The establishment should prioritize enhancing their communication channels with customers. While recognizing potential delays in parts, particularly for specialized vehicles like my F150 Lightning, I found the communication lacking during the ten-week duration my truck was in their care. Initially, I received only one phone call from my advisor. Subsequently, I had to initiate contact or visit the premises for status updates. Often, multiple attempts were necessary to connect with a representative. While I don't anticipate daily updates, periodic communication every few weeks, even if just to convey the ongoing backorder status, would have been appreciated.

I want to say thank you to Stuart, Mike, and front desk for all the hard work and communication. My car was hit by rock and created multiple damages on the passenger side. Since I had to go out of country and relocate to different state after coming back, I left my car key with Mike before I left. They did a great work fixing my car. However, my insurance company was not compensating them for fair amount of labor hours especially for feather prime and block. And I am very thankful that Stuart tried so hard to fight with my insurance company and even shared the information with me with what was going on. Thank you everyone for working so hard!!! And it s time for me to switch insurance

Every time I want an estimate from this company it's an issue. The last time it was a 2 weeks waiting list really just for an estimate? Now they want you to make a appointment. I'm done doing business with this company. I went around the corner to a competitor and it took all about a few minutes. Gwinnett Place body shop work is good if you can ever get your car in.Service: Painting

If I could give zero star I would. They are very unorganized and wouldn t give me an estimate so I could give to my insurance. Also my insurance tried contacting them, but they wouldn t answer for days. Also they submitted the supplement request late so I couldn t even receive it. They told me around how long it s going to take to fix it, but it took them more than 2 months extra to fix it. DONT GO HEREService: Steering & suspension repair

Zach A. did a tremendous job of communicating with me throughout the entirety of the process. My vehicle was hit and the other vehicle s insurance had to pay for my damages. I only had to speak with them twice and Zach did the rest! I ve already recommended several friends to him for body work. Top notch!

I really wish I was able to put a negative star. They way my family was treated while car was in the shop for over 5 months. Not only was my car not fully fixed and repaired.. this shop put used parts on my car. The day we finally got it, our wheel was making a such a loud sound that I called the administrator at the front desk at shop, she asked what is that loud noise.. I told her that it was the car. She said I will have someone call you back. No one ever called back.. They don t answer their phones either. My family could have been seriously hurt if the wheel fell off! Then we almost had an accident , because the tire they put on was used, that the tire was literally bald and ripped on the highway. I will NEVER take my car here.. and reporting them to BBB!!

Terrible communication, service, and responsivnesss. When estimated times were given , the week of I would call to check to see if my car being fixed was still on the same timeline only to be told that additional work was found and that they were not exactly sure when my car would be able to be fixed. For context, my car arrived 11/1/2022 and today is 2/1/2023 and I am just not receiving my car back . Only getting somewhere after having to go the route of contacting corporate and my attorney. First estimate 3000k second estimate 7000k third estimate 13,000k. It is in my opinion that they intentionally ran up the price in hopes that my insurance company would just mark my vehicle as a loss. Mind you I was later informed that marking my vehicle as a loss was no longer an option given the fact that this body shops policy requires a $40 a day junk parking fee. Again, then dragging out the time to best suit their business needs. I am beyond dissatisfied with the communication, the lack of transparency, but most of all the back-and-forth of time that it took just to get basic information and truthful updates. If you are committed to being the liaison between your insurance company and this body shop, this is the place for you, but understand it is going to be a full-time job to track down the information that you need. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience ever, if you want your car NOT FIXED this is the shop for you! Johnathon was extremely unprofessional. My car was at this place for over a month and nothing was done to it. No one called to let me know my car was not going to get repaired. All information that I received over text and online by an automated system was completely wrong. They never answer the phone And when they do the estimator is always with customers or an insurance guy. Don t waste your time like I did. One of their former employees even said: I TOLD YOU NOT TO GO THERE!

In the wise words of Seinfeld... you know how to TAKE the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation.I scheduled a small estimate and repair with Gwinnett Place Body Shop months ago. When I show up at the scheduled time to the appointment, I'm informed that I need to return hours later, for only the estimate, and to schedule the repair for another day. I show up to the new appointment time, and again, I'm turned away because the estimator is too busy.When I asked for a recommendation for another body shop, the receptionist recommended a place that does not perform the type of repair I need. One star.

Well, this body shop did very well with the damages that needed to be fixed. Unfortunately there was an issue with the vehicle once it was returned to us and the lack of communication from the previous estimator was off-putting to say the least, from what we were told he is no longer an employee at this particular location. This lapse in communication caused an unexpected delay in getting the car back, however I do believe that the current staff did what they could to resolve the issue and they were efficient in letting us know.

OMG I don t know where to start. If you want your car repaired in your lifetime don t take it here. The Customer Service at this shop is terrible. I left numerous messages for Zach with no return call. Took almost 2 1/2 months to get my car back. I had to call my insurance company to get a status. The insurance company told me that they could never get in touch with the shop. This place is the worst. Then when I finally get in touch with the shop Zach had this nasty attitude. All I know never again with this shop.Update. The repair took so long I just received a $1800 car rental bill. My insurance company told me they only pay for 30 days. What a nightmare around the holidays. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.

I didn't have work done there because my car ended up being a total loss, but I chose to have it towed there by insurance after reading the reviews online. They were professional, cool, down-to-earth, and just what you'd want out of people taking in your damaged car. My sunroof was stuck open from deployed airbags and they made sure to seal it so that water didn't get in. Tarah up front stays busy, but always polite. Chris S. from the shop took the time to talk about the damage and car with me a little bit. I'll take my business there in the future if I need body work.

