From the moment I walked into this Collision Center, I was greeted by Alex and Carmen at the front desk who have excellent customer service, friendly and a huge smile on their face, they go out of their way to make you feel special!My representative was Tony Smith who I had the pleasure of working with while I was waiting from my car to be evaluated. Tony is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. From the moment I brought my car in for repairs, he went above and beyond to keep me informed about the progress of my claim and the repairs required. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but he also took the time to explain the process to me in a clear and friendly manner. I felt reassured and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciate his dedication to providing excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend Hendrick Collision Center to anyone in need of collision repair services. My car is a 2007 Honda Civic which now looks brand new! Highly recommend!

Thanks too all Hendricks Collision associates and workers, Specially Trent Greene really helpful and understanding. Fixed my car like new. Had big side damage and its like new now. Did good job. I am satisfied with all the service Hendrick Collision provided. Will recommend to any one. They worked with insurance company to get extra money for complete repairs.

Cedric Lee was AMAZING. His customer service, he followed up with me on the status of my vehicle I never had to call once about the status of my car. My issue to my vehicle was so small but he didn t make me feel like my issue wasn t as big as someone else who may have encountered a bigger accident than me. Very good customer service team and I will bring my car back if anything else happened to it. My car looks amazing!! Please trust these folks. Enterprise is in the same building so it was convenient get everything done all in one.

We had a good experience at the Hendrick Collision Center. Andrew has been very nice, communicated with me on his own private mobile number, even during the Holiday time. Though initially it had a problem of finding the right components due to OEM parts discontinuity, it got resolved quickly and smoothly. The car body repair and paint was done with high quality at a very reasonable price (with insurance). Professional place and nice people . Thank you.

The best customer service! From the ladies at the front desk to my estimator Brady. Thank you all for taking such good care of my Ford Bronco. My truck is as good as new after repair and paint work. You all keep up the amazing works you re doing! What a great team of staff! Highly recommend!

I brought my 2005 Ford Ranger to Hendrick Collision Center Gwinnett Place Honda for repair and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Parts for an 18 year-old vehicle aren t all that easy to find. Andrew used his resources to find most of the needed repair parts and he employed some creativity to finish the repair when one part was not available. My truck looks better than it did before the collision. Trim clearances and fit are great. Paint match is perfect. Finish and clear coat are perfect. I am a very satisfied customer.The entire operation at Hendrick is very professional. The staff are well-trained and are very courteous and respectful. While I didn t need a rental car, there is a rental agency on site! I particularly enjoyed working with Andrew. He did a great job of explaining what was to be done and he far exceeded my expectations in every way. I particularly appreciate the way Andrew approached my 2005 truck with the same care and enthusiasm as one might expect for a late model, high dollar vehicle. Andrew is a great communicator and kept me informed at each step in the repair process. I particularly appreciate the fact that I had the opportunity to participate in a couple of key repair decisions. My truck was ready earlier than promised and was returned to me clean and ready to drive. Thanks, Andrew, you re the best!!!

I d like to take the time to compliment Andrew at Honda Collision Center. Start to finish working with our insurance company State Farm to the quality of service and timely manner we got our Pilot back from damaged door and passenger.I did get my survey, but I can t locate in my email, but I didn t want to over look the attention you deserve Andrew by recognizing absolutely top professional care. Even took my text on a weekend to accommodate our concerns. Thank you, sincerely as genuine good service is sometimes hard to come by with some businesses. Honda got our backs! This was an amazing experience from beginning to end.Andrew with the State Farm Claims team did far more than handle our collision claim. Not only was the car finished WAY before anticipated, but he kept us well informed throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure our car was returned in brand SPANKING new condition.Above his customer service being impeccable, he was just a very pleasant person to talk to and made us feel at ease during a very stressful time. If I could give more than five stars than I absolutely would! I just went through a terrible experience having my car stolen and having both Kia corporate and my insurance company routinely display neglect and incompetence for the past in 9 months, but the one thing that went well was choosing to work with this body shop. Trenton went out of his way to make sure that I was communicated with and consistently kept progress in motion wherever possible with my vehicle, going above and beyond even if it brought consequences or inconveniences to himself and Hendrick. It is clear that these guys are in the right business and take pride in helping people through auto crisises and misfortune. Highly recommend!

Bought my car here and always love their service . Recently ordered some parts for my boyfriend's car but they ordered the wrong kinds. They don't accept returns for special orders, which doesn't make sense since those are genuine Honda parts. However, since they ordered the wrong parts, we were able to return and reorder.

