I did PPF, ceramic coating, interior protection, and wheel rash. Preston and the team are the best. He also sent updates, which made us feel very comfortable. They took excellent care of my Tesla Model Y, and I will recommend their work. Thank you, Preston. You are the best person in the world.

Manager Preston is professional, responsive, informative and flexible, scheduled me in on one day notice and finished the repair while I waited. Upfront and transparent quote provided. Clean and comfortable waiting room, clean and well organized shop. Their paint-less dent repair technician is part artist, perfectionist and magician...with his experience and skill he repaired a 1.5 inch dent in the center, front edge of a Porsche Aluminum hood that others would not even attempt. Extremely pleased, expectations far exceeded. Highly recommend EZ Auto Spa!

I was very impressed I had a deep 5in dent in my rear hatch of my 2021 Model Y Tesla. It also was on the part that was at the edge. In 5 hours the dent was gone and at near perfection. Amazing results. This was an amazing service and I am grateful. Response time was quick and I was able to get an appointment within 3 business days to complete the work.

I had the ceramic coating and window tint for my new BMW X7. I am very satisfied with the quality. Preston, the general manager, is very professional and kind. Good thing I want to mention was that he gave me the daily video updates on their work - I appreciate that.!! Strongly recommend the EZ Autospa.

Very professional. They took in my BMW and gave me day by day video updates specifying all work that was being done. Customer service was impeccable and I would recommend to anyone looking to have dents removed and PPF done on their vehicle. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Omg omg omg I have NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS to say about Preston and his team over at Easy Auto Spa. Preston was nothing but super patient and helpful throughout the entire process from beginning to end.I'm very happy with the finished product on my GR corolla. They added a gloss ppf on my roof along with tinting all around.I 100% will be sending all my friends and family to them for sure! Great product, great service, and great pricing!

Recently got a new SUV and wanted to get it protected so I did a ton of research and that research led me to EZ Auto Spa. Preston was very helpful and answered all my questions. Ended up getting windows tinted, PPF front, and ceramic coating all over. So far my vehicle looks as good as it did the day I bought it. Hopefully it stays that way. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and even better quality of service!! My window tinting and PPF for my Fisker Ocean One is near flawless. Preston suggested PPF my side markers in smoke made the vehicle even stealthier!! EZ Auto Spa will get my future business and highest recommendation.

Fast professional service. I had EZ Auto resurface some rims I had managed to scum with some curb rash. EZ Auto did an amazing job (photos attached). Matched the paint on the rims perfectly.I had been referred to EZ Auto by a co-worker, and he checked out my wheels after the service, and he had to ask me which wheels EZ Auto had resurfaced/painted. That is probably the best advertisement I could give for their service. Would use them again should the need arise, and highly recommend their services.

Exceeded my expectations in timely follow up & execution after Christmas 2023 holidays. Matched my 2023 Front Non-Tinted Windows to that of the Back Tinted Windows. My wife tint her car a year ago and I decided to tint my Tesla Model Y in EZ Auto Spa as well. They are in Duluth. The space for cars is clean, well organized and with lot of light. There is a waiting room where you can wait your car with WiFi and Coffee.The tint was done very professionally and took the time that was expected.I highly recommend EZ Auto Spa for window Tint!

Have taken my Porsche and Lexus to EZ Auto Spa to have door dings corrected and had a great experience on both occasions. The manager, Preston Burns was polite and completely transparent about the price and service. Their shop is spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I recently had my SUV ceramic coated on the inside and outside, as well as ceramic window tint, and it looks amazing! EZ Auto Spa did an outstanding job, and the customer service is top notch! Preston, the general manager, is fantastic! He is very nice and communicative. He kept me updated along the way with texts and videos of my car. The facility is nice and clean, which is important with the type of work they are doing. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Came by for an estimate after speaking with Preston on the telephone. It took a while for us to be acknowledged, which was understandable, since he had One client there prior to our arrival. During our wait at at least two other people came in after us, We were skipped and not even acknowledged, until after complaining. I called and got another estimate from someone else while waiting for Preston to take care of all the other guests, including the ones who were there before us, and the ones who came in the door after us. One of the clients actually apologized to us for skipping us in line because they wanted to get in and out quickly. We wanted to get in and out quickly however, we wanted to be respectful of everyone else and the people who were there prior to our arrival. Poor customer service is the reason we left. Perception is everything remember thatIn response:: Preston called back and was very apologetic and I told him that I would consider editing the review because I did felt his sincerity and his apology was in line to exactly what happened to us while we were waiting. The response to the owner::::: As an owner, it seems as though your response is a pretty standard defensive response. It also is perceived as an attempt to diminish my complaint, and what happened with us while we were there. You stated you were very busy, Well, I m very busy as well I ll take my three other vehicles and get them detailed somewhere else matter-of-fact two of them are booked for tomorrow with another facility. Due to the owners response, the rating has went down to one star.

First time ever needing a PDR specialist because this is the first time I ve ever had a dent. From the time I called in to the time I checked out, I ve felt like a valued customer. They were always kind and informative in their responses. They looked at it in person and gave me a fair pricing on 2 dents and a paint scratch (which was on the house). I made no appointments and I was still out of there in 45 minutes. My paint scratch was deep and they said they could just sand it down to make it look less white but when they were done and showed the result, it was like the scratch was never there! As for the 2 dents, amazing and flawless work. My car was not a flashy car and my issues were not a big one but EZ auto spa took care of me regardless! Amazing service and if the time comes where I need it again, no hesitation that I will return. Thanks a million!!!!!Service: Auto detailing

I gotta say Preston the General Manager is one of the most professional managers I have ever worked with in any situation. His industry, product and technical knowledge is impressive. He freely shares anything you need to know about the process and his communication whether it is via text, videos, emails or phone calls sets a very high bar.I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee.During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat.The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered. At the end of the day when purchasing a product like this, trust goes a long way and that s why Preston and EZ Auto Spa earned 5 stars from me.

I brought in one of our work vehicles (Lexus sedan) to replace a broken side mirror. Communication with Preston was a pleasure. The part arrived pretty quickly after ordering. I was able to come in the following day and the installation was completed in less than the estimated time. I would definitely reach out again to EZ Dent in the future for similar and other vehicle issues.

Preston and Sam at EZ Auto Spa did a phenomenal job with my car's ceramic tint. I had brought my car yesterday afternoon, left it overnight, and received my car back today. Communication and documentation was clear, service was prompt. These guys know their stuff! 10/10 would recommend :)

Had several dings from a hail storm, and Preston and team did an amazing job fixing the car to prior state. They dealt with the insurance company and made the whole process so easy. Also sent videos of the car throughout with updates which were a really nice touch. We will be back shortly with our other car. Could not recommend more!

Preston is awesome, honest, and very knowledgeable! I came in for a quote on a Friday and although I felt like it was a long shot, I asked him after I left if it was possible to see me that Monday. He said yes! Not only will he take his time explaining in detail what the process looks like but he also does his best to save you money. He knocked some off the quote because he felt like I waited too long, mind you he did explain before hand that it could take all day. Fast, very affordable, and wonderful customer service! If I could give them 6 stars I would! Such a pleasant experience.

Ez dent and Auto Spa is the place to take your car or truck. The guys there pay attention to detail and do exceptional work. Preston would send me daily updates and was very responsive with any questions I had. From window tinting, paint protection film, detailing to you name it. I got my new 2022 Tesla full paint protection and the windows tinted. Looking forward to getting more work done.
