I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at Grease Monkey and I had a really good experience. They were very transparent about the process and answered all my questions. My car was serviced and ready to go in no time :) I highly recommend Grease Monkey for your oil change needs. I will definitely be returning for future services.

Dreke must be the manager, if not he needs to be. I showed him my fleet card, he asked me to pull around I was in the bay in 3 minutes. I was a little concerned because this was the 3rd location/visit this morning to a Grease Monkey. Everyone's time is valuable. I don't get compensated for the time I waste on getting this vehicle serviced. So thank you Dreke and Aamon on Sattlelite blvd. The 3rd time is a charm.

Friendly and quick. Price is reasonable.They put oil Mobil brand which is good.Only downside is passenger seat reclined, registration card and hook for glove box on the floor when I took it. Not a good finish.Seems like they checked cabin filter.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Manager and technician went the extra mile to keep me informed and make me feel appreciated as a customer. Fair pricing. Only issue was that some of their equipment wasn't working properly which led to a longer wait time, and I now have to go to a competitor to get one of my needed services done.

I have been coming to this place for Emissions Inspection and have never had bad experience until recently. I believe they were new staff members, but I was not sure. Not very professional at all. Gave confusing directions to customers on where to park when getting a quick emission test. Not friendly at all. Staff acted like they didn t care about what customers wanted and just let customers leave their place without getting anything done. If this kind of behavior continues they will loose a lot customers in the future. Not sure how their management team trained them, but definitely not politely treating their customers. Sad. I left the place without getting anything done due to their behaviors. Sigh.

Brian and Shawn were very knowledgeable and efficient when servicing my vehicle. They were thorough when checking the different functionalities of my car, I appreciate them because I had no idea the amount of debris in the filters in my car. Great job gentlemen,

I was very pleased with my service done today at this location. I went there for a normal oil change and a transmission flush because it was due. The techs that took care of my car had me in and out and had a little bit of comedy sprinkled in. I will be back in the future to this location because they handled the business!!!

Derek was phenomenal from the jump. I pulled in for an oil change and transmission fluid flush, and Derek was able to tell everything else that needed attention after popping the hood. CarFax supported his assessment and they gave me a detailed list of what needs to be fixed and replaced in the near future. Even though I had to wait for one vehicle before me when I arrived, I still left in less than an hour. Grease Monkey at Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd is a breath of fresh air when it comes to quality service and integrity! Great value and great character!

Brian & Tevin really made me feel at home! Professional vehicle maintenance with that neighborhood sunny day mobile mechanic feel good vibe! They made notable suggestions for my future maintenance and made sure i understood the condition of my vehicle. The comfort was warm and their work was graceful! They didn t even wake up my sleeping child! I will be back.

I told my husband to take my car to grease monkey on satellite blvd 2350 because I been a client since 1 to 2 years ago and the people that I met there at the time was great! But the new black manager right now and his workers are very rude and bad off with communication. When I say black man, I m not trying to be racist here because I m black too . They changed my engine oil and spilled it over the engine, and the sad part is that I have a 5 year old with asthma and when I driving and the engine is hot it s comes with a lot of smoke. I won t recommend anyone to go over there on satellite blvd Duluth 2350

The emission inspection tech (Brian Wright) was professional with doing his job. Brian, also, was very kind to my inability to talk during to recent surgery. I would recommend the Grease Monkey in Satellite Blvd location.

Great quick service. Workers were friendly and helpful. Helped me save money, as opposed to other places that want to add other things to the service to get as much money as possible. Will definitely be back, and recommend this place to anyone needing their car serviced.

This company sucks I will never take my car here again. I have been going to this location for over 8 years and never had a problem with them up till now.They put to much fluid in my car and mess my car up. Contact the corporate office as I was told and was transferred to a area manager who stated she would call the insurance company spoke with the insurance company and they denied my claim. So now I m stuck with my car still messed up. I promise I will never give them my money again

Lost a fairly new used dealership bought vehicle getting simple oil changes here causing engine to seize and lock up and strand me hours from help, when help came I was told there was no oil in it and it was bone dry

I always go to grease monkey whenever anything is wrong with my car. They give fast oil changes to and they are extremely reliable.
