I drove 4 hours to check out a truck from another dealer and left disappointed. I was pretty sure I d be driving home empty handed but I decided to swing by Carma since it was on the way home. Really glad I did too. I found the perfect truck and Jacob made the entire process a breeze.No pressure or sleazy tricks, just real people and fair prices.

I would just like to take a minute to rate my recent experience at CarmaAutomotive. As you can see I gave it 5 stars. This was a very positive experience from begging to end. I feel like everyone was truly there to help me get the car I wanted. I would like to give high praise to Valentina, Marvin, Jacob and Jennifer. Everyone helped me with their own expertise and contributed to me being able to leave with my dream car. All of them were very knowledgeable and took their time working with me. They found a way to make the sale work in my favor. I was able to leave with my 2003 Chevy Corvette and fly home. Thank you to everyone! I appreciate your patience and all your hard work!

I purchased my first car with Jen. She was amazing! Very friendly, thoughtful, and went into detail with me on every step of the process. The whole entire team is great, they worked with me despite not having the best credit. I went into it very anxious and they really helped calm my worries. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good car for great price!

I bought a BMW 330i from Carma today and was helped by Jennifer in the dealership and Desirae over the phone. Desirae was very friendly and informative and Jennifer stayed in the dealership with me well after they closed to make sure I went home with the car that night. Great overall experience.

Buyer Beware,About 2 weeks ago I was interested in a 2016 Audi S7 still listed on Carma s website as of 04/04/2024, went in to see the car, got financed, and got to check it out. The only problem was when I got a pre purchase inspection. I found out the car needed almost $15,000 in repairs and according to the mechanic At least $12,000 in repairs to drive safely . The autoshop gave me a 17 page packet complete with pictures and descriptions of the car s issues. Everything from Curb rash to blown engine mounts and leaking transmission covers.When I took this information back to the dealer the manager wanted to speak with me immediately. He basically told me the shop I went to just had beef with them and insinuated that they d lied to me. (Even though I had photo evidence of the repairs needed.) He told me he would call some guy about getting the issues repaired then get back to me but of course that didn t happen. I suspect that (like most used dealerships) Carma has some good cars and some bad ones, that s actually even what the autoshop told me when I asked them about Carma s reputation.Overall I m sure Carma has some good vehicles, and their staff is nice but unfortunately niceness doesn t always translate into honesty. Carma claims to have their own inspection process and service center which tells me that they either didn t inspect the car or were perfectly happy planning to sell me a car they knew needed $15,000 in repairs. I wouldn t purchase a vehicle from them without a thorough inspection, and if anyone reading this is currently interested in that gray 2016 Audi S7 I d be more than happy to send you the inspection report I got so you can make your own informed decision.

If you like lemonade, Carma has the lemons for you. Bought a VW from them the first of February with a 3 month warranty , and over the last 30 days I have only been able to drive it a total of 150 miles. 3 times the check engine light would come on and I would take it back, they would fix it, give it back and get only another 30 miles before it would happen again.After the third time, it is finally fixed, but now the alternator and battery went out. Best yet, the warranty covers none of anything that was wrong with the car(watch the fine print).Worst of all, though is the lack of communication and response from the manager (Marvin) and the sales staff. They take you money and move to the next sucker. Avoid these people at all cost.

Traded in my car from out of state, the sales person I was assigned to was extremely hard to communicate with when I was not there in person. After I traded in my vehicle, they mailed my title to the wrong address and it took me months to get back. I also left a pair of my sunglasses in the car's built glasses holder, which I had just taken off the glasses right before I went I to finalize the trade, and when I called them immediately to come back and get them, my sales person would not answer my calls, and when I called the business they claimed there were no sunglasses and that my car was "already sold" the same day, however it was still listed for sale on their website months later (so that was a lie!!), and they would not connect me to my sales person, nor would he answer my calls or messages, nor did anyone help me once I told them that my title was mailed incorrectly (their error). I had a great experience until my sunglasses were stolen from this business and they carelessly handled my business.

Incorrect information provided for vehicle registration. Unable to obtain new title given provided documentation. No callback or assistance following communication to resolve issue.Update 3/12: Carma auto did not assist with new title documentation despite my request. The vehicle purchased also began having ABS brake issues within 6 weeks of purchase. The error codes were wiped by carma auto prior to sale. Ford scan tool used at the dealer notes this. The repair is a $1300 new front wheel hub assembly. Karma will come.