I ve never had an issue while having my car serviced at Honda Service Center. The lines of communication remain open, it s fair pricing especially for the service provided and it s done in a timely manner. Trent and Linda were my service advisors and were above professional. They ll listen and your needs will be met, 5 stars easily

I hate it when I m in a car accident but I love bringing my car here to be fixed and repaired. Tony Smith is super professional. He takes care of my vehicle . He s very patient and diligent. I have a Honda dealership near my home. I refuse to go to any other Honda dealership or collision center. Other than this one just because Tony Smith makes, my Experience wonderful.

I must commend Hendrick Collision Center at Gwinnett Place Honda for their outstanding service. I ve had repairs done on two Teslas, a Model Y and a Model 3, as well as my Mercedes Benz C300, and Jerron has been my go-to contact for all three instances. He is an incredible individual who handles everything with utmost professionalism, ensuring that the work is completed perfectly and without fault. As I list a few cars on Turo, my vehicles are occasionally involved in minor accidents. Nonetheless, Jerron and the team at Hendrick Collision Center at Gwinnett Place Honda consistently provide exceptional care for my vehicles. I had another excellent experience with my Mercedes Benz C300. I strongly endorse Jerron and Hendrick Collision Center for their exemplary service.

My wife had her car brought here after being hit at a red light. I should have taken off work and picked it up myself so I could have checked it out but I expected them to do right.She started telling me of her horn not sounding right, so I started inspecting her car.The horn is not the correct one it is a cheap knock off, there was a broken trim piece next to the bottom of the windshield where they had taken the fender off and broken the tab. Also her passenger side door lock button would not work so I took the door panel off they had forgotten to plug the switch back in also the panel was not correctly installed back to the door it was sticking out. They can definitely do better. She contacted them about having the horn fixed and the trim piece and they've given her the runaround. Beware ladies they will take advantage of you.

Hendrick Collision Center did a great job fixing the damage to side of my BMW 330i. They were very efficient and great on getting my car fixed in no time! It s my 2nd time bringing my crv to Hendrick collision center. The reception team could do better. Andrew and the shop did a good job both times, and I have my car back within a week this time. It s also convenient if you need a rental bc there is Enterprise onsite.

Everyone at the GPH collision center were very helpful and courteous. Andrew was very professional and kept me updated through the entire process. They even finished my vehicle before the estimated finished date. Would definitely recommend this center to others.

The 2nd time using the collision center was a complete lack of customer service. John was so rude, it took him almost 3 months to follow up with me that my warranty expired in September and the peeling paint on my honda would not be replaced despite the default. Keep in mind this was after numerous calls including one call to Hendricks in NC which resulted in him finally calling me to tell me my repaint was not approved. He was unapologetic for the delay in notification and the lack of attention or care to my situation. The manager, Kendal Allen, has yet to contact me about my customer service issue either and he sets the expectation for his employees. So the one star is because Hendricks prides themselves as being customer service driven and in my situation that claim was not fulfilled.

Absolutely horrible. Dropped my vehicle off and everything seemed fine. The guy was helpful etc. Upon picking it up i first saw a very noticeable dent that was in the rear of my truck just below the bed. I have before pics and this dent is not there. The rep showed me a picture of the dent they had upon intake, my problem is, the picture was not taken where the vehicle was dropped off at. They moved it into a garage bay before taking pics and lo and behold, it s dented badly. The bumper they put on isn t mounted straight and is noticeable crooked. My day light running lights no longer work and the truck scrubs bad when turning. When i picked the truck up they told me they would be in contact with me to correct these issues. I have called, left messages, nothing. Bad on me for taking my truck back without it being 100% but by the time we went thru all these issues it was well past closing and my rental was already returned. I would highly suggest going elsewhere. I will gladly update this review if someone will ever reach back and correct these issues.

Very unprofessional! Made an online appointment. The appointment was confirmed and was sent a reminder twice. I showed up on time and was told they do not take estimates online, and the estimator told me that because my insurance wasn t the one covering it, another estimator would have to look at it first. couldn t even get an estimator to come out and talk to me. This was all done through reception. I would suggest find another place to have your collision work done. Very disappointed.

ENDLESS DELAYS AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.After four stressful months, I'm compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with this collision center. Despite repeated release dates for a part missing, my car remains stranded due to a missing part, with the release date consistently pushed back every month. I have to dig/force information out of my collision center rep for help or to have a clue as to what's going on with my car.Efforts to seek resolution from both the local team and corporate have been met with indifference, leaving me to shoulder the burden of renting a car that strains my finances. This lack of urgency and empathy is unacceptable. Nobody is willing to help me and I have been given a constant run around by this collision center and Honda.

Andrew Sabau is the BEST!!! He has patience, great customer service, overall a pleasure to work along with in repairing my 2020 CRV !! Honda he is an asset to the company .
