Hugo, Albert and the team at DMA have been very helpful and provided quality service above and beyond on 2 occasions I have visited. My first time, Hugo took the time to explain the services I needed, and Albert offered to take me home while my vehicle was being repaired. The second time I had an issue they were able to get me in quickly to get it looked at and provided a honest assessment. Overall, I would say pricing is fair especially when compared to dealer rates. It is hard to find honest reputable mechanic shops. But I can say that in my dealing so far with DMA, they have been honest and treated me well. I will be bringing my vehicle back for any future repairs. Thanks DMA team!

I have an older car and a relatively new one that DMA service now. Both cars get the same excellent attention. The mechanics are awesome. The front end of the shop are courteous and efficient. They help with every step of repair. They make a person feel comfortable. I recommend DMA to my friends. Definitely a five star group.

Hugo, Albert and all the staff really are very personable. I received a thorough and honest assessment of my truck. Was not charged anymore than what was needed. They tried a part and when they realized that would not fix the problem, reversed the charge. Great shop. Will definitely be using them over and over. Thanks DMA Kevin L

When you find yourself going out to your car and it won't start you hope you can get it into a mechanic as quickly as you can. That is why I appreciated DMA Automotive, from the moment I called with my issue they stated they could help. I believed it was a battery problem. Upon getting a jump I brought my car in immediately, and from the moment I entered the establishment I knew I was in good hands. They tested my battery and was able to establish what I needed. Kept me updated to how long it would take. I also went and had oil change as well, I also appreciated checking all fluid levels, tire pressure. When other places put me on a waiting list. I was grateful to be able to get this handled quickly and still do all I had planned for the day.Thank you.

DMA mechanics carefully reviewed my 2006 Lexus ES for the 200,000 miles check up. As you can imagine a lot of work needed to be done to improve the overall performance of this car.They found and replaced or repairs everything beautifully! The overall permanent of the car was vastly improved! Everything works much better! I highly recommend these folks for superior skills and technical knowledge, honesty and integrity in how they handle business dealings and very fair pricing also.I m coming back when my Lizzy Lexus needs fixing!Jeannie Greenberg

I have been going to this shop for years, and they have serviced multiple cars for me. Hugo & Albert offered amazing customer service. Also they do great work on foreigns. I will always return and spread the word on trustworthy mechanics.

Impeccable service & friendly, courteous staff. I had a major repair last year and knew then they would be the provider for all of my auto service needs. I had never had a mechanic contact me to make sure I was satisfied after the visit and then to send me an offer for a Valentine s Day oil change special, they are the best.

DMA has worked on my 1979 450sl Mercedes and 2016 BMW X3 with great results!I trust these guys to do an outstanding job every time and recommend them highly. Good mechanics are hard to come by. First time going to DMA automotive. I went to them to have an oil change, help with a piece of trim on my top, and to get an estimate for power window actuator. Hugo was very helpful and friendly. Oil change was done fast. He gave me a great recommendation for a company to work on my trim. I love how they support Duluth High School. I will be taking my car back to them without question.

This was my shop of choice although they were still a bit pricey. Recently I took my vehicle in for check engine light being on. They misdiagnosed, needless to say the shop wasn t able to fix the vehicle. When I picked it up (had it towed away) the vehicle had the same issue it did when I brought it into the shop, which this was interpreted to me. However I was told by the owner, Albert, that they put in lots of hours trying to repair my vehicle so I would be responsible to pay $1000. I was not happy about this but did not want to cause an issue so I finally negotiated a price of $800, which was still too much considering my vehicle was in the same condition as it was when I took it into the shop. Again to not cause any issues I paid the $800 and just decided to write this review to help any future customers. Not recommended

DMA Automotive is the BEST Repair facility I have been to in 20 years!! The staff is courteous and does their best to be accommodating in scheduling your service.They have integrity and will not repair anything until you approve it, and if it is something that can wait for a while they will tell you that. They are the best in this area!!!Services: Auto water leak repair, Engine repair

Always great. These guys are honest about what is wrong with the car and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They keep my beat up old minivan running! Also, sometimes there are dogs in the waiting room, so obviously that's 5 stars right there.

