them to anyone.

Al was really really helpful I came in for a heater problem turns out it was a massive issue. When it came to the full price I was scared because I wasn t able to afford it but he helped me find a financing way to taking care of the problem without hurting my bank account. I can say I trust them whenever it comes to my car.

Al and Sammy are the best! I took my car to Honda and they weren t able to figure out what was wrong with my car. I took my CRV here and they were able to figure out and solve my problem. I will definitely be bring my car back here in the future.

This was a wonderful experience for me, Sam took great care of me, I had to go to the airport to pick up my daughter and was pressed for time he changed my tire, when they don't do tires,. I will be back for sure. GOD BLESS THEM ALL.

I've used this location several times for oil changes and inspections. This time, management had changed. The entire place was cleaned up. I called ahead to check availability and was told it was a good time to come. I checked in my car and was out the door in a little over 30 minutes. Efficient and friendly. Good service at reasonable pricing.

New management, really great experience! Al greeted me when I entered, made sure he knew what I needed, and checked to be sure everything was done right. I had brought my vehicle to Precision Tune in February for an engine repair. I returned to bring my vehicle back because my vehicle was cutting off while idling and leaking fluid. I called and spoke with Al and found out that they were under new management. I was able to bring my car in on a busy Saturday afternoon. They were able to diagnose the problem and had me back on the road in a short period of time. As well as the cost was reasonable... Kudos to the staff at Precision Tune.

I ve been taking my care here for years for oil change never had an issue until now . I dropped off my car to Al quoted me one price that I was aware . I was told my car would be done the same day , turned into a week w/o a car came in with the check engine light on left with the check engine light on STILL , no curtesy car nothing they denied me a new estimate for the total. Once I picked my car up I was quoted a way different price that was NEVER once communicated to me nothing the whole transaction and work was just so unprofessional how do you expect to keep customers when you lie to them this shop will break parts on they behalf and not even tell you then turn around and charge extra if I could give 0 stars I would ! Save you the time and money and take it to the dealership you ll be better off

Go to this place if you like paying 300% markup and you don t mind them using your car for their personal matter. I have gps tracker on my car and saw it was at a buckhead bar last night. Asked about it this morning and they got instantly aggressive toward me. They acted like a kid who s just caught doing something they weren t suppose to be doing. If you want to get RIPPED OFF THIS IS THE PLACE! Best of luck!
