Melvin was so nice helping me with my service and needs of my car. Melvin told me everything that I needed done with my vehicle and he made sure that I understand every part that I wasn t understanding. Love it how quickly everyone gets things done with each other!My wait time was 2 hrs for my service but things were done before. Thank you so much and I will be back

Very nice place, very busy at any given time. They handle it very well. Very nice waiting area to hang out while you wait, which makes it a lot easier. I have been with Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett for two years now and I have been pretty happy with my service every time that I have been there. With my sales person on both vehicles (Jeremy) and all the service techs are extremely nice and as helpful as they can be. This time was Don Park and he was the nicest and friendliest and this always makes the wait easier. They have a lot of cars coming in and out so you can tell they are at times a little hurried. But they do get it done. I love that they also clean my car every time I take it in to have something done. That hands down is awesome. That little perk always makes it worth while. Thanks Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett.

Kristen (Service Advisor) was friendly, helpful and kept me advised on the progress. The Service Manager was also helpful and friendly. Everyone I encountered was polite and friendly and everyone was smiling.

Terrible experience, those people need more training, they are cold as ice, my car is almost new, only a year and a half old, and they wanted to charge me for the tire rotation service and to put a new battery in the car remote control. It is incredible. They wanted to charge me almost $400. .

Had to get some work done at first I was told it would cost $13,000 but after a few days they called and told me it was covered under some kind of warranty and I paid $0. Thanks to everyone that worked on my car and to make sure that I didn t have to Pay this insane amount!

I took my 2018 ES 350 in for a combo 75,000 - 80,000 miles service. Maceo put together a visit that covered both scheduled services; but that did not duplicate services. I was in and out in about 90 minutes. He also let me know that I may need a brake job at the 85,000 mile service. That means I would have put 45,000 miles on the current set of pads.

I brought my car in for service because it was making a noise in the rear. Danon, my Service Advisor took care of the problem, and provided me with a loaner. Within less than 24 hours I was back in my vehicle. Danon provided fantastic service and really cared about getting the job done. Thanks again Danon, superb customer's service!!

I made an appointment online two weeks ahead of time. I bring my car in for service ahead of the appointment time. Nobody comes to speak with me for over an hour. When I ask what's going on, they hassle me about if I made an appointment or not. I saw multiple people arrive later than me receive service before I do. The only reason someone ended up speaking with me at all is because I had to inquire on what was going on with my vehicle. These guys plain forgot about me. Service advisor forgot about me.I admit, I'm use to this type of service in fast food restaurants, but now it's permeated to auto repair service. I left without getting any work done. When someone treats me this way, I take it as "go find someone else". I have been to several different Lexus dealerships, in different states, and never received service like this. I can't ever see myself coming back here again for anything.

I scheduled for a diagnostics about 10 days ago. I was told that a service advisor will call and explain and process and loaner car. Nobody called so I called them yesterday. The person at service told me he is going to put this on high priority and someone will certainly call today which was yesterday. I did not receive no phone calls. Today on February 1st I have scheduled to drop my car 1pm. I called the service today and was told that i am scheduled for a diagnostic which takes about two hours and for two hours they don t provide a loaner car. My question was why I was not told this on the day they scheduled this appointment. They didn t even tell me anything when I called yesterday. Now I am thinking how to arrange a ride back home since it is too late to arrange a ride. I have left a voice message to the service manager of Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett and waiting for him to call back.

Hennesy Lexus has lost their stellar customer service. I am extremely disappointed as a return customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this very dealership. Was informed that they are booking 2 weeks out. Ridiculous! Then I was told if I come another day early in the morning I could get my vehicle serviced. I showed up on 2 separate occasions before 10am and was told they are not accepting walk-ins. That s what happened to me.

We generally had a good experience, but unfortunately, no one informed us that we would not have Lexus Enform on our vehicle because it was a recent year, but the 3G computer was still in the car. This meant that none of the features including the navigation system, and the safety systems did not work. It is very disturbing that these limitations were not shared with us at the time.we will trade the car back in as soon as we possibly can afford to do so and probably will go to the Honda CRV which is very nice and very competitive.

Car door was scratched in service. I notified the customer service rep who called me to check on satisfaction. She advised that the issue would be surfaced to management. I never received any follow up.

I ve been a Lexus owner since 2009. I love their look and reliability! I ve had a 2004 GX470, a 2014 GX460, and now a 2023 GX460. They have never done me wrong. The service department is thorough and accommodating. I will never let go of a Lexus :)