I had my car repaired here last week and it couldn't have been a better experience! I am confused how anyone could ever accuse this facility of being anything but 100% professional and honest. I chose to take my car here after receiving recommendations from several family members and friends who had their cars fixed here. They all had nothing but good things to say. My experience was A+ from start to finish. The staff were professional and friendly, I was kept informed throughout the entire process and the quality of their work is unmatched. My car was ready on time and looks brand new! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car fixed-you will not be disappointed! If I had any complaints at all it would the insurance company's slow response time.

Great service. My car was assessed quickly and repaired back to where we were prior to the accident. Great communication and always knew where we were in the process. With any future accidents, I will cone here.

The service was excellent. They were able to fix my car back to the way it was before my accident. Austin was very professional and he was courteous and handled everything so I didn't have to worry. I was back on the road and pleased with everything.

Stay away from this place, the customer service is terrible, they do assign a representative that is suppose to be your contact and this person, once you leave your car, it doesn't answer the phone calls.The job is very unprofessional and poor quality.They are very good on getting more money from your insurance.Make sure you take pictures of your carif you unfortunately leave it for them to work on it, may find more damage than the original one, and request a delivery inspection before you drive away.

Got a call from estimator with a bad news and complain that body shop does not follow up with them on the timely manners. I see the same things on my side. Most likely they are busier then they can afford to be and as the result, your car is sitting on the parking lot without any attention for a quite some time. Insurance companies do not like that either - they have to pay your rental car and every day does count as extra spending. Guess what they do ? They want to know that shop is working on their car and if they see that shop is to busy to return an update call, insurance will take it back to your hear. All these problems will become your problem! At this point I am risking to stay without car for couple weeks!

We just picked up our car from this shop. Lemme give you a list of our issues. While customer service was on point, they gave us a run around. Upon dropping our car off, we were told itd ge done in a week. We dropped it off early so parts could be ordered over the weekend. 2 WEEKS PASS and the car is not done and no phone calls from the company. We finally went up to see what was going on. We get told itd ge another week due to missing parts. After a week,still no calls, so we went up again. Get told itll be done in the next couple days because a part they ordered had not arrived yet. After this wait, we finally get the car back. We do a once over on it, everything seemed fine... until an hour after driving it. We start hearing knocking. The more we drove, the louder it got. We finally made it home check the knocking out. At least 2 of our wheels had NOT been screwed on properly! If we didnt check on this when we did, our wheel could have come off, chances of killing us in the process.We found TRASH in our trunk and we DO NOT eat in this car! I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER be going back here again.

The lady at front desk (didn't get her name, sorry!) was extremely polite and helpful. She got Austin (estimator) to come assist me when we needed an expert opinion. Austin took care of me and my concern, which is more than I can say about Rick Case Hyundai who immediatedly dismissed me. Austin took his time to make sure i was taken care of and was friendly. I would trust Austin again and be back in the future! Thank you!!!

Please , don't be fooled by these fake reviews. First, of all the customer service is horrible. The secretary was very rude and unprofessional when I was simply trying to find out a price for a side mirror to be replaced. They told me it would cost almost $600.00 to replace a side mirror. I declined, went somewhere else, and paid $229.00 for a replacement. If you care about quality customer service, saving money, and not being cheated out of extra cash, please check around for more affordable prices.

A co-worker came to me and said my front tire was dangerously low (in fact it was almost flat).I remembered the body shop I pass every day on Old Norcross, around the corner from my job, so I made my way there.I was greeted by a gentleman who was incredibly kind and willing to assist!Thank you Mr. Brian for the Friday afternoon rescue! The Gwinnett Place Body Shop is top notch! Chris (my estimator and main contact) always kept me informed on the repairs and time frame of my car - he really went above and beyond. Service level and workmanship rates a 5 star!!!

The receptionist was quite pleasant. The waiting area was very pleasant. The quote to fix a very small dent at the bottom of the drivers side door was considerably high. It ws over $300 higher than one Id received in California.

My experience was a pleasant surprise. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with, however Brian and Austin took great care of my 12 year old C70 and it looked great when I picked it up. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I do not remember what her name was but the front desk receptionist helped guide me what to do on how to get an estimate on a car that was damaged. She was very friendly and willing to assist. Thank you for the help!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I walked in there to get an estimate on replacing a car door. I waited 10 mins for the guy at front desk to get off phone. He finally got off the phone, asked me what I was there for. I said I was there to get an estimate. He rolled his eyes, and said "it's raining outside". I said "yes, but you have a garage dont you?". The garage had room for me to move my car into, they just needed to have someone move a car up a little bit. He said he will direct the team to do so. i got back in my car in the rain, waited for them to move the car, and after 15mins they never did, so i drove off. I be dammed if I ever gave this company any of my money. On to the next one.

By far the worst Body Shop you could ever take a wrecked vehicle to get fixed. They claim they are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle in their possesion. Took them 7 weeks to get my 2013 Ford Edge back when orginally told it was going to be 7-10 days. This was after all 4 wheels and tires were stolen while locked up on their yard. They forced me to file an insurance claim with my insurance and in return I will be losing my insurance come the spring time. Highly recoomend any body shop including Moms and Poms than to ever reccomend someone to such a dishonest, money hustling, unprofessional place of business. Have already prepared letters to send to Ford, Van Tuyl Group, Better Business Bureau and the Georgia Collision Industry Association.
