Best experience buying a car, hands down! Devyn in service led us to our sales rep, Caleb. He was patient, knowledgeable and a breeze to work with! Caleb introduced us to Jana, the sales manager who made the pre finance and sale go so smoothly! She also let us know, this dealership is DOG FRIENDLY!Goran closed our deal in finance as if he d been doing this kinda stuff for years! HE HAS! The best team to work with! We found a gem in this crazy world, we live!

Great experience from start to finish. Velko was a great salesman. This guy is fast, I mean on top of it. I couldn't wash the car as fast as he put this deal together. Found rebates we haven't even heard of. Worth the drive from N.C. Thank you guys, all of you!

Had the worse experience with the service of my QX60! I will never return to this location for service to my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in working condition and went in for the regular 60K maintenance. After about 2 hours while waiting , one of the service guys came to me and said that my car would not start and I would need a new alternator. I was bewildered and said I brought my car in working and starting ..it s never failed to start for the 4 years I ve owned, how come it s just not starting now? Then he gives me the price of a new alternator as $2750!! I kept my calm and said, I brought a working vehicle for you please give me my vehicle with the ability to start it and get out of here. Long story short, it seemed something went wrong with my battery while at this shop..not sure what happened but rather than doing a diagnosis on the battery they tried to upsell me an alternator instead. I went to another location, after a week of hell with my car failing to start more often than never experienced before, paid $195 for the mechanic who ran a diagnosis on the vehicle and told me all I needed was a new battery at $277. The alternator was fine and doing its job with the right electrical output to the battery. My car is now 100%. I really don t know what my original battery looked like, before taking it to this Gwinnett Service center..but one thing is for sure, I will not be back there. You be the judge. This was my honest experience.

Gwinnett Infiniti is a great place to shop and purchase a great car. I was involved in a crash a couple weeks ago and everything was handled expeditiously. Grateful for the craftsmanship of Infiniti. It saved my life and grateful to my husband and our saleswoman Nasira, I m in my new Infiniti QX 50 Lux

Had a issue with my infiniti's transmission. Was still covered under warranty. Andrea from the service department did a fantastic job with getting everything fixed and getting my vehicle back in working order. She made the process very easy and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They treated me fairly and offered some other services for preventive maintenance at a very fair price. Would highly recommend.

I ve been to Infiniti of Gwinnett multiple times to service my car and for warranty repairs. The customer service is always outstanding. My service advisor Gulliani is a true professional and very knowledgeable. Always communicating about the status of the repairs and responding to questions I might have. Everyone there is very courteous and friendly.

I went to Infinite of Gwinnett because my red car light was beeping and draining my battery. They told me it was because the convertible top was not functioning. I explained that it had not been functioning for over a year but the beeping sound just started. They assured me it was the problem.They replaced a plastic piece on both sides. The new parts were $50 each, so total cost was $100. My total bill was 2,688.92 after two hours of labor.When I got home the beeping continued and so did the draining of my battery.I brought it back a few days later, and they told me they found 15 amps still present once the vehicle goes to sleep. This will cost 5557.92 to fix the beeping and draining of the battery.Then they tried to say they did fix the problem originally and that the draining of the battery was a new problem that happened to occur a few hours after they "fixed" the old one.

Had a great experience purchasing my new 2023 QX50! Mirnes...Jana...and Benson were great throughout throughout the process! My anxiety was on a 100 and they went the extra step to address all of my questions and eased my mind in this decision! Glad to apart of the Infinity fam!

Awesome dealership with exceptional selection of new and late model vehicles in excellent condition. My salesman Velko went above and beyond eraser I expected during my purchase. His knowledge and Goran (manager) made the entire process an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Mirnes was great to work with. Made the process easy and stress free. Buying a car is difficult and a big purchase but he really made the entire process smooth and kept me informed the whole way. Also checked in on me a week later. Overall great experience and great service.

Infinity of Gwinnett sales and service are excellent. I have been working with them for years. I intentionally bought my second Infinity from them because of the service department. I have moved to Florida but still get major service done at Infinity of Gwinnett because of the service team Guiliany and Harvey.

I brought my car in bc my check engine light was on. Guiliany contacted my extended warranty company after they found I needed a valve body. He coordinated it all and my repair was approved. I was even able to use a loaner for a few days while my car was being worked on. Top notch service from Infiniti of Gwinnett service!

Shopping a new car is always an exciting experience. Today, I had the worst experience at this location. Goran, represented himself as a big boss at the location had a worst communication skill to treat his buyer. I ve never heard from any dealership You buy it, or leave before. It was a very unpleasant experience and will never go back. Yes it was racism. Good luck!

Is is standard practice for the promise of delivering a car since the service manager lives in the same city as I work and then not calling and not showing up with the car? Thanks Greg for not calling me or picking up the phone the 3 times I called to see if you were still coming and avoiding me while I waited to talk to you the next day when it was a known inconvenience to come pick up the car on Saturday. I say "known inconvenience" since you VOLUNTEERED to bring me the car since you live in Jefferson. And thanks for cancelling my oil filter order that I needed so I can pay and do the "free" oil changes that are supposed to be included. I would rather spend the money on my own oil and filter than have to come back to your customer no service

Nice & friendly upfront but deceiving of vehicle quality. I just bought a 2019 QX80 from here on Monday, Nov. 20th. Darryl was my salesperson. He was great with all the time he spent helping me, sending me pictures and being available for questions before I could make it to the dealership. When I arrived, I test drove the vehicle and looked it over. The actual buying process was fairly quick and easy. HOWEVER, as soon as I left (my fianc� was in front of me in his vehicle) he called and said the grill seemed to be moving. I pulled over and sure enough, the entire silver piece around the grill was coming off. I did not see this on the test drive as of course I was inside the vehicle. I immediately called the dealership to let them know and see if they could help. Darryl said "Sorry, you purchased it that way and it's your problem now". This is super discouraging as I had just spent a lot of money & drove 2 hours to buy this vehicle. I was then told to "Call Cam". I did this twice and left two voicemails and have yet to hear back. Its been a week. I'm now having to pay over $2500 to get a new grill at another Infiniti dealership. ALSO, they gave me a spare key that isn t even a match to my vehicle so I m having to spend $550 for another key & clicker. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Infiniti of Gwinnett.
