I have a great service professional. Elwin is always pleasant and makes sure more pairs are completed to my satisfaction. Had to take my car in for service. Absolutely dreaded having to do so as we all know this can sometimes be a nightmare. However, soon as I pulled in to the service center I was met with a very warm welcome. The young lady that checked me in was warm and inviting. Great positive attitude. She got my information and then introduced me to my service advisor Austin. Austin was equally as positive and helpful. He asked if I had a ride or if I needed shuttle service. He advised it may take awhile to get a diagnostic on my car. So off I went. Austin followed up in a few hours and told me my car was ready. This was an overall great experience. Tom, the service foreman was very attentive and patient with my auto stop issue. Several attempts was made to duplicate the issue I was having with no success. Austin was very professional. He made me feel appreciated by remembering me and things we discussed from my previous visit. He took time to understand my issues and concerns. I did not feel like he was there only to take as much money from as could like how majority mechanics operate. He was very effective in communicating with about the steps and details of my repair. Austin is outstanding and he is one of the reason why I take my vehicle to Hennessy of Gwinnett.

I had my oil changed and requested they check out a knocking sound on mydrivers side . I was informed it would take about 4 HOURS! I don't live in Atlanta so I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there. 7 hours is too long to wait for an oil change and test driving my car. Currently they are going thru new management and it was timely to get my car diagnosed. It was hard to get anyone on the phone or to return a call. After several attemps I ended up stopping by the dealership. Thats when i met the new service manager who gave me his number and he delivered on his promise after he got a good understanding of the issues i was dealing with.Looking forward to a much better experience in the future.Service: Auto maintenance

Level of service is mediocre. The prices charged is not on par with the service. The service representative is difficult to reach for status updates. The app used is not user-friendly. We have had service issues in the past and have provided feedback with no follow-up. I have left messages. Unfortunately, this is the only dealer with a convenient location so we just deal with it until we can find another Jaguar auto repair company.Services: Auto water leak repair, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

They are AMAZING! I appreciate them because they always attempt to do what they can to make their customers happy. They are good at helping to solve whatever issues the customer may experience and communicating with their customers. Although I have another one closer to where I live, I always go to this one because the service and professionalism is so much better!Services: Brakes, Battery

Have high praise for Dylan and the Jaguar service team. They kept me apprised of the parts delay and provided me with a loaner vehicle as soon as one became available. Any time that I attempted to communicate with Dylan he was very prompt in responding to me. I was treated fairly & respectfully.

I had my 25,000 mile service with the company. I waited for 8 hrs to get my car serviced. The Gwinnett Jaguar didn t have a loner car.I leaves so far away from the place I couldn t go home.But I wasn t offered an incentive for the wait because they didn t have a loner.Service: Auto maintenance

I had my 2018 Jaguar XF (34k miles) towed into jaguar on Friday September 16, 2022 due to a failure with my power steering. To say my experience with Jaguar Gwinnett was unsatisfactory would be an understatement. I have visited this location previously approximately 2 or so months ago for a warranty repair. I waited a couple of days, which I was able to thankfully do so as I had a vacation planned. I returned from vacation without hearing from Jaguar 5 days later. I finally called to get an update and heard back from my service advisor Elwin Palma. I spent the next week and a half being misled and playing cat and mouse to find out what was wrong with my, respectively new, car. I hear back from Elwin that a steering angle sensor must be replaced. Worrisome, I call my boyfriend who is a diesel mechanic technician to get some information. As a young woman I am often misled by people like Elwin, as I was this time. I don t get a call for a week even after attempting to contact Elwin and leaving many messages, many times. I hear back from Elwin finally that my car will be ready soon and that the part came in, now there s a courtesy vehicle available for me. I pick up the rental and hopefully await a call for my car to be ready. No call. Nothing. I finally get a call days later saying that the technician looked at my car for 5 hours only to find out it is salvage title. My car, now at the shop for two weeks. I was asked to immediately come tow it and bring the rental back. Elwin knew the car was salvage title from the beginning and did nothing for me. Misled and lied. No help, no guidance. I adamantly tell Elwin that there is no way an angle shaft sensor is the problem and that a salvage title will not prevent the car from being programmed. To say I was misled and lied to is a misstatement. I willfully tow my car to my boyfriends shop that night and my car is running 3 hours later. It happened to be a faulty steering rack which you could see if you had even taken a look at the SHREDDED belt. Thank you God for parts cars and boyfriend diesel technicians! Thank you for nothing Elwin, this is unbelievable and I would never, ever recommend Jaguar Gwinnett to ANYONE. Actually, I will post letting people know NOT to go here. Every time I ve taken my car in, my car is never returned the same day. It s usually kept several days. The last time they couldn t provide a loaner. I dropped it off Monday night for an 8a Tues. appt. the next morning. I called that Tuesday, since I hadn t been given any updates & was told the car wouldn t be looked at until the Wednesday. I got it back finally on Thursday. The only updates they give me were via text. No personal calls, which I d expect considering how long they had my car. There were other issues with the recommendations they gave for add l repairs. These were partly the same recs they gave at my last service. I choose not to have them done there because it was over priced. I had my alignment done elsewhere recently, so the fact that they were telling i needed to do that tells me that no one actually looked at my car for this. I find they re service very frustrating.

Igor my service advisor is the absolute BEST! Saying that he went above and beyond would be an understatement! I ve never had a dealership experience like the one he provided - not even during previous visits to the same dealership. I would absolutely recommend Hennessy Jaguar to anyone owning a Jag/Land/Range Rover but Igor is definitely the secret ingredient!! I bought a 2017 Jaguar XF mid June. Before I took ownership I asked and it was agreed to that the scratches and the paint transfer would be buffed out or cleaned up so you couldn't see the white and green paint on a black car.When I went to pick the car up the same exact scratches and paint transfer marks were still on the car.I was in a rush that day or else I would have left the car there.But then again, we are talking about car dealerships. They don't have the best reputation for customer satisfaction.

I had a 9:30 appt. I was on time, I asked to have caliber covers installed along with some routine issues under warranty. I was asked if I wanted to wait or request an Uber to nearby mall, I chose Uber. Jaguar paid there ,I paid back.??? I wasted a whole day because when I returned I had most of the same issues, caliber covers not installed, I was charged and as of today have not been refunded.First time visitor and not encouraged.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning
