This is the most professional, friendly, and thorough place of business. My experience was absolutely enjoyable. The Manager, Shaun, is amazing. He thoroughly went over the details of the service that my car needed, and didn t try to add additional problems to my car like other places try to do. I would recommend the Mavis on Old Norcross Road to everyone. The cost was reasonable, and the wait was minimal.

Sean worked with me to get several things fixed on my car. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He thoroughly explained everything to the point I feel like I know so much more about my car. The service was done promptly and they kept me in the loop along the way. I also found out my services were cheaper here than they would have been at several other places. This will definitely be my main spot!

I came in speaking with Dre (very pleasant) for just an oil change and he showed me the filter in which i need to replace. After those services were done, I requested to see the oil stick just for my sanity.Shaun(very pleasant) pointed out to me corrosion and a leak from my coolant hose. It then reminded me, that on yesterday; I was wondering why my fan kept coming on. Thankful to him that I can go ahead and get it fixed before having a bigger problem. That then reminded me that I need to get an alignment.I was like you know what; why not get it all done now. I came in for 1 service and left getting 3 services that will definitely prevent 2 bigger problems being that they are just regular maintenance repairs that could have turned major.It feels better to spend money when you know people are looking out for you and not just trying to get over on you because you are a woman.5 stars to friendly & great customer service. They were warm and smiling the whole time and seeing staff get along great is beautiful as well

I came in to get my tire pressure sensor replaced. Shaun was very helpful and assisted me with my car. He went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I needed. Great customer service. Highly recommend !

Even though we got a totally messed up order and wrong sizes for tires when we called and talked to Timothy Riley from the call center, Shaun in store helped set us up in no time and recommendations for what we really needed and was honest with everything and kept us up to date on the process of our vehicle. Was really nice and his crew was professional and fast with everything. Would definitely recommend this place. 100/10

LOVE MAVIS!!! Stopped by to get an oil change Shean was great. He educated me on things and services I didn t know about my car. Didn t have to wait in a long like customer service was awesome. Will definitely be returning. 10/10

I've used this Mavis location for two years now. I love it here. They are so kind every time I visit. Never overcharge and are super understanding that I just need it fixed enough to drive lol. I've had them replace a battery, replace my alternator (I purchased), and they patched a few tires for me over the last few years. They are truly so awesome. I wish I didn't have to see anyone else for car related stuff. Thank's Mavis!

Dre provided amazing customer service. I wasn t sure what my car needed but he was able to answer my questions and help me with everything that I needed done. I was nervous to hear the total but the prices are great! Definitely recommend this location and will be back for future needs

The store manager Shaun provided superb customer service experience. I told him I used to go to the Norcross location and their customer service was horrendous. Shaun explained to me in detail on what I needed for my car and they completed their work within the timeframe promised. Thank you Shaun and keep up the great work!

I went to Mavis on Old Norcross road! I had the most pleasant experience ever! Shaun was phenomenal! He took his time and explained everything to me step by step! Never once did he try to sell me stuff I didn t need! This was my first time ever going into a Mavis place! He asked what bought me in today? I replied tires and a maintenance check! Again, the service was top of the line from beginning to the end! I felt welcomed and acknowledged the moment I walked through the front door! A lot of businesses want your money and service but don t give you a friendly welcome! Shaun, informed me that I should get a tire rotation with every oil change or every other oil change! I m so use to writing negative reviews it s not funny! Every now and then you meet someone who should be recognized! I will definitely be coming back to this Mavis! Thank you so much Shaun for outstanding customer service! The prices was fairly reasonable as well! Shaun and Dre was very professional! Thanks again guys!

Today we had a sudden emergency on 85 coming into Atlanta and upon calling Mavis tires the manager Saun said come on in we ll take care of you right away. We came over and they have been nothing but wonderful found out our front tire was dry rotted. They got us a new tires. Gave us a great deal and we are feeling soblessed . We give them 100% for over and above service.

This Mavis location is the Best...Shaun was my service agent, and letMe tell you he is Excellent, from customer service to The knowledge of products.The work that was performed on my vehicleWas done in a timely manner and did a great job....I will definitely keep going to this location for any other issues I need taken care of.

I needed help with putting air in my grandmothers vehicle. Shawn helped me, without any hesitation, ensure all four tires were filled at the correct level. He even educated me on the tire pressure. A quick process and his willingness to help immediately is top notch.

I shopped while in the middle of my workday with my tire leaking air and asked them to take a look at it and see what they could do. Although the damage was not able to be fixed they were able to get me taken care of fast and get me on my way. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly and fast. Couldn t have finished my workday without them!!!!

These guys have always helped me out, as I have ALWAYS had bad luck with tires. Come see Dre, and I promise you won t even feel bad about having to spend money when the inevitable happens in your life, like wear and tear of your car. I will be back!

Was having a bad day, popped my tire, everything was going downhill then I asked God for a turnaround and controlled what I could.. went to Mavis! Met John the supervisor. John was able to get me in and out and also gave wonderful recommendations being a female wanting to be more knowledgeable about cars. Thank you John! Love the customer service!!!

The staff and Mavis Tire in Duluth were very helpful and listened to my concerns about one of my tires. They took the time to explain how a tire patch works. I would highly recommend thislocation.

I rarely leave reviews but Dre and Nick are real lifesavers! They both have unmatched professional customer service skills along with being fast, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend this mavis to anyone and would return if I ever needed tire help again.

Ian picked up the phone within one ring, was very helpful over the phone, and was willing to wait for me when I was running late for my appointment. He got my car fixed and aligned in a timely manner. I ll make sure to go to this Mavis if I ever have any problems in the future!

Great service!! Both dealerships I went to prior did not have any availability so this was my last stop before I gave up. Mike, John and Ian were awesome! I didn t know I needed a few things fixed aside from my oil change. I paid far less than my normal dealership. The service was done efficiently and they were very friendly.

I had a bit of a squeak with my brakes, so I knew it was time to look into it. I've had to replace brake pads and rotors before on different cars, so I had a ballpark figure in mind for the repair cost. To be safe, I shopped around for a few quotes. But I've got to say, my experience with Mavis left a sour taste.- They told me I needed new brake pads and rotors, insisting I had barely any life left in them.- They hit me with a special price that was supposedly only good for the day.- They wanted to tack on a $99 brake flush, claiming it was overdue.- total around $620+ with taxMeanwhile, two other places, including the dealership, said I just needed new pads. Rotors still in good condition and no need for brake flush. Ended up paying $182 total, with labor and everything.Very disappointed with MAVIS. It pays to get a second opinion. Please don t deceive customers who are here to rely on your technical expertise. Smh.