Again, the DMA Team deserve 10-pointed stars! Albert, Hugo, and the entire staff are professional, personable, and phenomenal at what they do! They are thoughtful and thourogh with your car and the care they take every time - white gloved, as if it s their own car they are caring for! Their greatness is further event with their phenomenal communication and fat exceeding expectations, let s not forget reasonable and solution oriented. Thank you all so so much! So far the replacement radiator is working fine. I am somewhat concerned that the vehicle isn't running as well as it was before it was in the shop. The check engine light came on today. The value cover gasket and the spark plugs are bad. Odd though, I don't use my car very much since I work from home.

Albert and his team did a great job! I took my car in when it started overheating but I could not get an appointment for a few days. They took my car in early and had all repairs done in a timely manner. I have not had any problems since and will continue to take my car back to DMA.

was referred to this shop by my extended service company after a cylinder in my used 2008 Chevy Avalanche. Made the decision, based on their recommendation, to put a different engine with at 100k warranty in, rather than the one offered by my extended warrany. Addition cost, $1800. Upon receipt of vehicle, realized that many of the electronic functions i.e reverse back up camera, radio, navigation and steering wheel button did not work. and I had a check engine like that kept coming on. Immediately reported. When I returned vehicle was informed that it was a "wiring harness issue" and had nothing to do with their work. Another $600 and half the steering wheel buttons still didn't work. Couldn't address check engine light.Today, taking my truck to emission testing, truck "coughed" twice and engine shut down and would not restart. Just had it towed back to them. I am now considering hiring an attorney for legal action as this shop is untrustworthy and incompetent.Forget about talking to owner....you only get Hugo who is not responsive, will not return phone call and refuses the opportunity to speak with owner. Wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to

My husband and I and our family members have been using DMA for a decade and trust their diagnosis and work on our cars. We ve never had a problem with any repair. Called to get an oil change and they were able to get me in last Thursday afternoon. Appreciated that they weren't trying to "suggest" I get certain services that weren't absolutely needed at the time.

So let me start by saying... if you're looking for a mechanic shop and not sure who to choose. Come Here! From the moment I walked in the door the service was wonderful, i didn't have an appointment and was not turned away or talked down to. My needs/concerns were listened to I was able to get an inspection quote. I decided to come back the next day for services which required me to drop my car off (2014 Kia Sorento). DMA ordered me a Uber home and the communication was and has been on point. The level of service and care is what anyone would want to recieve. Albert even checked on things the next day. They really came thru for me and I've been telling many a people. My new go to spot. Oh and the services prices are reasonable.

I called and schedule an appointment same day with Hugo. He was very professional, I wanted an oil change done on my Mercedez Benz A service and the price was $99.99 plus tax. The cheapest from everywhere I called. Service was done in 30 minutes, right before lunch. I will be returning for my oil changes. Not sure what the technician s name was but he did a good job.

I was unclear of the sound coming from the rear of my truck. Hugo and the team at DMA determined that the rear differential had wore out after 160k miles. A new unit was ordered and installed within a week. She runs like a champ now. I may not get another 160k, but I'm still very pleased with the outcome and level of service that they provided.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went in for the free roadside exam. They gave me a clear list of all the issues and prices per issue with cost of parts and labor. They answered all of my questions clearly & honestly and worked with me in every way. They cleaned out additional debris from my tail light at no additional cost. My repairs were done very quickly, in less than 4 hours. Hugo was great, he even gave me a ride to work. Their service is amazing.This was easily one of the best experiences I ve had with a mechanic shop. Highly recommended.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

After doing the dealership circuit for years for my 3 foreign vehicles and being overcharged constantly I decided this has to end....I told every dealership why I would no longer have my car serviced by them......After doing some research for an alternative.....I decided that DMA would be right for me ......and I was right.....they listen about your car concerns and follow up Hugo does a great job and Albert really cares for his cust omers.....asking from time to time how are we doing.......I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done on their vehicles at a fair price......
