Service as promised, a wonderful experience! Thank-you so much! I had an old/bad battery and the time and attention given to help me understand the steps required for resolution were accurate and informative. In addition, the wait time was exactly as promised. I was able to drive over after getting a jump and received very prompt service... Bravo!!

This place is awesome! Guy came out and prob saved me $200 dollars that I woulda paid somewhere else. Fixed my windshield wipers in 10 mins and I was in my way.

I was scared to find a shop to service my 2006 Mercedes SL. I was pointed towards MBS and I am so glad I went. MBS is truly the most professional, knowledgeable, and honest Mercedes shop anywhere near Atlanta. It is owned and operated by true enthusiasts who have a wealth of particularized knowledge and immense skill. They have perfected several classic Mercedes vehicles for me... all with sincere care and an eye for perfection. They make an effort to deliver on their promises while keeping costs low. It is truly refreshing to do business with people who genuinely care about their customers and about the work they do.

I have a 1999 ML430, and these folks help me take great care of it. They re incredibly knowledgeable on Mercedes because that s their focus. They re also a family business. So glad I found this shop!

I'm a customer for life! They were able to fix problems that 2 other shops claimed to have fixed. My car drives like a dream now. I'm so thankful to Larry and the whole team at MBS. I ve used MBS Motors to service two of my Mercedes vehicles (1988 420 SEL, 2012 GLS 550) and have been very impressed with the quality of service received. They provided me with a complete overview on each visit to let me know of any issues found that may need service now or in the near future. The service reps, Larry and Conner are very professional and have extensive knowledge of the Mercedes vehicles. I especially appreciate how they take the time to answer my questions. On my recent visit, Conner even took the extra time to explain features on my GLS 550 including the vehicle remote features that I was not even aware of! I feel very fortunate to have found a company that really seems to care about their customers and stands behind the service they provide.Bobby and SharonGeorgia

I've been a customer of MBS for 17 years. Every time I pick up my car, I'm happier with how it drives than when I dropped it off. Great people that provide excellent service. I drive from NC to ATL for service at MBS - even with a dealer half the distance from me.

I have been a customer of MBS Motors for more than 30 years as an owner of various Mercedes. The staff & mechanics have always been courteous & a pleasure to work with. I have always received my cars serviced or repaired in a timely manner & I have never had to return a car to address the same problem.They have assisted me in purchasing several high quality used Mercedes over the years & I have never been disappointed. I continue to purchase Mercedes Benz cars because I LOVE the service I get from MBS, especially as a WOMAN.

Had never done any service with MBS Motors, but I thought I would call and give them a try. Spoke with Larry about the problem I was having with my S63 Amg, and Larry put me at ease the moment I spoke with him.His customer service was excellent. I am born and raised here in Atlanta, and have owned a few Mercedes models over the years, and I have certainly tried my fair share of independent Mercedes shops, and Larry made me feel like they valued my business. He took the time to explain things to me, and just kept me informed through the entire process. I would consider MBS Motors, one of the best shops in Atlanta. Larry and his team could not have provided better service to me. So glad I found out about MBS Motors!!!!!

I can t say enough nice things about Larry and the team at MBS. They ve always serviced my car with expert precision. I feel the pricing is fair considering Mercedes are just expensive to maintain any way. And, if you re into history, they have some stunning antique vehicles on display in the showroom. Highly recommend.

Larry and his brother do a great job. I highly recommend MBS. They are a family business that have been established for a long time. They take care of their customers and believe in doing a great job. As a customer I look for honesty - not being conned - and excellence, which is why I return here overtime. Highly recommended!

Been doing business with Larry, Billy and Axel since I moved here 4 and a half years ago. Can't tell you how great they are to do business with. Knowledgeable, courteous, just great guys and there work is second to none. Bravo guys. Always recommend people to MBS motors for outstanding customer care and service!!

Have been going here exclusively for decades for truly fantastic service. We've even bought cars from MBS that still run like new thanks to all their help. The family staff and our family know each other on a first name basis. MBS is absolutely everything you want in a shop. Really couldn't ask for much more from these great folks.

