Fixed my sorento car with a lot of problems. I got it fixed and been riding for 3 weeks without any problem, and this car feels better than my other car, which is almost brand new. Highly recommended place with skilled people

With any Korean business, you can feel very much like an outsider if you do not speak Korean. Luckily, I do (thanks, Mom). I ve factored -1 star for the potential discomfort a non-Korean-speaking customer may feel. The operator even picks up the phone in Korean sometimes.With that, this place is great. EXTREMELY clean and comfortable waiting room (I m talking couches, comfy chairs, coffee tables, etc.). Free coffee and water. They have a micro USB & lightning cable available for those who need a charge.As a bonus, they were the cheapest wheel alignment joint I was able to find.I d recommend you at least give this place a shot before you write it off.

This was my first visit to Grand Tire and I was very satisfied and well pleased with the staffs who work here and the overall cleanliness and the customer attention that they provided at a much lower rate than a dealership. They know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is!!!

I always fixed my car at grand tire. They are nice and good mechanic, I spend a lot money for my car fix lower arm and upper arm for my Honda but I don t drive far away and it s been less than two years since I change it. It s not suspose to make noise again if they change with good part. I assuming the use used part (rebuilt part ) I m very disappointed with their service, I wil not come back again defenetly !!!!!!!!!

Had to get a plug in my tire. None of the large tire stores would help me as they were more interested in selling me a tire. I was in and out in 10 minutes. When I need a tire I will shop them versus the big guys. Definitely recommend.

This is not a tire shop. I took my car in for my wheels to be balanced (not rotated) and to check for a leak in my driver's side front tire. They charged me $89.00 to balance the tires which was way overpriced. And the didn't even check for the leak. The tech didn't check for the leak because the tire pressure was not low. It wasn't low because I air it up before dropping it off to them.

I needed a tire hole patched. Not a single Firestone nor Tires Plus was available to handle the small service within the area of Duluth on non-holiday afternoon. Yet, a quick search in the area found this place. As soon as I arrived, the tire was patched within 15-20 min. I never knew a tire hole patch could be done within such a small window of time. A prior call to the shop didn't start with a heavy sigh followed by "uh, maybe. I don't know. We have a bunch of vehicles, so we may not be able to get to your vehicle today." like some other shops that I called or visited.

I'll give them a 5. They took care of me fast with no hassles. They did recommend an additional repair, but didn't press the matter. The lobby TV is set for Asian language channel, reflecting employees and I guess clientele? It looked interest, have no idea what was said. I will be back.

Excellent service and professional. Grand Tires were half the cost quoted by Pep Boys at Suwanee who tried to upsell me on numerous unnecessary work. Grand Tires identified and fixed exactly what was needed. I will be a customer for life.

Initially, my mom and I had a great experience with them so we continued going to them. The last time I went to them my mom took the car for a check up because we were going on a long road trip to Colorado. I had a Cadillac ATS at the time. When my mom came home they had changed the tires out from run flat tires to regular firestone tires and fixed one other thing. The tires looked like it didn t fit on the car but I don t know much so we thought it was okay. As we were driving through Texas the air on one of the tires kept dropping so we kept filling it but it continued to lose air more quickly as time passed. We called grand tires because they were the ones who changed the tires but they told us that it was just because of the temperature change and it would get better. We were able to find a body shop where we were and they filled our air saying there was nothing they could see that would make the air leak and told us to go to the next biggest city because they couldn t help. The next shop we found told us that our rims had been broken and the sensor on the car was all off. He sealed off the rim and fixed the sensors on our car. We eventually fixed the rim and came back safely. I don t know why they lied and told us to change our tires to the ones that didn t even fit. We spent a total of $2,000 and they made our car worse. In the end, they didn t even apologize or take responsibility for what they did.Service: Tires

Best Auto Shop in Duluth! I went to a competitor across the street to get a screw out of my tire - the competitor told me it can t be fixed, you ll need a new tire. So I brought it to Grand tires. $10 and 15 minutes later they had it fixed perfectly. Now I have all my automotive work done at Grand tires. They are smart, pay attention to detail, are quick, and very reasonably priced. I trust them.Services: Tires, Oil change

Great place! The staff is friendly and they have reasonable prices. I ve had my windows tinted and the owner of that shop is very perfessional with good work and also reasonably priced. HOWEVER be mindful that the staff has a lunch break between the hours of 12:30-1:30pm.Make an appointment for the window tint as it takes about 2-3 hours. An oil change for 5,000 miles full synthetic is around $50.

I went there for the window tint, the guy name Sam did it for me, he is professional and careful with his work, also he gave me a discount in the end. I will definitely recommend people to do it with him.

My husband needed tires for his SUV. He tried Grand Tires. They were grand indeed! Fixed the rear brakes at a reasonable price, and sold him good tires at less than he imagined they could. Highly recommend Grand Tires.

I have been bringing my car to GT for the past several years and had had no issues. Recently one of my vehicles had an issue and it was covered under an extended warranty plan. GT diagnosed the issue and handled the claim with the extended warranty company. Upon picking up the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the problem was not fixed and reported it back to the mechanic. The mechanic started to argue with me that I would need to contact the extended warranty company to get a diagnosis and they couldn't do anything further, this made absolutely no sense to me. In frustration, I left and came back the next day to speak with the lady at the front desk. She stated she would get in touch with the extended warranty folks and contact me again. One week goes by, crickets. I stopped by again, she states she didn't get a chance to call the extended warranty folks and she will contact me. Another week goes by and again crickets. In the meantime, I brought the vehicle to the dealership. Their tech stated the replacement part that was used by FT was not welded correctly and recommended replacing the same part again. After getting the run around from GT for several weeks, I decided to just repair with the dealer. Additionally, the same part and labor was less expensive at the dealer than at GT. With lack of communication, faulty repair parts and absolutely no service, I will no longer recommend or utilize GT for my vehicle needs.

Great shop ! Located next to publix where the old Kauffman Tire used to be. Great folks here. Hard to find honest professional mechanics. Always have great smiles and excellent service. Don't go to the "stealerships" you can get better prices and service here.

Our nanny had a screw in her tire and a long drive home. I sent her here and they took care of her even though it was a few minutes past closing. I've had a good experience my self with a minor tire repair on one of my cars.

I have had a few services done at this shop. I'm getting new tires done here as I'm writing this review. Very good business and quality work. This is my go-to shop.