I went in to get a 2008 Toyota Prius and traded in my 2006 Honda Accord. The mileage was high on my Honda so I didn t get much back for it (which is understandable) but I m pretty happy to say that that was the only sour note. Overall I had a great buying experience here. I went in with my mother and usually there s an awkward feeling about being lone women buying a car but I didn t feel that way here at all. I was greeted by pretty receptionists and helped by Marvin. He was super cool and clear about the whole process. This was my first time (pretty much) independently buying a car so I liked that I was not being persuaded to buy something I didn t want or couldn t afford. I literally just got from the mechanic after checking the car and there are no serious issues whatsoever so that s great to hear. Overall everyone I interacted with there was super friendly and Marvin was a great help and made me feel comfortable about my purchase.

Yesterday, I spotted one of their cars on Auto Trader, so I decided to call them about it. The representative confirmed its availability, prompting me to schedule a visit for today . We drove from Smyrna to Duluth, waited for like 15 minutes for her to bring up the car but she came back and said that car was sold... Despite our previous conversation confirming availability on the system. We then inquired about trading in my car, to which she promised to inform the manager and provide us with the details. However, after waiting for 25 minutes without any sign of the manager, we asked about his whereabouts, only to receive an uncertain response. The situation felt disorganized, resembling a prank, and our wait continued as the representative left to call the manager, leaving us waiting for another 15 minutes and we couldn t wait more than that so we left. After driving for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes to the location, spending almost 1 hour there fruitlessly, and another 1 hour and 15-minute drive back, it became one of our worst experiences.

Our salesperson Desiree and finance manager Jake were the best! It was my first time buying a car, and despite doing my research ahead of time, we were able to get in and out without much fuss, and they were able to get us a good deal without needing too much haggling. Highly recommend!

I wouldn t buy a vehicle here if it were the last option on earth.I bought a car there recently and have had nothing but nightmares from it. Not even 75 thousand miles on clock and on the DRIVE HOME the harmonic balancer fails. After a lot of hard work and $ for parts, I had it on the road for not even 2 days and heard some odd noises and had issues.The clutch was slipping and it wouldn t come out of gear(happened several times in a short period). Scratching my head, I took it to a highly rated shop in my area and they told me the transmission, rear end(yes they tested diff fluid too, had a lot of metal in it) and torque tube needed to be rebuilt. That job alone with USED parts was to be 10k. I guarantee the staff and former owner of car knew exactly what they were selling and they should be ashamed for not being upfront about the MAJOR issues.On top of that, the sleazy finance manager tried to absolutely kill me over an interest rate then he and the salesman leave me in his office and doesn t come back right when I m in the middle of trying to legitimately work something out with them. Salesman even started working with someone else. I left after patiently waiting for quite some time. Stupidly, I came back(2nd 6 hour round trip for me) as I financed elsewhere because I wanted the car, but wish I would ve stayed away altogether.This experience has been an absolute nightmare. It even took MONTHS for me to get my title. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere with higher standards for morals, ethics, and customer service. You will thank yourself later.

I wish I could post a 0. When I picked up the Lexus it was raining so inspection was not good. So later the next day I found the window tent had been removed from the front doors. And glue was left on the windows.The worst of the sale. I'm a veteran and have free registration. They changed my $600 for registration, and did NOT register the car. THEY SAID THEY WILL REFUND, BUT NO MONEY AS OF TODAY.BUYER BE WARE!!!!!February 4. I received my refund.

!!!WARNING!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE.I bought a car there and paid in full over 2 months ago. I have not received my title or tag yet. I have been trying to get answers from them for 4 weeks now. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spare yourself the headache and frustration and buy somewhere else. I absolutely regret spending my money there.If I could give 0 stars on this review, I would.

Jennifer was great and the buying process was very easy. Only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 was pricing on my particular purchased vehicle. It was a little high based on average retail and they were firm on price but they were able to meet me on what I wanted for my trade. The vehicle I purchased was exactly what I had been looking for so I was willing to spend a little more.

I emailed with Jen and Alex regarding a car that was on their website. I told them that I am driving 1.5 hours to come look at the car, and they said multiple times we are looking forward to your TEST DRIVE appointment . When I arrived, the car was not in their lot. In fact, they don t even own the car listed. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be returning and I recommend that you look elsewhere for a car. This place is a joke.
