Today I took my Porsche in for service and had a fantastic experience. First, the location is super convenient in Duluth and also helpful is that they have a ton of other locations all around the metro as well. Second, the customer service here is top notch(Dennis is awesome!). Friendly, welcoming, informative, and experienced. Third, the work itself was expertly done on time as we talked about. Definitely the right people to keep my car running well so I can enjoy it for years to come. Would highly recommend Eurofed to anyone looking for quality service.

Outstanding and friendly service! I recently had my Porsche maintained here and I couldn't be happier. The team was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. First time BMW owner and had a slight crisis. Bought parts for my shifter knob replacement and ended up stripping a bolt within the lever. Stopped in and talked with Walker! He knew I just needed a little help and was nothing short of excellent! He fixed it and I couldn t be more happy! Choose Europe s Duluth and ask for Walker! He is the man!

Top notch customer services. Had some issues with communication at a different shop and contacted Dennis in Duluth. He took the issue personally and made sure to make it right. Their mechanical work is great, but the real reason to come here is the customer service.

As usual, EuroFed Duluth excels in their professionalism, customer service, and positivity at anything thrown their way. In the short time I ve been a customer, I ve had nothing but good experiences. They re always prompt, outgoing, and caring of your vehicle. There s no one else I d trust with my BMW, and I d choose them over anyone, anytime. After owning Mercedes Benz automobiles for the past 38 plus years it was a pleasure to find Walker Mccleskey at Eurofed.Having moved to Georgia 2 years ago finding a competent reasonable service facility was a task.I first met Walker after having visited the Mercedes Benz dealer and started searching for another estimate on the required service work neededI received a few estimates and Eurofed s was the best estimate and I felt very comfortable with their facilities and Walker as my service advisorWalker was able to to the required service work quickly, and efficientlyAnd at much better price than the dealer . Eurofed had 20 service facilities located throughout Georgia and stands behind their work.I highly recommend using Eurofed for you European automotive repair and servicing .

First off I want to say being a Mercedes Benz owner you want the very best for your vehicles or any vehicles for that matter but when you have a luxury brand it comes with a cost to keep up. I wasn't looking for a Auto Place I just took it to Mercedes, WHY because you always feel that is all they work on right? Well what about your tech that leaves and works for a place like Eurofed one never thinks about that. When I say from start to finish these guys are amazing. When I showed up I added one additional service the tech drove right down the street picked my parts up from Mercedes and I was done with my Service B in a hour. Last but not least you feel sorta crazy when you know you would have spent over 1500 and most of that is the ridiculous labor fees Mercedes Charges because of brand. My total was right at 600. I found this location reading comments on someone page that is a Mercedes owner on TIKTOK. I looked up reviews and really read what people said not just about saving but customer service as well. I have OCD so when I went in the bathroom and it smelled amazing and very clean :) SOLD its the little things for me

Took my Volkswagen in for a check engine light. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning, in a couple of hours they called and told me what the issue was and had the vehicle back to be by the end of the day. Dennis was great and even told me about some maintenance things that would be do in the coming months so i can prepare for them. I will defiantly be coming back to get those things done.

Dennis and the team knocked it out of the park with my TDI. Unfortunately, the car died while driving due to a timing belt issue. They diagnosed my issue and had me back on the road within 48 hours. Their prices were extremely fair and the turnaround time was amazing. Thank you, Eurofed! Hands down, the absolute best place you can bring your car. Wether it s for routine maintenance or a highly technical, specialized task requiring a combination of knowledge, experience and talent. Trying to find a competent and reasonably priced independent euro garage can be a daunting task, but Eurofed made it easy. The guy whose name I didn t catch was knowledgeable about my cars service and didn t try to coerce me into anything unnecessary. This is the third time going to Eurofed . I love this place, the staff at Eurofed, took amazing care of my car, again. I own a BMW that was in need of some suspension work. The guys at Eurofed always go above and beyond. My advisor was Walker , & he was extremely knowledgeable, honest, & courteous. Their prices are extremely fair & their work is top notch. The turnaround time for my car was fast. I will definitely be using Eurofed for future repairs, if needed.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I have a 6 speed manual E92 335i BMW with a N55 engine and one day while I was out, my car wouldn t go into reverse. All other driving gears were fine, I just couldn t back up. So I did a Google search of shops in my area and EuroFed popped up with great reviews. Everyone spoke highly of their service and knowledge of vehicles and I m here to do the same. I worked mainly with Dennis but him and Walker knew exactly what needed to be done when it came to my situation. I got a remanufactured transmission, went ahead and changed out the clutch and resurfaced the flywheel since that was on back order until May. They also installed my front mount intercooler. My car is back running and feeling way better with that new clutch. They also inspected the car for other issues. I appreciate their service and knowledge and most definitely will be back for maintenance in the future. Thanks again guy.Service: Transmission replacement

Excellent service! I just did a oil change today ( BMW X3). very professional. Duluth branch manager (Walker ) is great! he didn t recommend a service that Isn t needed (brake fluid & tire rotation) after checking them. I enjoyed the service there more than one in the dealer.. I highly recommend them!
