made an appointment 11:20, arrived 11:15. completed 1:07. almost 2 hrs only for tire patch at 54.77 dollars. It does not make me a stupid person just because I am silent.

Service advisor Nakira is top notch. I appreciate having to deal with someone that actually cares about the customer and not just money. GPH have a customer for life. Also my salesman Delvin and finance manager Jamal are great. They sold me and my family 3 cars in 1 month. Hedrick Team is #1

Hardly any wait. Good waiting areas. Polite advisors, who recommend but do not force services needed as per schedule.

Loved my experience here! They were fast and the facilities were very clean. All the staff were friendly as well. My advisor seemed very honest and genuine about wanting to serve and help me instead of trying to rip me off. Will be coming back in the future!

I have gotten two oil changes here so far and they have been incredibly fast and affordable. Brandon and Orlando were super nice and quick about getting everything done. Kam helped me set up an appointment to get window tint on my 2021 Toyota Corolla back in March. Just yesterday, I had a nail in my tire. Went to Brandon again, and glad I did. My tire is fixed. The service department works efficiently and effectively. I have never had any issues when having my 2022 Accord serviced and the customer service is top tier! The service here is great. Everyone is very knowledgeable very fast and efficient. I've done small services all the way to engine tear down and I walk away happy every time. The service at this facility has significantly declined this year. My most recent visit was handled well however the oil change took 2.5 hours.Prior to that the technicians had my car for 3 hours on a previous visit and attempted to charge me for things that more than likely did not need to be performed on the vehicle.Prior to that visit, my car was held for 3 hours for an oil change.I ve visited this location 3 times in the last 3 months for what should have been a routine oil change that either isn t being conducted or isn t being performed properly.

Recently had my vehicle serviced at GPH and their service was wonderful! The staff welcomed me with a smile and were very nice. My vehicle was completed in the time frame given. I would definitely recommend GPH to anyone that needs to get their car serviced.

Service was great from the time I arrived to leaving . It is very clean . I was directed to the waiting area where I would find the coffee freshly brewed.The waiting area is very nice with 3 large tv. and comfortable seating . Been coming here for 4 years. Only have had one advisor M. Torres. Most professional advisor this place has ever hired. Today was the WORST service as I was serviced by Brandon Wood. Customer service terrible. I waited 3 hrs. He didn t call it check on me to tell me what needed to be done. Instead I did everything via app. Which is fine but I had to call him to see how long everything was going to take. INo problem but my car was ready for 40 min before the app alerted me. I understand being busy but where is the hospitality. EVERYONE else s advisor would check on them and call them back to the desk. I guess he thinks he s better than that. What if my phone wasn t working. Till what time was he going to let me know.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only do I feel like the customer service is top notch, I have the satisfaction of knowing that my Civic is being taken care of by the best Honda service department in the nation. Really wanna thank all of the advisors for being honest and not overselling anything to me

Please be aware that they don't know how to fix cars, but break them more.I took my 2018 Honda Odyssey to the mechanic because the infotainment center was flickering. After waiting for 4 and a half hours, I got the car back with even more problems. The flickering issue was still on, and now the radar sensors were turned off. I got another appointment, but they said that the radar issue had nothing to do with the previous fixing. After waiting for another 4 hours, I got my car back with no change. The infotainment center is still flickering. Surprisingly, they said that I was lucky to be covered of 90% of the fee for fixing the radar. I didn t do anything but wait for 8 and a half hours. I still need to pay $176. I am afraid of going back there. How can I trust them that they will be able to fix my minivan instead of breaking more?

This service center has been great each time. David was great on my first visit. My second visit there was a one time small slip-up but Steven & Ronnie worked diligently to resolve the issue and make things right, returning my car in even better condition than before. Ronnie has an unmatched attention to detail, and has great automotive insight. Myanh is very nice and ensured I did not have to wait as long as I expected. I will continue to come back.