I have been using MBS for years. We have a number of MB's in our family and they care for all of them. Mush more reasonable that a dealer and better service. our cars vary in age from 1985 to 2012 and they are experts on all of them. It's great having a history on all the maintenance that has been done over the years.

The most important thing when looking for a mechanic is finding someone trustworthy, and that's what you'll get with the guys at MBS Motors.When I moved to GA, I contacted my nearest Mercedes dealer to get my car serviced, and they told me it was "too old" for them to see (it was 8 years old at the time), and referred me to MBS Motors. I was really annoyed at the time but it turned out to be a blessing! MBS have helped me with all repairs, charge less than the nearby dealers, and are always straight with me. They even informed me about a class action lawsuit against Mercedes that my car might have been involved in. If they hadn't said anything, I would have had no idea that it was possible to get Mercedes to pay for such a large repair job!Recently, I'm looking to buy something a little newer, and Larry has offered to do new car inspections at no cost. This kind of service is rare when it comes to mechanics; I've had my fair share of issues with bad eggs before so it's wonderful to finally have a shop that I trust. I've found them to be flexible in terms of scheduling an appointment, too, which helps when you have a chaotic schedule.I can't recommend them enough, honestly.

Have been having work done on our car with the Vorpals for years . Have kept our 1986 560 SL running great and taken care of all it's issues to our great appreciation. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. They are a family run business that has been taking care of MB cars since the 60's. I recommend them highly.

I'm from Connecticut. On September 3, 2017, I hit an object that was on the highway on I 85 North. It shut my entire system down on my 2011 350 Mercedes Benz. It put a hole in the undercarriage of my car. I couldn't start the car, because the security system needed to be restarted.I had the car towed to Caliber Collision and Sports and Imports. Both of these shops wanted to total my car. The only thing they needed to do was reset and restart the car. I wasn't playing those games.I had the car towed to MBS Motors. I spoke with Billy and Larry. I said to them "In the name of Jesus Christ, please reset my system and start my car, so that I can get out of Georgia."One could tell by how they answered me that they wanted to help me. I had the car towed to them after hours on September 15th. On Monday Billy called and we discussed what had happened. Later that day he had found the problem. On September 19th, they had reset the system and started my car, then I left Georgia headed by to Connecticut.The other two garages were incompetent. Billy and Larry were there to treat a distressed customer like they wanted to be treated. After two weeks of hell with these other two garages, they presented me with the soothing power of Heaven. Thanks guys for listening.

Always fantastic service! I drive 30 minutes to bring my car here and then Uber back and forth if my car needs to stay here a few hours or a day or two. They can fix ANYTHING and they are supper honest and reasonably priced. They only use original manufacturer parts so the repairs can be more expensive than if you use a "regular" shop, but in my experience I would rather pay extra for the RIGHT part then some vaguely generic knock off. They have STAR diags so they can diagnose/troubleshoot any issue. I know my baby is well looked after here! Don't waste your time with any of the other generic "import repair" shops. If you own a Merc this is the only place to bring it. (RMB sucks in comparison too - expensive, arrogant and rude !! )

Over the years i have taken my car to MBS for various repairs. Ive spent probably around $3000 with them all in. I started to notice that anytime anything major needed to be done to the car they told me they didnt do that and to take it to mercedes. I thought this was really odd. If your advertising yourself as a mercedes service shop why are you telling me to take the car to mercedes. Today it was confirmed when i was told point blank "we do not get the chance to service the car. All we get is the impossible diagnosis tasks and honestly we dont want anything to do with your car."So simply because I do my own oil changes and they dont get to make the easy money they dont want to be bothered with actually having to do some real mechanic work. As to "impossible diagnosis" tasks last time i checked rebuilding valve blocks, changing out the seat heater and tracing down a malfunctioning o2 sensor were pretty basic things for a qualified service shop to do.Bottom line their only interested in making a quick buck doing jiffy lube kind of stuff. At least there honest about it but find somewhere else to take your car.

Excellent customer service both on the telephone and in person! Reasonable competitive pricing on all services and conveniently tuck away in the Heart of Duluth. Two Thumbs up!
